and joyride

It is time to begin your journey out of your depression. I hope you've enjoyed the misery and sadness. They were heavy rocks to bear on your back all this time. Unfortunately, they can't go past this point. If you are going to follow me, then you have to join me in letting go of old stories, old tales, and old loops. We simply don't need those anymore.
Where we are going is a place of joy, of beauty. You have spent way too much time being sad. It's time to put a stop to that. From this point, we begin the climb together to the top of the mountain of peace.
I. know you are not used to things getting better; in fact, you are addicted to the feeling of things getting worst- hence your depression. But from this point on, we leave everything at the door. Old habits, old stories, old definitions. The mess that depression makes in your mind is so destructive that allowing ourselves to begin anew is crucial. A white page. A new notebook. A new dimension. A new place.
Feeling how things get better every day might give you spiritual nausea at first, but you're going to have to keep it in and begin to get adjusted to the feeling of walking toward peace. Let's locate the dial for the volume of anxiety and depression in your life and with your own hand twist it to the left, Turn the volume down. It's time to put it on mute and begin to take our first sips of what it feels like to be in peace and safe from the monster of depression.
