I found a blacksmith to take my commission on tiny swords to go with my little ceramic guys and he just sent me his first test piece and it's perfect! Exactly the level of raw material I was looking for. Look at this!!!! I'm gonna make such cool sculptures to go with these.

It's a really small detail, but I just love how Arcane shows that Jayce has a standard superhero body with eight-pack abs and shoulders broader than a house and then actually takes the time to show you how he got like that.

They take the time to show him working in his family's factory/forge, as a blacksmith, and show that he still does it today even as a scientist to custom make hextech items but also sometimes just to blow off steam. And sure we could quibble about whether that would be enough of a workout for the body of an Greek god that he ended up with, but still, I really appreciated that not every guy or girl in Arcane is jacked with muscle just because it's Hollywood normal.

They take the time to make sure every character has a body type that makes sense for them (even as most of the protagonists are very physical fighters so, y'know, the muscles do make sense) and it doesn't stop there, because when someone has a lifestyle (scientist/academic) that makes us wonder how they're that jacked, they take the time to show how it actually makes sense for him.

Sunderposting making me think about what he would do with the djd actually... like he talks about something about sin and guilt and all.... which I think means he would find the djd extra delicious

At least for tarn we know that he feels some kind of guilt or Something with the torture. Like at least he claims that he doesn't enjoy it past a certain point. He seems to feel some kind of pain or sadness and feels that the torture isn't fun for him but it's necessary. And I think sunder would get so excited about that. He'd sink his horrible dentae into that, amplifying every shred of pain and guilt that tarn has ever felt. Oh and not to mention his weird relationship with megatron. Sunder would rip him apart for it

For the rest of the djd we don't really have a lot of info on them but they probably went through Something. Like I don't think anyone is forged with a face that comes off with spikes. And we know kaon is cold constructed, so was he some random soldier who was then "upgraded" to what he ended up being, or was he immediately constructed as an electric chair, something doomed to be nothing more than a vessel for torture and death. Like we know they had names before the djd. How much more were they before that. What did they have to give up to become who they are. Do any of them have any guilt about what happened to old vos? Especially kaon? Or vos himself? (I havent read all the comics so if theres any more info on the djd i haven't seen it sorry hfjhdhdh)

Any kinds of thoughts any of them have about who they are or what they've been forced to be or any shred of guilt they've ever had could be played with by sunder

And like tbh I don't think I want sunder to kill them. I want them to survive and just be real messed up after that. And none of them would ever say anything about it. Tarn WOULD attempt to initiate some kind of Corporate Therapy or Feedback or just something where they can voice what's bothering them- but there's no way he can do it without exposing that he, too, was shaken and so it never happens

Exactly my thought process!!! Tarn is such an interesting blend of thoughts, emotions, and actions that I think his mind would intrigue Sunder beyond belief

I've seen many ideas for Kaon, hell I've even seen the idea of Kaon being built for Grindcore which has implications.

We, ultimately, don't get as much information on the backstories of the non-Tarn DJD members. Hell, we don't even learn that Tarn was Glitch until relatively later on.

I too think that, ultimately, the DJD should survive Sunder in this scenario. For the consequences.

but he always makes you something pretty on your birthday, a beautiful bracelet or an elegant hairpin and he spends so much time on it, they’re always perfect.

you always sneak eddie in through the many secret tunnels of your castle and you stay up for hours with him, sitting by the fireplace and laughing at the stories he tells you with such animation.

and you’re both slowly but surely falling more in love with each other with each day.

eddie being hesitant when you ask him to be your first time because he doesn’t want to corrupt the princess. but you beg so pretty and eddie loves you and he only wants you to himself anyway

sneaking out to the city to visit eddie and going places with him you should never be seen. and when you do your monthly public appearance in the city you always make your carriage stop by his fathers shop, and you always leave a heavy tip, even if you get nothing. and whenever you walk over to talk to eddie whilst he works you try so hard to not be obvious about your affection towards eddie because your guards are there and word will spread if anyone catches you.

but atp you don’t think you care much, because you love eddie.

I've started playing Potion Permit, and so far it's one of my favorite games I've messed around with, but the most big brained move the devs made was giving you a dog on day 1, and then making that dog able to track NPCs and lead you directly to them no matter where they are in the town.
