Laid-Back Camp has become my cozy after-work anime of choice, and I absolutely love it!
I think my favorite thing about it is that Rin is a very relatable introverted character who isn't forced to change! In so many stories, the quiet loner is seen as someone who has to be fixed, or someone who is being a jerk for not wanting to spend time with their friends.
Rin is never treated that way by the narrative, or by the other characters! While she does slowly open up to more people and the experience of camping in pairs or groups, she still ultimately prefers camping alone, and that's okay! When she first rejects the Outdoor Club's offers to camp with them, they are understanding and don't press the issue until she's ready.
I just finished episode 3 of season 2, where she tells Nadeshiko that camping alone after the Christmas camping trip they went on made her appreciate the things she likes about solo camping. She comments on how the experiences are different when taking them in quietly and on one's own. Again, this isn't treated like a bad thing or Rin being insensitive!
We also see in this episode Rin taking the initiative to show Aya how to cook outside when she expresses an interest in camp food. This is something episode 1 Rin likely would not have done.
I could go on, but the point is that Rin's character and handling are A+, as is everything else in this feel-good anime!
