undertale au where toriel is the main character instead of some stinky little skeleton. close ups + info beneath cut

gaster is here too bc i think he would have a fun dynamic with toriel. in this au, he gives toriel a compass he made that can be used to track human souls using this whole mechanic thing i worked out that im super proud of and might show you later

basically gaster is like "im dead and need you to do my dirty work, so use this compass to help you"

i like to imagine that this trainer's a lil toddler who lives with his older sister and mother on top of a snowy mountain. they'd be like a rescue team who use their fire type pokemon to help people out of the snow

he's not strong enough to battle wild pokemon on his own, so he relies on a fast ball to catch them in order to avoid fighting
