I don’t understand why so many zutara shippers object to the kataang kiss scene like that was obviously a harmless mistake and just Aang trying to express himself to Katara. They would have been all over it if it was Zuko let’s be real because sorry we all know that’s just kind of how things go. Somebody has to make a move and it’s usually the man they are blowing a completely normal thing out of proportion. They say Aang isn’t passionate but that was a passionate moment for them. Katara was confused and didn’t realize what she needed yet but obviously she secretly was wanting that relationship given the ending so idk. I don’t see the problem here. Someone has to be pushy if you actually want the relationship started and while it can be miscommunication a little bit it’s not abuse or even really toxic, especially for a young boy with lots of stress in his life. It seems like majorly women accusing him of being predatory but they just don’t consider the perspectives of Aang and boys like him. They don’t mean to hurt and there is so much pressure to initiate. I am so sick of harmless mistakes being used to demonize innocent boys who just want love Aang is the hero of the story no ifs no buts
