Moderator Applications are now open!

Hello Yaxers, this project is currently on the lookout for 1 or 2 additional moderators to join our team! Please read the role descriptions in the link below, and if you’re interested in joining the team, please fill out the form !

Ideally we are looking for another Translation Moderator ( This project intends to be completely bilingual ), as well as a Social Media Moderator. And don’t worry if you don’t have any prior zine experience, we are more than willing to help you learn how everything works !

The applications will run from March 1 to March 25, so don’t wait to apply!

As we craft the sequel to last year’s Pentiment fanzine (Palimpsest), we are looking for a formatting moderator. Not only that, but also a financial moderator. If you think you can bring our contributors’ art to life or help us manage a pay-what-you-want charity zine, then this is the position for you! We’re looking for someone who:

Has some experience in layout design/book formatting/graphic design OR managing taxes/finances

Can collaborate with contributors

Has time to help on this project from mid May to mid November

Are you a fan of science fiction? Is graphic design perhaps your passion? Would you like to be a part of a fanzine dedicated to Asimov's novels?

Then why not apply as a layout mod for Ephemeridia Galactica, an Isaac Asimov fanzine!!

As a layout mod, you will:

Create the zine layout and formatting (experience with design software such as InDesign / Canva preferred)

Start work from end-Feb, to have the zine PDF ready at least 1-2 weeks before its planned publication date on 6 April

My main job is mostly making any of clownie’s dreams a reality, such as this zine and the Wakko’s wish zine. If they can think it I can try and make it happen! It’s a very fun job.
