A little story I want to add to this, but there's an elementary school I pass by almost daily on my way to work, and near the back of the field is a fence and then farmland, the owner of the farm put stakes in the ground behind the fence because the kids were digging a hole under the fence.

Eventually the kids stole the stakes and started using thwm as rudimentary tools to dig the hole, it was interesting to watch their progress over the span of a month they had dug a hole depe enough for a six year old to stand in it and not be seen, it was really very impressive.

At this point they were just digging for the sake of digging, but of course summer break started and in less than a day the school had the hole filled in and the area blocked off. I felt disappointed, it was an impressive hole and the fact that upwards of ten kids would come together to dig it and take turns was interesting, it made me think about the prospect of studying stuff like that, why a group of kids were able to come together to do something so pointless to an impressive degree.

It all brought back memories of when I was in elementary school, during recess a bunch of kids, myself included, would all race to the back of the field where there was a little patch of trees in the corner, we would dig up dirt and use sand and small pebbles from the playground and mix it together in a hole with water from other kids water bottles to make mud and clay, and we would stack rocks and sticks with it, making a stone wall.

There wasn't a point in building the stone wall, we just liked doing it and it felt like we were accomplishing something. Of course after summer break we would all come back to find it gone and our holes filled, but that didn't stop us from going right back to building a new wall.

My point is, kids will do things for what seems like a pointless reason, but why does it need a reason? Dig a hole, build a wall, kids don't care why they're doing it, it's just fun and makes them feel like they've accomplished something.

i think it is unjust to deny a child their right to dig a hole motivelessly

get some plushy fabric from the craft store and get tracing and cutting (using medical scissors from that surgery you had four years ago)

SEW THAT BABY TOGETHER and then pick apart the head because you messed up AND THEN SEW IT BACK TOGETHER PROPERLY!!

make a little face :3 eyes, nose and whiskers!!

fill that beast with BEANS using your sister's hamilton shotglass (and some fluff for the head and body)

sew her up.... and take some photos!!

optional step: repeat the process to make some siblings!

Not normally what I reblog, but I just gotta say, as a massive Beast Wars fan, I absolutely adore this! As a kid growing up watching the show, I hated that there weren't more female characters, and when Blackarachnia and Airazor were introduced, I was excited and I distinctly remember making drawing while watching the show, of the two together, like holding hands and generally just copying what my parents did with each other. I now realize they were my first ship without me even realizing it lol but now I'm determined to try and find those drawings

TRANS WOMEN: HERE'S SOME SHIT YOUR DOCTOR WONT TELL YOU ABOUT HRT

1. Progesterone: not for everyone, but for many people it may increase sex drive and WILL make your boobs bigger. Also effects mood in ways that many find positive (but some find negative). Most doctors won’t prescribe this to you unless you ask. Most trans girls I know swear by it.

2. Injectible estrogen: is more effective than pill or patch form. Get on it if you can bear needles bc you will see more effects more quickly.

3. Estradiol Cypionate: There is currently a shortage of injectible estradiol valerate. There is no shortage of estradiol cypionate. Functionally they do the same shit.

4. Bicalutamide: This is an anti-androgen that has almost none of the side-effects of spironolactone or finasteride. The girls I know who are on it are evangelical about it.

I recently joined a Discord server that specifically for sex toys and people that enjoy casual online sex and sexting. I know a lot of people will think that's weird, but I'm really bad at socializing and going out to meet people, I don't drink or smoke and I hate bars and clubs, so finding a sexual partner was near impossible for me.

I'm also really not confident in my appearance or sex appeal, I took my own virginity with a dildo but I've never had any partners, so I'm inexperienced. I'm honestly really happy I joined that Discord server because it gave me confidence in my sex appeal and self esteem, and the people there were respectful, using my preferred pronouns and name, I know it's weird but I wasn't sexualized for being trans and I wasn't harassed for it either.

People asked to DM and were ready respectful and polite, and that's the kind of sexual environment I was looking for, because it gave me a chance to explore things and being told I'm attractive and seemed how turned on some people were because of me, it made me feel good about myself.

I've always been self conscious about my body hair and lack of experience and because I'm not conventionally attractive, i.e. skinny little femboy with no body hair and perfect skin. No, I have a lot of body hair, I'm a bit chubby and I have scars from accidents and old pimple scars from when I was a teenager and stretch marks, my breasts are uneven and it all made me feel like I was self conscious about my appearance, but I think I feel a lot better about myself now.

Knowing people find me attractive makes me really realize that media has fucked up not just my perspective of attraction, but everyone else's too.

Yesterday, for the first time, I wore my binder and packer outside, I went to the mall and gave off mega genderfuck vibes and I felt really happy because I was myself :D

just had my 3 week post-op and i’m officially done with the bandages! i’m so glad i can really enjoy my chest now and not have it covered up 99% of the time. i still can’t believe how good it already looks, shoutout to my surgeon for doing a fucking incredible job.
