This woman I was talking 2 on started out great but then it got 2 the point where she was being emotionally manipulative towards me and nothing was good enough, so I had 2 delete all my socials she knew about including my old tumblr but not tell her cause she was manipulative she would have guilt tripped me into doing something that I didn’t want 2 do anymore cause I wasn’t happy talking 2 her cause she got so…well, manipulative & guilt trippy.

It wore me down bad, & I feel like shit about how it went down but I feel it was my only way 2 get away from her.

Second, I hear and see you. Manipulation is an extremely difficult thing to traverse, and I applaud your effort. The best thing to do with a manipulator is to cut ties. Waiting for them to change will only get you hurt more. I have a manipulative mother, who I had to cut ties with for my own safety and health. So as hard as it may be to delete those accounts or cut ties with that person, it is the best thing to do for you. And I’m ever so grateful that your rid of that person now 🤍✨

Third, Remind yourself that you have no control over them and that they were the shitty one. You don’t need to feel bad or guilty about doing what’s healthy for you. That feeling is a seed that the person planted. You are accepted and loved and perfect just the way you are 🥰🫶🏻
