HOME⁣ ⁣ Finally, back in Germany after 2 months spent in SE Asia ✈️⁣ ⁣ I’m recharged with sunshine, inspiration, new knowledge and beautiful memories & friendship in my heart 💗⁣ ⁣ So what’s next❓⁣ ⁣ After my self quarantine days are up, I will drive to Hungary 🇭🇺 to my family to wait out however the corona situation resolves itself 🦠 ⁣ ⁣ It will be a long drive, 15 hours, plus whatever time (1-48 hours) I will have to wait at the borders. It will be a very isolated journey, no stopping apart from the absolutely necessary fuel stops. Packing up 3 days of food and water. ✨INSPIRE BY ACTION✨⁣ ⁣ I had a very interesting conversation with a lovely friend the other day. This friend of mine said to me, that I am her inspiration and I live her dream life 💗⁣ ⁣ This was such a lovely comment, it felt so nice to learn that I am an inspiration others 🤩⁣ And of course it strokes my ego big time 😅⁣ ⁣ It is a great thing to inspire others with your actions. But I also had to realise (again) how misleading social media is 😞⁣ So I would like to open up and share a little bit of reality behind the beautiful photos and inspiring posts 😇⁣ ⁣ I am indeed getting closer to my dream life. I feel good about what I’m doing and I have a purpose that gets me out of bed each morning 🥰⁣ ⁣ However, working ones ass off with no real out of office hours does take its toll, especially in the human relationships.⁣ Boundaries get blurred easily if you don’t have a 9-5 job. Your loved ones suffer as they get less and less attention, only seeing you constantly typing away on your laptop, they to an empty home in the evenings, spending weekends alone 😥⁣ ⁣ One of my big objectives for this year is to find work-life balance again. ✨ FREEDOM⁣⁣ ✨ ⁣⁣ What a better time to post and reflect, than when sitting at an embassy waiting for my visa to all the wonderful places I am about to visit. AUTUMN REFLECTION 🍁 The last push for this year is slowly over for me. Aerial Yin Yoga Mondays 19.00 Wednesdays 18.00 Join my Aerial Yin Yoga Class on Mondays @elementsofyoga in Meerbusch-Büderich. In a Yin Yoga class, often different props are used to support the deep relaxation of the body, while in this gentle aerial class the aerial silk is our prop, set low to the ground. We hold each pose for 2-3 minutes, working on the connective tissue/fascia level. This practice enhances mobility and deep relaxation, while healing and regenerating body and soul. Different Yin yoga poses stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body, which in turn balances the body’s internal organs and systems.
