We still can’t believe this is real. “Love Me to Death” started as a personal, slightly offbeat love story we weren’t sure anyone would connect with, and now it’s BECOMING A BOOK!

The people.com announcement was an incredible surprise, and we’re so honored to see the story featured like this. We’re so grateful to everyone who’s supported this story and helped it grow. Finishing Room of Swords felt like closing a book we’d been writing our whole lives. It was our first time telling a story, and the first time we got to put everything we’d ever wanted to say into a single project. Now, Metamortis is a return to that same emotional core, shaped by everything we’ve lived and learned since. It’s darker in some ways, but we’re more intentional about how we balance that with humor, hope, and warmth. At its heart, it’s a story about finding the people who choose you and love you as you are—but also about choosing and loving yourself, even the parts you’ve been ashamed of.

With Metamortis, we have more freedom to build it on our own terms—to go deeper, take risks, and invite people into a more immersive experience. So, if you enjoyed Room of Swords, we think you’ll fall in love with Metamortis, too.
