starting a new routine to “look forward to” and “have fun” being healthy- i got lots of face masks, and some healthy food to cook too, idk what else to do to ensure my consistency im rlly just doing my best idk what else to do

How soon can you see it? How long until you notice a change?
7 days. That's it, one (1) week, and you will start to notice little changes. Your jaw will be slimmer, your clothes will fit a little looser, you hands will slim, your cankles will be smaller, your shoes will be bigger, getting into the car will be easier.
While all of these changes will be very subtle at 7 days, they will be noticeable to you.
It gets easier. You just have to be consistent.

im kinda still in a binge period but i feel it “going down” idk how to explain it but im gonna ease back into my routine, if i can workout every day for 30 days i’ll get down to at least 115 pounds but most likely i’ll lose more IF im consistent for the 30 days
Deadline: May 30 (family cabin trip) 115 lbs
2nd Deadline: July 1 (me and my husband’s trip) 105 lbs
