Reiki on the Plane I'm a busy lady so sometimes fitting in my daily Reiki self- treatment can be challenging. I love to make the best use of my time so this is why I like fitting in Reiki into moments which otherwise might have been wasted. Not only do I optimise my time, but I get so many benefits that simply napping or meditating would not give me. Reiki energy works on both mind and body so on my flight to Geneva today it helped me work on a few different things: 1. I felt tired after waking up early to catch my flight so the chance to sit quietly with my eyes closed was great! 2. Time seems to fly (haha no pun intended) when I'm connected to Reiki so before I knew it, the captain was announcing that we had 30 mins to land (meaning I was connected to Reiki for 1.5hours) 3. I have the beginnings of a cold (sneezing a few times and drop down the back of my throat). I set the intention to clear my airways and stop the drip and I could feel the waves of energy around my nose and throat. 4. Yesterday I received a Reiki treatment and focused on a specific emotional question: why do I act a certain way when it comes to dating? I got an answer almost straight away and today during my self- treatment I felt that clarify itself even more. 5. I let my mind wander and some issues about work came up as well as a way to resolve them.
