4th week of December




A good weekk but not an amaaaaziiigg onee I am so confused about how to manage my current classes and freakin backlog it's getting so tough but let's hope and study more to solve all this. Now I am thinking to wake up quite early so in the morning itself I give 2 hours to my backlog atleast
Let's hope before January ends I will complete or atleast complete the major portion of my physics backlog

As you might or might not know I was and am still trying to get early and I am trying to get better and started waking up at 6:30 but my goal is to wake up at 5 a.m. so I have decided to update here daily when I was up and ready to study so that mujhe sharam aaye and I start waking up early

A good week finally I studied and I studied and I did quite great but still my all weekk targets were not completed but I am satisfied because I tried my best soo yeah a good day and I hope I keep this consistency till my exam

getting over your morning grogginess

1st and 2nd week of December
Ohk Hiee so my 1st week of December was such a disappointment I didn't study at all 😭 why??? Idk I was just not studying and my entire week schedule got fucked and I have realised why i didn't study it was because I messed up on 2nd December where the whole day went by and I didn't study at all and after that my consistency got broke I was like fuck it so yeah it was bad bad week
But my 2nd week of December was goodd I studied daily without leaving any days and I attended my classes daily with DPP and homework and completed my ongoing class backlogs so that's a good week now I will try to cover my backlogs of phy chem next week

I am just getting overwhelmed by seeing the amount of backlog I have chapters I haven't revised and short notes formula sheets I need to make and how I am not attending the classes because of backlog so it's getting more backlog
It's so jumbled up and I feel like I don't know anything 😭
And I feel that I need to sort it all but seeing all this I just feel like it's better to ignore which isn't helping and I am feeling pathetic and it feels that I am again going to my back self where I was lazy and worst and j don't want that but I don't know waht to do

dealing with study burnout
it’s that moment when the textbooks, notes, and exams start to feel overwhelming. what can you do to avoid study burnout?

take regular breaks -> follow the pomodoro technique or take short breaks every 45-60 minutes.
set realistic goals -> break your study sessions into smaller, manageable tasks.
instead of cramming an entire chapter in one sitting, focus on mastering one section at a time.
mix up your study routine -> alternate between reading, writing, watching videos, or using flashcards.
practice self-care -> get enough sleep, stay hydrated (~72 oz), and eat nourishing foods. incorporate exercise, whether it's a quick walk, or a gym session.
know when to step back -> taking a break occasionally will help you return to your studies feeling refreshed and ready to focus.
practice mindfulness -> try practicing meditation to calm your mind. even a 5-minute session can help you reset mentally and emotionally.

adjust your expectations -> if things don’t go exactly to plan, don’t beat yourself up. adjust your expectations and keep moving forward.
take time to unplug -> unplugging for a few hours can give you a much-needed mental break.
I can guarantee that less social media makes my mood better, not just for studying but for social interactions. try making a dedicated time of the day where you step away from screens!!

2 & 3 weeks of November
I thought I will try and study more after holidays but obviously they just created a type of environment where I got into procrastination back I was trying but I wasn't studying my mornings were getting filled with watching shorts or youtube content or I am sketching basically I was doing everything except studying which I used to regret at night because I don't want do that I want to study and crack my exam so I need to make most out of the last week of November 💪 I need to fight back I need to get on with the schedule I need to be disciplined consistent and have fucking self control. It's High time now I can't mess up anymore





But I don't feel like waking up in the morning if anyone could suggest something helpful to wake up early please do..

1st Week of November
Ohk I procrastinated a lot I mean a lotttttt but it was diwali toh mai pagal ho gyi thi aur 2 din ke diwali break ke baad wapas trach me aane me kaafi waqt lag gya (precisely 5 din)
But, I got back on track from 7 nov so and I tried to get most of my things done which didn't happen actually because phy was like a nightmare and I can't do it 😭




Yeahhh so I did okayish not so good but gonna do my best from next week which had already started and I am gonna be productive and make everything on my to do list happen
