What does he mean? He was also being kidnapped by this guy?

No. He realized they’d flipped the script on him, namely that there’s a lot more going on wrt him. HE was being interviewed.

It’s about Daniel (too) not (only) about the interviewee (Louis).

ive always been meaning to do more research on this specifically regarding when the operation was revealed and at what year he would've been doing that interview to get an idea of how long Armand had been stalking and watching him and how that intertwines with Daniel's relationship with Alice. but i haven't done that yet..
