Only activates when you catch 6 fishes! In elden ring, the fire giant is actually two fire giants, one for phase and one for phase 2. The second one is beneath the frames that form the ice arena where you fight the giant. And in here, i do believe it is the same thing!! It only exists beneath it because you have to unlock it in some way. So i do think that after catching 6 little cute fishes, some sort of door or whatever opens somewhere on the level, leading to this sort of second map. Possibly where size 2 lives.
