*As MalevoLyricist speeds through the streets of Paris, civilians hear his hypnotic singing and fall under his spell and try to apprehend Rouge while she’s gunning after him on her motorcycle*

*The musical villain gracefully waves his way through and over the streets. When he rides off of a building and onto a telephone wire, Rouge leaps off of her motorcycle and grabs on to the back of his note scooter, only for it to split apart. They resume after him while riding on the other half*

*When Rouge attempts to lunge for him, MalevoLyricist surprises her once more by revealing that the half scooter also has a flying function, and he takes off toward the asylum*

*While the Parisians are keeping Rouge busy, MalevoLyricist makes his way to L’asile d’Arkham. The louder he sings, the more relentless the villains become, and they attack and disarm the guards with their powers and abilities. Adrien, displaying his gymnastics skills, easily dodges the guards and pushes one down the stairs. Rose summons an army of vines to restrain several of the guards while Max hacks into the security system to free any other inmates. Grown to twenty feet, Nathaniel gathers some guards in his hand and places them in one of the cells. Myléne spreads her fear gas, forcing many of the guards to thrash and writhe on the floor as they see their greatest fears in their heads*

🇲🇻 OPPOSITION CANDIDATE, MOHAMED MUIZZU, WINS MALDIVES PRESIDENTIAL RUN-OFF

Maldives: The Opposition candidate, Mohamed Muizzu of the People's National Congress Party, won a Presidential Run-off Election in the Maldives on Saturday with 54% of the vote, defeating the incumbent, Ibrahim Solih who received 46%.

Solih conceded his defeat after Muizzu's lead became unassailable.

“Congratulations to the winner of the presidential election @MMuizzu. Thank you for the beautiful democratic example shown by the people in the elections. Thank you to the MDP and AP members who worked together and to all the people who voted for me,” outgoing President Ibrahim Solih wrote on X.

President Ibrahim Solih spent his Presidential term building up relations between the Maldives and India. Muizzu's Party, on the other hand, wants to forge closer ties with China, with Muizzu's People's National Congress Party launching an "India out" campaign during the election season.

Formerly an Engineer, Mohamed Muizzu served as the Minister of Housing and Environment, later renamed the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure from 2012 to 2018 where Muizzu gained a following for his involvement in a multitude of major joint infrastructure projects between the Maldives and China, including the iconic Sinamalé Bridge linking the Maldives capital city Malé with the Velana International Airport in Hulhulé and extending into the new planned city of Hulhumalé.

During Muizzu's term as Minister of Housing and Infrastructure, many important infrastructure projects were completed, including the construction of a multitude of harbors, parks, jetties, mosques, public buildings, roads and sporting facilities.

Muizzu was later elected Mayor of the Maldives capital, Malé in 2021.

Muizzu is also known for modernizing the Maldives infrastructure techniques, such as the introduction of modern asphalt and the implementation of modern building and maintenance codes.

During his time as Minister of Housing and Infrastructure, Muizzu and his party forged closer ties with China as the economic juggernaut helped the Maldives fund important infrastructure projects. Today, Muizzu and his opposition party have been labeled "Pro-China" by Western observers, politicians and journalists.

Mohamed Muizzu has also said he would remove Indian troops from the independent archipelago, and says he will balance trade, which today leans heavily in favor of India.

Muizzu has also said he supports the release of former President of the Maldives, Abdulla Yameen, from prison. Yameen was convicted of corruption charges in 2019 after a massive money laundering scandal which saw the former President sentenced to 11 years in Prison.

“Today is a very happy day,” Muizzu told supporters.

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the Maldivian people. This outcome today is a huge encouragement for us in our pursuit to build a better future for our country, and to ensure the sovereignty of our nation.”

Yameen, the leader of the PPM, must be released, Muizzu said.

“The president has the power to transfer [Yameen] home imprisonment. And doing so, I believe, is the best action that can be taken in our nation’s interests,” he added.

MALE, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Maldives President Ibrahim Solih and his main challenger Mohamed Muizzu are likely to face off in a second round of a presidential election, with results from Saturday's first round showing Muizzu ahead but short of the 50% needed to win outright.

With nearly 195,000 votes counted, Muizzu, seen as favouring closer ties with China, led Solih, who has promoted ongoing warm ties with India, 46% to 40%. Authorities said around 75% of the 282,000 eligible voters had cast ballots.

Solih, seeking a second five-year term, had championed an "India-first" policy during his time in power. The coalition backing Muizzu has launched an "India out" campaign, promising to remove a small Indian military presence of several surveillance aircraft and some 75 personnel.

Muizzu entered the fray after former President Abdulla Yameen was banned from contesting the election by the Supreme Court in August following a conviction for corruption and money laundering.

Thousands turned out early at over 570 polling stations across 187 islands. Maldivians were also voting at polling stations in India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Britain and Abu Dhabi.

"We thought turnout might be low during the early stages. However, we have been surprised with many people queuing very early," Fuwad Thowfeek, the president of the Elections Commission told Reuters. "So far, everything is moving smoothly without any disruptions or delays."

The whole nation of Bani Israel enter Egypt and the interpretation of his (Yusuf ALAYHI SALAAM) dream in childhood eventually materialises. The event of Yusuf (ALAYHI SALAAM) has a prophecy within for those who pledged with Rasulullaah (SALALLAHU ALAYHI WA SALLAM).

13. Suratur Ra'd : The Chapter of the Thunder. Makkah – 43 Aayats

This Surah in brief:

Even after the rise of the "Sun of Prophethood" some individuals were not enlightened, in fact they remained in darkness due to the screen of disbelief and deviation.

1. All revealed Books were sent according to the need of the time, but the antagonists denied it instead.

2. These people only accept one part of the system of ALLAH and that is manifestations of happenings and for this very reason they do not understand the need for the Qur'aan.

The Surah mentions :

1. The Divine Command encompasses every condition of the creation.

2. If these people (antagonists) are not prepared to reform then ALLAH Ta'aala ignores them as well. ALLAH does not change people’s conditions unless they change their own.

3. These people have not hope of good from ALLAH in the future too.

4. The ones who accept this Divine Book whole-heartedly and those who do not, can never be equal.

5. Just as these two groups differ in manner of action likewise would be there recompense.

6. The antagonists hope for any such sign to manifest which may cause their hearts to be contented with the Qur'aan.

7. The believers contented of heart by the Noble Qur'aan (i.e. remembrance Of ALLAH).

8. The Noble Qur'aan is the ultimate of persuasion (guidance) but the hearts of the disbelievers have become more useless than the mountains, earth and the dead in taking effect.

9. The Nabis before Rasulullaah (SALALLAHU ALAYHI WA SALLAM) were also mocked at and in spite of this ALLAH Ta'aala gave grace to the mockers and then did HE afflict them with HIS punishment.

10. Thereafter they will encounter the chastisement of the Aakhiraah (hereafter).

11. ALLAH Ta'aala informs the disbelievers that other Nabis had wives and children so why are they so suspicious about Nabi (SALALLAHU ALAYHI WA SALLAM) and his children.

12. Nevertheless the duty of Rasulullaah (SALALLAHU ALAYHI WA SALLAM) was to convey the Message and thereafter ALLAH takes the responsibility of settling matters with them.

14. Surah Ebrahim (ALAYHI SALAAM). Makkah – 52 Aayats.

This Surah in brief:

The subject matter of discussion throughout this Surah is on the purpose of Prophethood (i.e. sending of the Nabis). Hadhrat Ebrahim (ALAYHI SALAAM) is mentioned often and so is his duaa for Makkah and his descendants.

Mention is made of: -

1. The purpose of the Prophethood of Moosa (ALAYHI SALAAM ) and Muhammad (SALALLAHU ALAYHI WA SALLAM) is one and the same.

2. The Prophethood of Rasulullaah (SALALLAHU ALAYHI WA SALLAM) and the rest of all the Nabis is one and the same.

3. The opposition to the Nabis will result in disgust to their leaders.

4. The senior leader of the opposition party to the Nabis result will be in disgust on the Day of Qiyamah.

5. The followers of the truth are persuaded to observe total obedience in the true acts of goodness.

6. The standard of Ebrahim (ALAYHI SALAAM) is kept in sight for the following of the truth.

7. A relation should be maintained with the institution of Ebrahim (ALAYHI SALAAM).

8. The opposers of truth will, on the Day of Qiyaamah be very sensitive and stage a rebuttal. A good word is also compared to a proper tree.

2. இந்த மக்கள் (எதிரிகள்) சீர்திருத்தத் தயாராக இல்லை என்றால், அல்லா தஆலா அவர்களையும் புறக்கணிக்கிறார். மனிதர்கள் தங்கள் நிலைமையை மாற்றாதவரை அல்லாஹ் மாற்றுவதில்லை.

3. இவர்களுக்கு எதிர்காலத்திலும் அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து நன்மை கிடைக்கும் என்ற நம்பிக்கை இல்லை.

4. இந்த தெய்வீக நூலை முழு மனதுடன் ஏற்றுக்கொள்பவர்களும் ஏற்காதவர்களும் ஒருபோதும் சமமாக இருக்க முடியாது.

5. இந்த இரண்டு குழுக்களும் செயல்படும் விதத்தில் வேறுபடுவதைப் போலவே பிரதிபலிப்பும் இருக்கும்.

6. எதிரிகள் த��்கள் இதயங்களை குர்ஆனில் திருப்தியடையச் செய்யும் அத்தகைய அறிகுறி வெளிப்படும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள்.

7. நோபல் குர்ஆன் (அதாவது அல்லாஹ்வை நினைவு கூர்தல்) மூலம் இதயத்தில் திருப்தியடைந்த விசுவாசிகள்.

10. அதன்பின் அவர்கள் ஆக்கிராவின் தண்டனையை (இன்னும்) சந்திப்பார்கள்.

11. மற்ற நபிமார்களுக்கு மனைவிகள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் இருந்ததால் அவர்கள் ஏன் நபி (ஸல்) மற்றும் அவரது குழந்தைகள் மீது இவ்வளவு சந்தேகம் கொள்கிறார்கள் என்று காஃபிர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ் தஆலா தெரிவிக்கிறான்.

12. இருப்பினும் ரஸூலுல்லாஹ் (ஸல்லல்லாஹு அலைஹி வஸல்லம்) அவர்களின் கடமை செய்தியை தெரிவிப்பதாகும், அதன் பிறகு அல்லாஹ் அவர்களுடன் பிரச்சினைகளைத் தீர்க்கும் பொறுப்பை ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறான்.
