Ace showering, using a shower chair because we're physically disabled and well

Unfortunately, our shower chair is still at our campus rental, which is inconvenient when at the family house...

We can shower without it, but it's exhausting; having the shower chair has really made our life better. Sitting on the floor is an okay alternative to standing, but getting up is always a hassle

Once we get mobility aids, we'll probably do art of that too, though we don't know what kind we'd need/would be most helpful to us yet - that's a question for our doctor in March

Attempted a more animalistic version of my 'sona, as opposed to the usual cartoon style... not "realistic" by any means, but I do think it's cute

Systember 4

Peaceful

As mentioned before, we have aphantasia and don't have a physical headspace, it just exists conceptually

So our "headspace" is a series of underground caverns interconnected via tunnels (overlapping on separate planes and always shifting around)

No matter how scary and overwhelming the outside world is, headspace is safe

It is warm and dark

Misch!

Misch is a reincarnation of Oliver, who split from Alesc to help him be personable and seek advice on how to present masculine (our first demi-boy alter to front)

Now that "Oliver" isn't needed, they exist as Misch, a feline companion that usually resides in Alesc's part of headspace

Protective

Our longest active alter is Baz. He was the 3rd to form, but unlike Aorus and Sin (1st and 2nd), he never went dormant. Baz has been keeping us safe our entire existence as a system.

We trust him above all else, and while we don't have an actual hierarchy, we defer to him on most things that concern our well-being

He is the ultimate protector, and we appreciate him so much for everything he does <3

We have aphantasia, and can't visualize our headspace/each other

We could've done a "group picture" like drawing, with each of our internal perceptions, but it didn't feel accurate to who/what WE are

We sense each other in vibes and concepts

If we were to have an ACTUAL group hug in headspace, this is what it'd "look" like

Just a collection of non-physical entities, wrapping around each other, offering warmth, safety, and love

sorry if this is a weird question and totally fine if you dont want to cant etc but we saw the meet the alter form (not sure if thats right wording sorry) and we are very autistic and wondering if you give like an example of how to fill it out? /nf (not forced) thank you and hope you (all) have a wonderful day/night

No worries, not weird at all /genuine

To fill out the form, you would save the image and edit it (we like ibis paint x but there are several that work)

You can either draw or type, whichever you prefer, and fill out the information you're comfortable with (some people prefer to hide some info for privacy/safety, and that's totally valid)

Here's what Sin's page would look like

The box in the upper left is for a self-portrait/image

The section in the upper right is for personal information (name, pronouns, preferred gendered terms, age, birthday, and identities (sexual orientations, romantic orientations, gender identities, ect))

The section on the bottom left is system information (name, roles within the system, source and source boundaries) and socials (either collective or if the member has a personal account)

And the section on the bottom right is for boundary information (how others should interact with them) with a blank square to add more specific information than just "Yes, No, Ask"

Systember is a lot like other drawing challenges, except instead of taking place in October like a lot of other ones, it takes place in September, and is focused on plurality and systems. (Why September? Purely because of the name. That's literally the only reason.)

"Do I have to follow the prompts?" Absolutely not, they're just a suggestion. I tried to keep them vague enough to allow anyone to participate. The plural experience is wide and varied, and this challenge hopes to celebrate that.

"Can I participate if I'm ____?" This challenge is open to all systems/plurals/multiples, no matter their origins or beliefs. If you share a body with other people in some way, this challenge is open to you. While I can't exactly stop singlets from participating in this challenge, it's not exactly meant for them. That being said, I want no syscourse to interfere with this challenge. We're here to draw, not to argue.

"What if I don't draw everyday?" That's fine! Do what you can! You don't have to make fully fleshed out pieces, you don't have to draw every single day, you don't have to participate at all, no one's holding you at gunpoint to draw these. Just have fun to the best of your ability.

"This was posted too late! I have no time to prepare!" Yeah, uh... I forgor. Sorry.
