“Uh huh.” She tried to keep the amusement out of her voice. Raising an eyebrow, she turned her back on Bucky, and turned to her kids, “You two. Put the groceries away, please, and then tidy up whatever mess you guys made.” Their faces fell a little, and she winked, “Then you can play those damn video games until dinner.”

“Thanks, mom!”

They left then, leaving Sarah alone with Bucky “sexy when contrite” Barnes.

“Winter Soldier, huh?”

The game was ridiculous. To any other mother it might be cause for concern, but to Sarah it was a great sign that Bucky was feeling comfortable now. That he was happy.
