Sunday, the little frog was on the ground by my car when I got off work. Today, there was the snake. They are now additions to White Widow. But, I'm not sure how these are getting by my car. They weren't there before work. I notice this shit. Is there someone purposely putting them there? Is it just coincidence? A friend suggested that they may be literal signs about something in my future. Thoughts? My posts have been few and far lately due to an increase in busy time. I got a part time job working at the local Lane Bryant store. It sucks because I work about 10 hours a week, but I absolutely love my job and the tiny pay checks really do help. I am hoping that hours will increase in the coming weeks. I've gotten to see my kids the last two weekends. It has been so wonderful yet helplessly painful at the same time. My children are so miserable and acting out in response. Their father thinks that screaming at them or hitting them will solve the problem, but he also thinks he is 100% right about everything. Everything. But, he's wrong. My children are acting out because they know their father is the one keeping me from seeing them. They know he is lying. I keep learning more terrible things that my children have to endure and it kills me because I can't do anything. It's going to take me FOREVER to save up enough money for a lawyer. I have to work on getting my own place, first. It's all very overwhelming and I'm so afraid that I will fail my children. They love me so much and I love them more than anything. But, I must cut that off there and change subject. I am getting a little excited for the holiday season. I should be able to get everyone at least one gift. I really want to get my sister a Lane Bryant gift card so she can come in while I'm working and I can help her pick out a cute outfit. She deserves it. She deals with a lot of shit and has her own stresses. She doesn't get to buy good quality clothes often. Now, I just need to think of gifts for the rest of the family.
