Inktober 52 2024 - Week 42 - 'Journal'

OOOPS. I might have forgotten to upload this last year. Babble undercut as to what I mean BUT ANYWAY-

Here we have Yal the worm priest being offered a book which contains sacred writings of the Okhirians. Yal is a traveller and priest of many faiths and likes to collect and share in religious knowledge of any kind.

Later this exchange of the holy scriptures being passed on to a being from another universe will be depicted as such.

SO I just found this while going through my almost finished sketchbook and had a 'I have no memory of this one' moment.

But basically the prompt for day 42 was initially listed as 'remove'...which was odd as they usually match with the main inktober prompts but ok!...then later it was listed elsewhere as 'remote'. Maybe a typo moment. As a dyslexic, I can totally get that.

No matter; I used both words in the subsequent picture:

But later on the list updated again and this time the word for week 42 was 'journal' (which made more sense as the weekly prompts usually tie in with certain days on the main inktober and I had thought it would be 'Journal'). SO I did this picture as an update as I was on a roll.

THEN FORGOT. Until now. Whoops.
