Your first pride story was touching and all but you still married a man.
Yeah, bisexuals do that sometimes.

honestly lost respect for anyone who is usually chronically online but refrains from addressing the genozide that is happening in palestine for fear of ‚damaging their professional image‘.

Zoé can no longer be called the good “Chloé” like at all. If you think Chloé would act like her, then maybe you just don’t get Chloé’s character and can’t be bothered to do something else for Chloé, sorry not sorry.

Me, a cosplayer, fanartist, and fanfic writer, screaming from the depths of my soul:
It doesn’t have to be canonically accurate all the time. Sometimes changing a character’s personality, choices, or design, a story setting or world building rule, or putting characters that normally wouldn’t interact with each other, be it within the same story or as a crossover, can be a fun and interesting way to experience the fandom for your media of choice, and for some fans whose base media isn’t necessarily as detailed or perhaps was cancelled on a cliffhanger or even in a case where there’s a beloved side character who just simply didn’t get enough attention, fandom is their preferred way of interacting with the media.
Being aware of the source material is an important part of fandom for some, for others it’s not, sometimes you see a mutual posting fanart of a blurbo from a show you have never seen but enjoy it nonetheless. For some, canon adjacent or canon compliant fan works are preferred over canon divergent works or complete AUs. To each their own when it comes to taste.
But seriously, and I’m not calling out any particular person or fandom, but I swear I’m so tired of the constant negativity towards fan works that deviate significantly from cannon. I personally find it extremely present within the cosplay community, and it’s exhausting. It’s discouraging, and frankly it’s kinda rude.
You don’t have to LIKE everything you see, especially when you are navigating a creative space, which yes, fandom is a creative space, however, making callout posts directly or indirectly criticizing a trope that’s frequently used, getting annoyed that a specific character is being portrayed in a different way from cannon (be it appearance or personality) or how ‘no one reads/respects the source material’, or even worse, people who directly comment on other fandom creators works criticizing their choices because it’s not to their taste, is just unnecessary spreading of negativity at best and just bullying at worse.
Seriously, it’s 2025. Don’t like? Then hit the back button/scroll on by. Seriously. It’s not that hard.

Honestly pisses me off so much when people act like not knowing something is some kind of sin. Literally go fuck yourself. What’s that comic about the lucky ten thousand? People who didn’t know something who got to learn it? How are they going to find that information if they are shamed for not knowing it? Everything you know, you self important cunt, you had to learn at some point. You didn’t come out the pussy brimming with facts about internet safety. You had to learn to read like the rest of us peons. Fuck off

I received an email asking me to complete a survey about the movie theater experience. This was my answer:
I prefer seeing movies at theaters. I see 40+ movies each year mostly at Cinemark. But there are far too many commercial before the movie actual starts. At the movie I saw this week, there were commercials during Maria Menounos‘ preshow segment. Then there were more commercial before the trailers. Then there was another commercial before the movie started. I paid for my ticket yet I had to see 10+ commercials. If I waited to watch the movie on a steaming service, I wouldn’t need to see any commercials at all. Movie theater chains complain that studios are deserting them but movie theaters are turning the experience into television as well. You’re part of the problem.

All abled queer kids are like that, especially the one reading this.
self proclaimed schizoposter nervously typing '911' into their phone and hovering their thumb above the 'call' key as they hawkishly watch a disheveled guy at a bus stop make repetitive movements and ramble to himself
