Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to share a challenging situation I recently faced. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of keeping $1,200 in cash in my bedroom, securely stored in a wallet inside a drawer. Regrettably, this money was stolen from me, primarily consisting of $100 bills, with some smaller bills left behind by the thief.

Given the numerous roommates who have come and gone in my life recently, including some I may not fully trust, it’s been challenging to pinpoint the responsible party. I’ve taken the necessary step of contacting the police and initiating an investigation, but the reality is that proving theft in such situations can be incredibly difficult.

The timing of this incident couldn’t have been worse, as all of my bills are due around September 12th. That $1,200 represented a month’s worth of hard-earned income for me. Additionally, I’ve recently taken on a car payment and car insurance, making this theft an even greater financial burden.

Currently, I’m juggling my studies at Santa Fe with the demands of three jobs to make ends meet. If any of you have the means to lend a helping hand during this trying time, I would be profoundly grateful. I’m honestly at a loss for what to do next, and your support would mean the world to me.
