did not time myself today. i am still working on my math assignment and my goal is to turn it in today.
i spiraled down a rabbit hole about something, and wish there was someone to talk to about this. like is it worth continuing where i am? am i better off going somewhere else?
maybe i need to take some more time to really think about out and figure some things out. pros and cons.
what i did today:
• working on my math assignment
• made brownies!

today i gave myself a rest day to reset, i have been stressed the last few days. im happy to have been able to step back, recalibrate, and get back into the groove tomorrow.
i think i am going to start a productivity challenge, but i have a game plan for tomorrow. the plan is to get up at 5 in the morning, walk my dog, and get into study mode soon after. now my biggest hurdle is waking up at that time. i wake up earlier than that for work. but on days off, the bed just wraps me in.
what i did today:
enjoyed the company of my mom
created a daily schedule and time-blocked
relaxed & reset

Hi friends!
So I've been doing this 30 day productivity (30dop) challenge and I didn't intend on making it a proper challenge when I started but some people have been showing interest so I thought I'd just lay out some basics and also give you some prompts! By no means am I suggesting that I created this challenge, I know a lot of people do things like this, I just wanna help some people out.
The basics of what you need to know:
This challenge is open to ANYONE, studying, working, preparing for something, people who are just bored
You can start this challenge at any time during the year
'Productivity' is a purely subjective term. You may classify simply reading a book as making a day productive (it really does)
So basically, do at least one thing you consider productive, every day for 30 days!
Tag your challenge posts with #30dop so others can follow along; I'll track this tag but may not reblog
If you do want me to interact and reblog your posts, tag the posts #heydilli (this is my tracking tag so you can use this for other posts too)
If this sounds good to you, keep scrolling for some daily prompts!

excuse my terrible digital handwriting T-T
Some additional info in case you're worried about any of this:
You don't have to use the prompts I provide, they are optional (I probably won't even use them for my own posts tbh)
Don't stress if you post late/miss a few days, everyone knows I'm struggling too
You don't have to post pictures if you don't want to/can't
Basically this is a very open-ended challenge you can mould it and change it however you want to suit your preferences/needs
If you need some help with formatting, you can either check out the tag #30dop or check my blog for my 30dop posts, but generally I recommend including these:
Day #/30; date; your summary of the day and answer to prompt; song rec or something you're currently reading
And that is all I have for you guys, but if you wanna talk about any of the above or if you just wanna be mutuals, DM me or otherwise my inbox is always open <3
Good luck and thank you for reading!!
xx dilli

These are the things I do for MY own health. Emotionally, mental and physical. These habits were incorporated in my life little by little, not all at once, and are now part of my lifestyle. This post is basically a reference or suggestions for anyone who is interested, not me telling you that you have to do all of these things.
Pilates and light weight work outs 30-45 minutes daily.
10k Steps daily.
Eat the designated amount of nutritional intake for my body daily.
1 Gallon of water daily.
Morning and evening skincare routine.
1 Facial a week.
1-2 hours of reading daily (mostly audible).
Meditate in the morning.
Communicate my feelings about any given situation.
Sleep with silk gowns and a silk pillow.
Spearmint tea 2 times a day for hormone regulation.
Create a to do list daily.
1 hour of learning something new.
Scroll social media for 1 hour max - I have a timer on my phone that disables apps.
Remove anyone who stresses me out.
Massage 1 a week.
Dress up every day even when i'm working from home.
Treat myself to something when I accomplish small goals.
Take supplements daily.
Journal my feelings.

i am happy to be back. my studying has been faulty this week, more on trying to get these assignments done than learning and absorbing the material.
ugh i have these ups and downs of being able to study and focus to having little motivation and having to force myself to my desk. this week was more of the latter. and im learning that it’s okay and it doesn’t make me a bad student or a failure.

the week so far has been surprisingly productive. just one assignment left to turn in and its due in 2 days. i started using Asana and putting all my assignments there, and i gotta say just seeing my assignments go from 'need to do' to 'done' was satisfying.
my cybersecurity class was today, the instructors voice is so calming and soothing, i end up feeling sleepy. we learning about authentication this week and used tool called 'Jack the Ripper' to crack some passwords ethically. kind of confusing, but i am sure with practice and repetition ill get better.
what i did today:
2 quizzes
cybersecurity class
prepared my lunch for work tomorrow
to do tomorrow:
finish final assignment for the week
work on cybersecurity project
crochet!!!!
prep myself for the new week

Yesterday got crazy hectic, my nephew got a flat tire and I had to go help him. But he can not give directions to save his life. What a struggle I had finding him. It all worked out, we put the spare and got a new tire.
Today was good as well. Saw my dad and we had breakfast. I gotta the forest app and I really like it. It collects the data of how long you studied. Note I can keep better track. First day using it and I gotta say I can do better.
What I did today:
• 1 hr 20 min of studying
• helped my family with their things

Does anyone ever feel overwhelmed with everything they need to get done? Feeling that today.
Focused on math today, which is good because I have not started any assignment and it is due on Wednesday. Despite feeling overwhelmed and that I do not have enough time, I am powering through.
I'm working for the next three days, I would rather stay home and study, especially since I am starting in a new department tomorrow. I am disappointed by that, I was content where I was, surrounded by plants. But the great thing, it is only for 3 days, following 6 beautiful days off.
What I did today:
studied college algebra for 1-ish hours
prepared my lunch for the next 3 days of work
turned in my english assignment

First day of my cybersecurity class done. It went better than I had thought, I met the people in my group and I am happy to say I actually participated. Usually I am as quiet as a mouse.
The lab work was quite fun, we are working with CyberChef and it's interesting to see. I can't wait to learn more.
Today I also did a breakfast celebration with my boyfriend, it was our 3 year anniversary. I loved the waffles!
What I did today:
did my quiz and participated in the discussion forum for English
did lab for cybersecurity
ate delicious ramen!
