“Well, look who’s back as well: Miss Meghan Trainor. Technically, this is not a comeback. She has been trying to make a comeback for a while, but unfortunately she hasn’t been very lucky. Then, out of nowhere, she gives us this bop. I really like this song. It’s very fun and perfect for you to feel good about yourself. The video is quite cute as well. Overall, I am here for this, miss Meghan.”

Dua Lipa | Physical:

“Well, looks like I’m back. The world of music is finally getting exciting again, so time to go back to my reviews. There’s some music videos to talk about, so let’s do this. First, let’s talk about my favorite video of the year: Physical by Dua Lipa. This girl knows how to make some amazing videos, at times. Yes, some of her videos are quite boring, but sometimes...she gives you something incredible. This video is stunning. I love the colors, I love the energy, the dance, the aesthetic...EVERYTHING. This may not be her “comeback” single, but gosh it feels like it. Incredible!!!”

Todrick Hall | I Like Boys:

“Well, Trodick Hall just made my day. This is my favorite song from his new ep/cd, and this is such a good video. He looks stunning, the visuals are amazing and the concept is nice. I wish he was dancing, instead of just the cute boys, tho. Either way, I am here for all of this.”

Chung Ha | Snapping:

“Here’s a video that I’ve been waiting to see for a while. I am no stranger to this girl. Her previous single, aka “Gotta Go”, was my jam. This song is also quite nice. It defenily reminds me of pop music in the early 2000s, for some reason. The video is cute as well. Full on choreo and beautiful visuals. I am here for all of this. “

Nicki Minaj | Megatron:

“Nicki Minaj is back with a new song (+ video). I feel like I’m one of the few people who legit liked the “Queen” album. She decided to return with a “new” sound and honestly...I’m not really here for it. Definily reminds me of “Swalla”, to be honest. The video is legit cute, tho. It’s very similar to her previous videos, but I still enjoyed it.“

Red Velvet | Zimbalazim:

“Here’s a new music video for Red Velvet. They are back with a new single and ep/album. I have to be honest. When I first heard the song, I absolutely hated it. Second time listening, and I though the first half was bad, then the second part was amazing. Now I like the song in general. It sounds like 2/3 songs in one, which is both good and bad. The video is very cute. Every girl looks amazing and they are giving us cuteness and fierceness.”

Tove Lo | Glad He’s Gone:

“I’ve talked about this song before. I’ve made a gifset for the lyrics video, and now we got the official video...I FREAKING LOVE IT. I was not expecting something like this. Easily my favorite video of the year. Tove Lo’s videos tend to be pretty decent, but nothing really impressive. This video is hilarious and so complex. You see Tove Lo talking with her friend on the phone, and basically she’s so focused on the conversation that she goes to all sort of random places. Honestly, I do that a lot as well. When I’m talking on the phone, I also walk around, instead of staying still. Overall, such an incredible video!!!“

Taylor Swift | You Need to Calm Down:

“Miss Taytay is back with a new song and video. She decided to give us a taste of pride month, so she made a very positive song, and a really color video for it. The video is a great way of showing love and support for the LGBT+ community. I know that people will be talking about this video because of the ending, where Katy Perry shows up. Honestly, I think this was a really cute way of seeing these two girls showing love and support for one another, and it’s a great way to see that their friendship is back. One thing I’ve noticed is that when I was talking with a friend about this video, I’ve said this was like a gay version of the Bad Blood music video...and that song was about Katy Perry...or possibly about her. I don’t know, it’s a silly fun fact that I felt like sharing. Anyways, awesome video and cute song.“

Charli XCX feat. Lizzo | Blame it on Your Love:

“Here’s another cute video that I’ve decided to share. Charli XCX decided to make a video for Pride month, showing us that even people with “really unusual” looks deserves love, and we shouldn’t judge them. Just because they look odd, doesn’t make em less human. A really cute video with a nice message and cute song. Also, I love the fact that Charli teamed up with Lizzo for this.“

Ciara feat. The Lab | Set:

“You have no idea how happy I am that my favorite from Ciara’s new album got a music video. A lot of my favorite songs by Ciara never got a music video, or even a live performance. When she announced the video, I was hyped but then it dropped and...I have to be brutally honest: I do not like it. First, the song got remixed. It’s not a bad remix, but the album version is way superior. The video is exactly what you’re seeing on the gifset. Ciara doing a very minimal dance, rocking an awful hairstyle and that’s it. Defenily a disappointment. I wasn’t expecting something big, specially because every video she’s been releasing this era as been something like this, but damn...oh well, at least this song is getting the love it deserves.”

Dj Snake feat. J Balvin & Tyga | Loco Contigo:

“Another new music video that came out few days ago. I’ve been a fan of Dj Snake for a while. He has a good amount of bops, so I’m always excited to hear new music from him. Taki Taki was my jam, to be honest. This song reminds me a bit of Taki Taki, but not in a bad way. This is a very fun and catchy song, with some latin flavours. Honestly, the background vocals, used as the main sound, reminds me a lot of a Tyga song, aka Taste. The video is gorgeous. So bright and fun. Overall, I’m here for all of this.“

Ashley O (Miley Cyrus) | On a Roll:

“Well, seems like theres a bunch of new music videos out there, so get ready for a good amount of posts. Miss Miley Cyrus has been giving us some new content, lately. She released a new ep, She’s Coming, which has a good amount of bops. Then, she released this video. I believe this is related to the tv series “Black Mirror”. Honestly, I am here for all of this. The video is cute, the song is good and I kinda like this new “persona”. Nice job, Miley.”

Little Mix | Bounce Back:

“Little Mix are back with a new single and music video. I have to be honest: I am not a fan of the song. I’m not the biggest fan of samples, specially when they are quite an important part of the song. The video, on the other hand, is quite cute. The girls, once again, look really good. Love the colors, the concept is nice and the dancing is cute. Overall, not bad at all.“

Todrick Hall | Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels:

“Here’s another music video that deserves some love. I’ve been a fan of Todrick Hall for a while. He makes some awesome music and really good music videos. This video may seem simple, in comparison to his other videos, but giiiirl I am here for it. The choreo is on point, the outfits are hot and the slayage is real. This is one of those videos that brings out the fierce side of me and I love it. I need more videos like this. The song is a bop as well, but honestly I am not here for the ending of it. The whole part of “clap for me” gets boring after a while. Overall, I need a music video for “I Like Boys” next.“

Inna | Gitana:

“Third and final music video by Inna that I’ll be reviewing today. Another basic video, but this time there’s a lot of color and some silly dancing. Inna is adorable, and lately she loves to show her dance skills, even if they aren’t perfect. The song is cute, to be honest. Defenily has the same sound and vibe from the rest of the album.“

Inna | Fuego:

“Second video from Inna, and it’s a simple one. In this era, she has been releasing quite simple music videos, which isn’t a bad thing per say. She’s a gorgeous girl, so I don’t mind looking at her for 3/4 minutes straight, but I know she’s capable of doing something better. The song itself isn’t bad at all. Honestly, Te Vas slayed me so hard that the other 10 songs from her new album haven’t caught my attention...yet.“
