If I had a nickel for everytime Joey Richter stood on top of a staircase and bitched about how the government has failed to Curt Mega in a musical where Joey is the villain and speaks in an accent that is not his own, where fruit is involved, and where Russia is also involved in a way that seems like it should be more I'd have two nickels. But the not so funny thing is at the end of the day it wasn't Flint and her connection to the pirates that got her killed. It was her own husband. Richard was talking about her siding with Flint as the problem but Flint was trying to protect her in the end from Woods Rogers fuck up.

Maybe he got infected bc he was outside. Like duh obviously, but we know he spends lot of time not at home due to his dad not being a good guy, and we know he spends a lot of time out with his friends, maybe he was hanging around the parking lot of Pasqualli's with his friends, probably hitting on girls.

I think I’ve seen a post about it before, but I’ve connected more dots and I feel like it should be talked about more because..

that guy from La Dee Dah Dah Day is totally Max right?

a couple things make me believe this!

- character is a jock played by Jeff, and Jeff was heavily considered for the role of Max before he got involved in other projects

- we see Peter (hot cocoa boy) is also infected during this number which could be a coincidence and they just needed an extra, buuuut….in the “Nerdy Prudes Must Livestream” livestream, Nick mentions how NPMD was the first completed work in the Hatchetfield trilogy

-we do see the same letterman jacket being used later during the working boys segment

however we know this is (very likely) a different character because of how Jeff’s hair is up and how the letterman is now buttoned

-bonus points for the “J” on the letterman possibly standing for “Jägerman”

-the demeanor of the character (even though his is infected) gives a very Max like energy and yes this could be Jeff just being an asshole jock, but NPMD was the first finished Hatchetfield show which means they would have known what Max’s checker was going to be like

I think this is fun to talk about because like….how the hell did max get infected??

I know this is a question that can pertain to many of the first few infected characters we see, but I feel like most of them can be covered by “oh yeah they went to the starlight that night”, but there’s no way max would have. we know he got infected before the rest of hatchetfield high because of the later scene of Alice being trapped in the high school, so that didn’t infect him. that means he was killed and then infected or some how infected unknowingly like the patrons in beanies. the ladder is more likely obviously, but imagine if it was the former and instead of Max coming back as a ghost after he died in the Waylon place, he came back as a part of the Hive.

I genuinely think that if you don't watch spies twice you aren't getting the full spies experience. It's amazing the first time but the second time is like omg the best thing ever.

It is almost heartbreaking the way the toxic buddie stans are completely disregarding how 911 is trying to engage with discourse surrounding homophobia & LGBTQIA+ hate in workplaces in the show, and are crucifying one of the queer characters who is explicitly gay, just because their faves aren't a couple.

Like, this 👆 scene was devastating as much as it was badass because of Chimney. Tommy didn't fight back, and instead shifted his stance a little. He looks visibly uncomfortable and hurt but doesn't respond, alluding to the fact that he doesn't want to cause a scene, and/or doesn't feel empowered enough to stand up for himself and his boyfriend.

The scene could've been such a catalyst for deeper discussions about queer representation in service jobs like firefighting. It could've even led to discourse about intersectionality and how Hen faced her own struggles in the LAFD because in addition to being queer, she is black and a woman.

But no.

Instead, y'all are raving on and on about how Tommy is ugly, Lou is d*sgusting, how the cast and Oliver hate him and his character & how Buck and Eddie should be together and anything other than buddie = queerbaiting.

If you only want Buck to be bisexual with Eddie, then you NEVER cared about bisexual/queer representation in the first place.

You forgot about the one where Buck was the most nervous adorable creature he's ever been in his life to confess to his best friend that he was on a date with a guy because it's been eating him up inside that he lied about it before, and then being so relieved that Eddie was totally ok with him being bisexual and so happy that the one persons who opinion mattered was ok with him.

What’s so funny is you can’t just say “the buddie kitchen scene” because there have been SO MANY buddie kitchen scenes.

Do you mean the one where Eddie told Buck there’s no one in the world he trusts more with his son while following Buck’s eyes so Buck had to see that Eddie meant it?

Or did you mean the weirdly sexually charged do you wanna go for the title.

Or did you mean the one where Eddie left the 118 and snapped told Buck he needs to move on because he has after Buck tried to get Eddie to open up to him.

Or was it the one where Buck showed up at Eddie’s house after dying because he needed somewhere safe and quiet and then he fell asleep on the couch and woke up and they talked about Eddie getting shot in the kitchen after Eddie so softly asked if he’s allowed to ask how Buck is now?

Or was it the scene where Buck made Eddie and Chris lasagna at his apartment while Eddie and Chris played games and tease Buck about still not having a couch?

Oh or was it the one where Buck ran into a doppelgänger of Eddie’s dead wife at the firehouse and immediately cancelled his plans to bring Eddie the brownies she made him and to tell Eddie he’s worried about him and Eddie told Buck he’s worried about himself too because he doesn’t lie to Buck about his mental health, not after everything they’ve been through.
