Confession: I am stubborn and hard heading 🙋🏾‍♀️. Yup, that’s me. And because Of this, I tend to have a hard time accepting and letting go. Like it was legit making me feel like I was trapped and going crazy until my Ori said, because you won’t let it go. And I’am like wait a second, me? How is it me?! Do you see all this work I’ve been doing, whatcha mean it’s me?! Again, I heard you can’t attract another situation bc all you’re focus on is the one you want, and that is no longer serving you, let it go. Giving up Control. Lately I’ve found myself not wanting to listen to music as I run. Spirit has lead me to take the opportunity to listen to my thoughts 💭, connect with them and evaluate as well; and purge what is necessary. Listening to music while I ran was a way to distract myself from the fact I was running but I’ve been inform now that I need to learn how to get through things, not over it. Running now for me is a different purpose than before. It is allowing me to connect with myself more as well as nature.
