Honestly? I'm with him on a lot of it. It really did feel like Schneider was paying attention to when the actors turned 18; after they did, their characters started wearing more form-fitting or revealing clothing, and a lot more sex jokes were being made. If the show was always like that, it wouldn't be that remarkable (kids should be allowed to wear whatever clothes they want without being sexualized), but the fact that it ramped up considerably immediately after the actors turned 18 ("A Christmas Tori" onward) is a little sus.

"Survival of the Hottest" did kinda feel like it was supposed to be a fanservice episode, and I'm ashamed to say it was the reason I liked the episode so much as a baby gay in middle school. Scenes with Cat in particular felt the most obvious, especially the water gun fight and the pottery ("later we'll glaze it ;)" makes me immensely uncomfortable).

However, yeah, some of the "statutory rape joke" counts felt like reaches. For instance, while it was still very creepy of Melinda Murray's stunt double to hit on Tori in "Beck's Big Break", he also stopped and walked away immediately when she told him she was 16. A weirdo, for sure, but definitely not a pedo, and I didn't personally think that should have counted. Another moment I don't think should have counted was the "chocolate mop" scene in "The Wood". School faculty is just chill like that sometimes, giving gifts to the students, and the janitor just didn't give one to Jade because she's a bully at that point. There's also the moment where the man in "Terror on Cupcake Street" puts an arm around Jade while they sing, and Quinton counted that too, which was also a bit odd.

Conversely, I think the scene with Robbie and the prison guards in "Locked Up!" should have counted ("I'm clearly a boy!" "Prove it. ;)"). But by the time I mentioned it, things were already recorded.

It does come off a little weird that he seems to be actively seeking out stuff to find suggestive, but I can also see where he's coming from, y'know? It's a show made by Dan Schneider, known creeper. I think I'd try to cover all bases too.
