is it just me or does tumblr feel really quiet?

~back in my day~ (2010-2014) this platform was thriving, and i think it still serves as a great space for expressing creativity in ways that instagram doesn't.

tiktok and youtube are okay, but they require being seen, which i know a lot of us don't feel aligned with.

pinterest is my second favorite platform, but even that is starting to feel manufactured and overrun with AI and mainstream aesthetics.

The idea of having to do the work to get closer to God can sometimes be the ego trying to spiritualize itself. Like, who’s the one trying to achieve closeness? The soul already knows. Maybe it’s not about climbing upward, but softening inward.
