Off and on for years, I've been working on a retelling of The Wizard of Oz and I recently was in the shower and had a whole moment where after the group melts the Witch and they return to the Emerald City, they're immediately put in the dungeon or whatever. They manage to escape due to Scarecrow squeezing through the bars or whatever I'll make happen and then they meet the Wizard and of course he's not a real wizard and can't give them what they want... I'm not gonna have him give them things that make up for what they actually want lol, what a conman... but I feel like maybe it's too mean by him putting them in jail? I don't want him to be irredeemable I guess because why would Dorothy trust him to get her back home with his ruined balloon.

What are your thoughts on this?

A little dramatic but probably so accurate when I saw how much people were hating on Mike after S3 lol and I wasn’t active online about ST at all during that time. Shocked.

THIS SCENE! Let me tell you, I just got through this last night and for the group, for TIFA to be okay with him after what just happened, that's love right there. The only ones (to me lol) who feel romantic love would be Tifa and Aerith but I feel like this moment between them after she wakes up, really solidified to me that Cloud and Tifa are it. At least for me. I don't know what all you can do yet (don't spoil me) with relationships going forward but I've loved them since I first watched Advent Children (my intro to FFVII) back in high school (like 2006 I guess) and this game is feeding me lol.

I love them. The chemistry! Plus their character models are so gorgeous.

Still on my Rebirth playthrough, no spoilers on gameplay past Gongaga, will be finishing up the Chadley stuff before I move on to meet Cid.

But anyways, I think it's interesting how Cloud is the only one who doesn't have a "theme". Everyone else has their "Tifa's Theme" etc but he doesn't. I read that people consider "Anxiety" from the original soundtrack to be his theme, listening to it now and yeah I can see why. Or the main theme but that's the main theme of FFVII and sure you can say well Cloud IS FFVII but I feel like he should have a theme lol. If I hear the theme, I'ma think the game first then Cloud lol.

But also on the Advent Children soundtrack, there's a song called "Cloud Smiles" which I think people consider his theme.

So I wonder in the third part will Cloud have a theme.

But what say you about Cloud's theme?

I don’t care what the problem is… subtitles please. But also lol the mumbling and the low sound for dialogue but the LOUD ass music is a thing.

Watching Bones and All I knew I was gonna need to watch it at home with subtitles because what the hell are you saying Timotay??

Why do people need subtitles to watch a show in English? I don't get it. What is wrong with the ears of young people?

Something random I was thinking about in Poppy's Playtime lol....

We know the BBI toys were the orphans turned into toys so they could do work without worrying about paying them etc... but this isn't like FNAF where the kids were murdered and their souls possessed the animatronics... they were literally turned into the toys so... do they age? I would think so. We know CatNap was Theo, that's something that's outright confirmed (I think the others are pretty much too but not outright said in the game vs finding lab reports and what not) and it's been 10 years since the Hour of Joy but then like maybe 5 years since Theo was turned into CatNap right?

I can't imagine them NOT aging because they're still living organisms, they're not souls stuck in time so Theo chronologically would be like 22 right?

If the game is set in 2005, it's been ten years, so Hour of Joy happened in 1995 and when was Theo turned? In 1990? Or before? DogDay was probably turned after Theo but we don't know if he was a kid or an adult, if he was also a kid, he would also in 2005 be an adult. Voice boxes don't matter because CatNap's voice box seemed to be broken, I think they mention that in a VHS tape and DogDay's voice could be defective from years of screaming, not using it or whatever.

Idk, just something I was thinking about because I was watching another playthrough and it really doesn't matter in the long run because as far as we know, both CatNap and DogDay are dead (*cries for DogDay*) but just something I was thinking about. Not to mention, I'm thinking about Mommy Long Legs and she was also a kid right? Marie Payne?

lol anyways.

Edit: And another thing, they're not vampires where their bodies are stuck in time and their subconsciousness is aging... they're no longer human so there's that but everything else is still aging? Their organs?
