my cycle is:
wishing i was skinny > restrict > lose a few pounds > overeat > gain back what i lost > restrict even more > have 0 energy and a lot of headaches > give up and eat intuitively > hate myself > binge or overeat until next monday > REPEAT

just eating less doesn't help me at all.. the only way i know that i'll lose weight is through fasting for 24+ hours. but that's the problem here - i don't know how i could fast 2-3 days a week in the spring. it seemed so easy back then. now because of school i'm always hungry and give up on fighting not to eat.
does anyone know how to get it under control?

But I’ve been struggling with an ED for YEARS, I can’t remember the last time I felt happy with my body. But I have yet to drop to a low/underweight anything, I’ve always been within the same 20lbs. I feel like I’m losing my mind?
I’ve tried for so many years and I’m starting to feel like there is no hope for me…
I’m just gonna be stuck in a constant binge/restrict cycle
