So the Chenford kisses we’ve gotten so far have been pretty much the same with Lucy grabbing Tim and kissing him…but all I can think about is how *hopefully* by the end of the season we’ll have one of those kisses where maybe they’ve just confessed how they feel to each other and they just move slowly toward each other and have this very slow, calculated, calm kiss and my ass will just be on the floor and I won’t be able to get up 🤣🤞🏻

You know, I was doing alright until I kept hearing talk of a “party” filming on The Rookie…and now that I’ve seen some photos and saw Melissa and Eric dressed up again I’m not doing so well anymore 😂 Could it be that we’re gonna get that dance??? There’s no way they could deny us twice, right?! Let’s go Season 4!

It's my new favorite theory that the obvious showing of Tim's alarm code "0313" is Lucy's birthday and somehow that's gonna come up to where Ashley finds out and questions Tim, ultimately breaking up with him and really pushing him towards his real feelings. Lucy will question why they broke up and what would he even say?? Can we make that happen please??!

I also have to say that it kinda makes me laugh that we were all excited for the first Rookie holiday episode and the whole episode had nothing to do with the holidays 😂 Aside from the mention of a Christmas tree in Elijah's office and the random decorations. Maybe it was just me hoping for a gift exchange or secret Santa or mistletoe, or even an office party, Kojo in a Christmas sweater??...hahah, oh well 😆 Happy Holidays everyone

So from everything I've seen I think it's safe to say we're all on the same page as far as being happy with that episode. Let's face it, Eric's acting alone was absolutely amazing. I'm really glad they dug into his family history both for Lucy's sake and us as the audience. It was super impactful that they used the same moment last week that so many people took offense to, calling out his Tim Tests, and bringing it full circle by showing that it stuck with him when she said it and it also upset him. That whole scene was so raw and emotional and just perfectly acted, so bravo to Eric and Melissa for that one! I'm really glad that at least throughout season 4 so far they've explored how their trust and comfort with each other has grown. I was hoping by this point they'd be exploring how their hidden romantic feelings are affecting them, but there's still an upward trend in their growth and that's important! All I can hope is that the winter finale serves as a good jumping off point for the January return and that they don't fumble what they've just started rebuilding and the excitement it's causing with fans. Maybe (hopefully!) at this point they can start exploring their deeper feelings, especially since the promo showed Lucy kinda poking fun at Tim's admittance that things were tense with Ashely by asking if they had broken up. I'm also hoping that with the turn of events with Bailey and her apparent husband that the January return doesn't turn into the John and Bailey show again and that Chenford is shoved onto the backburner. They need to keep this positive momentum going and maybe the rest of the season will lead us all to where we want to be! Fingers crossed at least 🤞

What is The Rookie even doing with Chenford at this point 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don't know how I'm feeling about The Rookie right now, disappointed with Chenford I guess. They keep delivering these little moments which are fun, but when you sit back and look at it their storyline has hardly moved forward. Sure they're closer than they used to be, and more open with each other, but as far as getting on track for any sort of romance they're just in limbo. It's like the writers and giving us these moments and saying "Hey hey look at this! It's Chenford! It's what everyone wanted!" But it's falling flat. You don't see them struggling with their feelings or how it's affecting their current jobs. You're not seeing them try to spend extra time together or making any sort of obvious flirtation. You saw them have their hug where they obviously felt something but it's like it's been long forgotten. I wish we could get back to that place of tension and curiosity. I don't know what the writers are intending to do moving forward but I really hope they give us more substantial moments rather than just these shiney, cutesy moments.

Ok so hold up, it’s confirmed that we’re gonna meet Tim’s sister in episode 8, and she’ll be back along with his dad in episode 9, which will air on December 12…which seems like it’ll be getting close to their Christmas episode (if it’s not the same episode)…soooooo I’m sure that’s a lot of emotion for Tim to be going through, gee, so close to the holidays….so now my mind is spinning as to what could be happening with Chenford in the Christmas episode. 🤔🤔🤔 I feel like something is going to happen and it’s gonna be big enough to freak all the Chenford fans out until we come back from winter break 😆 I feel like I’ll need to be breathing in a paper bag by the time this season is done 🤣 They’ve been serving it up so far! *Chefs kiss*🤌

I saw the episode summary for the Halloween episode and it said something about Lucy's apartment having some paranormal stuff going on and PLEASE if they don't have her call Tim being freaked out only to have him come by and tell her she's being ridiculous but then they both end up getting scared together then they are wasting a giant opportunity and my god the possibilities are just sending me 🤣

Anyone else wildly worried about Jackson?? He's not in the season 4 photo, he's not in the trailer, and Titus hasn't posted anything...plus the trailer said "Officer down" and Lucy is obviously upset about something and Tim doesn't think she should be alone?? Umm...hello? 😬
