After receiving word of their loved ones being held hostage to be killed under the pretense of murder, the Test Subjects find themselves getting more and more antsy by the deadline. On the morning, three unsuspecting participants (Andrew, Arle, Crash Man) walk into the cafeteria to get breakfast or just to do their own thing...

… They wouldn't notice it immediately. It took them getting closer in the room and approaching the large pillar to see it. See her.

Attached to a winch was a set of rope. Running through crossbeams on a pillar. And attached to the end of the rope? The Ultimate Fugitive. Codenamed Escope by the Researcher, their body hanged upside down by their leg. Their head limped in a way along with bruising on her neck confirmed she was dead, from a snapped neck.

For some, they might've initially believed she was faking it. Just hanging around to scare them. It wouldn't be so out of character for her. But this is no sick joke.

Izzy was dead, the first causality of this experiment. Dead with a stiff smile on her pale face, like some smiling ghost peering into your bedroom window late at night.

I've been dabbling in pixel art for a while now. Trying to get better at making Danganronpa pixels, and the like. I recently saw a piece of fanart where someone made a Body Discovery Announcement out of the Danganronpa pixels. And since I like making Danganronpa pixels, I figured I tried my hand at one of these. Using my own Danganronpa Roleplay, Results & Retributions, as a practice run. It's a multi-media crossover DRRP if you're wondering, where different fictional characters are put in a Killing Game. Hence why the characters here might be recognizable.

Izzy was the first victim in this DRRP. How she was killed was by the trap set in the cafeteria involving a winch and rope. When she stepped into the trap, it began to retract and tighten around her leg, pulling her up. It pulled her up quicker than it was supposed to, leading her to hit her head on the ceiling and suffer a cervical fracture.

The last few gifs for Chapter 4 and 5 of my DRRP, Results & Retributions! In chapter 4, the motive was hallucinations! And one thing lead to another, where the victim was Arle Nadja. In a hallucinating state, Makoto Niijima accidentally poisoned Arle and caused her death.

After their deaths, Chapter 5 ends with Dirk and Snowdrake coming up with a plan. To end the killing game, and get back at the researcher. By Dirk killing Snowdrake, then faking his own death by setting up a fake body and putting Snowdrake’s dust into the ashtray of a candle sitting in front of his corpse. Fooling everyone, including the mastermind. In the end, he’s caught and executed.

The motive this time was the end of the experiment, and “for them to see a dead person again.” Making it sound like they’re going to revive a dead participant... But by end the experiment, and to see the dead again, they meant it literally: The survivors would’ve been executed in a mass execution. This is thankfully obverted, making the survivors...

Kokoro Mitsume. She was the “Researcher”, and the mastermind. Who hosted the Killing Experiment because she wanted to see the raw emotions and morality of all living things. And figured that hosting a Killing Game would be the way to do it.

That’s all the gif I made for R&R. But I’ll be making more Game Over gifs, like for the sequel of my DRRP.

It’s postponed at the moment, it hasn’t started at the moment. But the bottom row’s RP has started. That RP’s Kiwironpa: Rebirth. 18 people from different times and worlds noclip out of reality, and find themselves in the Backrooms, which holds not just deadly monsters that could kill them, but also a Killing Game. . . In this, none of the characters have Ultimates, but the general consensus is the same. So here’s some more Danganronpa inspired Game Over gifs I did for another Danganronpa Roleplay I was a part of. The run down of this was 16 (later 17) participants were placed in Shadow Sae’s Palace in the casino, forced to kill one another. 11 died, only 6 survived. He got killed by Meowth. What happened was the two were playing the slot machines, Meowth lost and kicked it, resulting in a bust sitting on the machine to fall and clobber Pico on the head. With Pico mortally wounded and bleeding out, Meowth tried and failed to try and help him. But he couldn’t, and with the motive being loved ones (His being James), Meowth mercy killed him by claw out his throat. Afterwards, Makoto (who attempted a rescue earlier) joined the group, and the motive was dropped. That being a wish being granted once someone kills. Two people wanted it that night: Senpai and Homura. Senpai for revenge, Homura for Madoka. Senpai was originally going to kill Keith, but Chongyun and Homura walked in at the wrong time, with the latter stabbing the exorcist in the thigh. Tenko had showed up and knocked out Senpai and Keith, witnessing Homura stabbing Chongyun. The aikidoka threw him a first aid kit while she chased after her. Senpai, infuriated by this, decided to kill steal Homura by walking over and removing Chongyun’s bandage so he’ll bleed out. The next motive was starvation. But because the palace fills with food, they got creative and attached everyone to the Neo World Program from SDRA2. Since they didn’t have avatars of the characters ready, everyone got placed into bodies of the SDRA2 cast, with Kanade and Mikado being the hosts. And, as you can guess, this being Chapter 3 means there were two victims. Kris and Monika were the victims. Monika was cracking under the pressure of the Killing Game, and attempted to kill Kris. But Kris, being in the body of Hajime Makunouchi, fought back and accidentally killed her. So who killed Kris? Natsumi, in the body of Yuki Maeda, who saw the syringe of cyanide Monika tried to use on Kris. Seeing Kris standing over the body, she freaked out and thought they were going to go after her next, so she snuck up behind Kris and jabbed the syringe into the pacifist's neck. After this trial, everyone was brought out of the simulation and back in the casino. Where their next motive lay waiting: forbidden actions. But instead of being killed by their actions, instead it would’ve been their hostages. Makoto’s was the entire Killing Game participants since she didn’t have anyone else to be it. So, seeing this, Kronk decided to try and sacrifice himself with a portable stove and gun powder. But Penny, walking in, talked him out of it. In a tragic twist however, Penny thought the stove was on, so when she flipped the dial, she accidentally turned it on. It detonated and blew her apart, leaving her alive long enough to crawl and die in Ringo’s arms. Final motive: It was a motive to bring someone back to leave with you, with the addition of seeing the mastermind’s room. In an attempt to trick the mastermind and overseers, Apollo and Homura teamed up to create and unsolvable murder. With Homura injecting Apollo with a syringe containing air bubbles in it, and turning off the lights in the casino so not even Akechi (the overseer) or Shadow Sae knew who did it. Unfortunately, she was still executed. But with 11 deaths, six survivors made it to the endgame: Makoto Niijima, Tenko Chabashira, Ranma Saotome, Keith, Ringo Andou, and Star Butterfly. These six faced off against the mastermind behind this horrid killing game: Lusamine, from Pokémon Sun & Moon. She was using the Killing Game as a test of taking over worlds and creating a paradise where no troubles or turmoil could exist, where everyone could be happy and carefree against their will. The six argued against her, and her trick of pulling people from the survivor’s universes to fight for her, and with the assistance of the Phantom Thieves acting as the cavalry to their rescue, the survivors beat Lusamine and Akechi and escaped. It was honestly a ride and I had fun RPing in it and making these.

So my first post is showing off some Danganronpa sprites & Game Over gifs I made for a multimedia Danganronpa roleplay I’m running currently called Results & Retributions. A bit of backstory, and catching up to what’s all going down. 16 participants all wake up in some laboratory facility, given codenames and Ultimate titles, and are told that they’re put in a test discerning morality, selflessness, selfishness, and humanity. Rod Serling, A.K.A. The Narrator. More or less an A.I. holographic of the host of the original Twilight Zone series. He lets every know the bread and butter of a Killing Game: Kill to leave, there’s small devices in your head called C.D.s that will execute you if you break a rule, etc.  Everyone tries to go about their normal day, but since there hasn’t been a murder yet, the mastermind (Researcher) decides to give a motive. It’s the same ol’ “I have someone you care about hostage, kill to save them” motive we all know. But with a twist. For this RP’s gimmick is being able to vote during a motive. Everyone’s hostages were on a time limit, and if they wanted to extend theirs, they could vote someone else’s hostage to get an extension. However, this would cause that hostage to go under some brutal torture such as getting an arm broken. The stress of the potential death of her cousin, Leon, makes Kanon decide to commit a murder. She asks Rod to give her something to make a trap, and she goes to set it up in the cafeteria. However, as she set it up, she gets a surprise intrusion by Izzy, who was sneaking around in the vents. Izzy convinces Kanon not to go through with it and tells her to go back to bed while she disarms the trap. But come morning, when everyone gets into the cafeteria. . . They find Izzy’s dead body, hung upside down by her foot with a broken neck. Naturally, suspicions fall upon Kanon. But she’s proven innocent, so who could’ve killed her? None other than Philip J. Fry. Fry was a case of in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was going to get a midnight snack the night of the murder, and saw Izzy fiddling with the trap Kanon set. The delivery boy misunderstood her intentions, thinking she was the one plotting a murder and was a traitor, so he decided to give her a taste of her own medicine in a way. By using “her own” trap, Fry resets the trap to work again, accidentally setting the winch’s speed to a deadly setting. He then lured her with a fake note to come back to the cafeteria, where she accidentally triggered the trap and was dragged upwards by the snare attached to the winch. Where she hit her head on a construct and broke her neck, dying shortly afterwards. Mostly everyone is reluctant to vote Fry as the killer since he was just trying to stop what he thought was a murder. But the Narrator gave a cruel ultimatum that was part of the motive: The hostages’ lives rest on the outcome of the survivor of the class trial. If the blackened wins, then everyone and their hostages would be executed. But if they snuff out the blackened, only the blackened and their hostage would be executed. After some hesitation and goading from Fry to vote him to save them, Fry is found guilty and soon executed alongside his hostage, Leela. With two people dead, and a new floor opened, everyone tries to get back to their normal lives. And for a time, it was. Until a new motive dropped: If no one kills in three days, then everyone would leave the facility. The twist? They would all be forced into each others’ worlds. They could swap worlds with the vote, but only two people could do so. And with a time limit of three days, that wasn’t enough to try and swap everyone’s worlds back. Even knowing that, Elena was determined to find a way to return everyone’s worlds to their respective owners. However, the King didn’t want to wait. He just wanted his world back. So the very next morning, on the last day of the motive, three people walk up to the second floor to try and get their minds off the motive. That being Parasoul, Snowdrake, and Glitter. They noticed one room, the Gravity Room, has its door ajar, and the gravity on.  They walk over and turn it off. . . And are met with the horrible discovery. Elena’s body, with a massive stab wound going through her back and stomach, come crashing down. What made this more horrifying was the fact she was still alive, but no one in the group could do anything but watch as she goes into shock from bleeding out before she died in front of them. After a long trial, they come down to a culprit. The one who killed Elena in such a gruesome manner. The one who tried to frame Dirk as her culprit. The King. Who wastes no time gloating and laughing in everyone’s faces over his heinous action, and before his death, tried to kill Sam. The one person who tried to believe he could be good. But before he could, he gets dragged to his execution. Said execution left everyone split over whether or not he deserved it or if it was too far. Four of the participants were dead now. 12 remain. But this is Chapter 3. Which means a multiple death is more than expected at this point. And with the motive, that being with every day that passes without a murder, a participant will be mutilated in increasingly worsening manner, it was only a matter of time. Kanon, being the first to be injured, rest in the infirmary to rest. One morning, she wakes up to find. . . the healing machine was back on. The healing machine that was shut off for the motive. She instantly recognized what this meant and told everyone what had happen. The group splits up to go find the bodies. Sam, Ayaka, and Kanon enter the sports center on the third floor and. . . Find the halved body of Crash Man on the gym’s floor, having been cut from his waist and stabbed in the head. But. . . something peculiar is going on. The Body Discovery Announcement hasn’t played. The rules state that when three people find the body, barring the culprit, it’ll play. But it also states it’ll only play when all the bodies have been discovered. Sam, fearing the worse, run out. So who is the second body? Dirk, Arle, and Snowdrake walk into the arcade, which is now a mess littered with burns. And under one of the arcade machines, crushed by its weight, was Dr. Simon Glass. Like Crash Man, he had been murdered. But. . . like Crash Man, something is off still. The BDA still hasn’t played. Why. . . ? Sam, running around, runs into the aquarium. . . And finds exactly why. Because laying on the floor, with a massive bloodstain and hole in her chest, was Parasoul. That’s right. There were three body discoveries in this chapter. Crash Man, Dr. Glass, and Parasoul were all dead. Who? Who did all this? Did someone snap and go on a murderous rampage last night? (TW: Mentions of offing one’s self) . . . Well, not exactly. Because the group find out that the killer (or in this case killers) wasn’t alive anymore. For the culprit who killed Dr. Glass was Crash Man. Crash Man was then killed by Parasoul, who then offed herself. You see, Crash Man killed Glass because during the voting session, he voted for Kanon automatically since he didn’t put in any input. The robot master was already looking for a reason to end the motive, so he offed Dr. Glass by launching an arcade machine at him with his explosion. Parasoul, who was guarding the armory on the same floor, heard the explosion and went to investigate. She caught Crash Man in the middle of it and tried to question him. Crash, still running on the stress, tried to attack and kill her. Parasoul had no choice but to fight him off, using Krieg in defense to cut Crash Man in half before stabbing him in the head with it. Afterwards, Parasoul was initially going to frame Arle for it. But guilt over what she’s done, and not wanting to face execution, she decided to end her own life. The reason why her body was brutalized was because she used a WASP knife she and Arle found in the aquarium to off herself. This would mean no one would be executed. . . but in a horrible twist, the Researcher executed both the blackeneds in this case (Crash Man and Parasoul) anyway, even though they were already dead. (TW end) With that, we are currently on Chapter 4. Nearly half way done with it. When the trials for it get completed, I’ll upload the gifs here too. Hope you like the gifs and sprites I made, and sorry for the long spout of text just now. I’m happy how these came out. Fry was my first one I made as a sort of test too, so it’s probably not that great and I’ve improved some since it I believe.
