ok.. so your average. you at that middle weight where people don’t think your fat, but you still have a muffin top and your thighs are barely a gap. i mean yea you could eat normally now… but why? you’ve already lost so much weight why stop here? you can go further, actually you can literally do whatever you want. you could peat, and tell yourself “it wont make me gain weight if it’s just once” but it will… you’ll get used to it. a cycle. yea this week it’s just one, but next week it’s twice, then 3 times, then everyday your eating 900+cals and gaining weight like a pig on steroids, because without ed, that what you are. so keep going, push yourself until your truly happy.
as a great girl once said “there’s nothing worse in life than being average”

ugh i have to write myself vacay eating rules otherwise I'll just keep binging:
track calories
goal 1500 or less, def not over 2000
goal 10k+ steps a day
eat gum when you feel like having a dumb snack
only eat what you can reasonably estimate the amount and calories of
DO NOT eat any more than necessary "because it's vacation" or a "special occasion"
ffs don't lose control. always choose the lesser calorie option/skipping extra food.

Things I’ve learned on how to fast
-DRINK WATER. Or zero cal drinks, or coffee or tea, just drink up. More than 2 liters. You’ll thank me later
-go on light walks but don’t exercise after 24 hours, your body is burning enough already.
-again on walks, DO IT. It’s helpful, it will get your digestive system going and help poop out the rest of the food
-make sure to rest a lot, you burn a lot of cals while asleep plus post nap skinny is the best feeling

i'm restricting at college again and that means it's time for another recipe 👀
banana pancakes (237) 🥞
~ ingredients ~
medium banana (105)
large egg (72)
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour (55)
nonstick spray (5)
~ instructions ~
preheat a pan over medium heat
using a fork, mash banana in a bowl until mostly smooth, though a few chunks won't be an issue
add an egg to banana mash and whisk until combined
add flour and mix until combined, being sure not to over-mix
spray pan with nonstick spray (if needed, one spray should suffice for both pancakes) and add pancake batter, using about half for each pancake. flip when underside is golden brown, then remove when both sides are
~ alterations ~
replace all-purpose flour with any flour you prefer (oat, whole wheat, etc.)
remove flour entirely for a more crepe-like texture (and fewer calories, coming out to about 182)
omit the nonstick spray if you have a high-quality nonstick pan
using ripe or over-ripe bananas lends a lot of sweetness, but feel free to add your favorite zero-calorie sweetener
this one isn't quite dorm-friendly, sorry fellow college friends, but i'm in a university apartment this year so i have a stove. if your school is cool enough to let you have a hot plate (or if you have a kitchenette in a common area) this can work for you too

AFFIRMATIONS are extremely helpful! It's what aided me in my ★vation! To avoid being caught, USE. EARPHONES. HEADPHONES. ANYTHING that will make sure only YOU can hear it.
—Use Audiolab
—Scroll down until you find the Text To Speech option
—Type in affirmations like “It's awesome that i've st0pp3d 34t1ng now. I am grateful i have completely st0pp3d 34t1ng. At this rate i am eating, i will be extremely sk1nny.” etc. And press play
—It will automatically loop itself so leave your earphones on overnight and trust me, your appetite will GREATLY decrease.
This has worked for me so i apologize if this doesn't work for you. I am NOT pro, once again. I just wanted to share what helped me.

the correct way to come out of a fast 🎀
i’m not a health acc, nor am i an ed acc, but i see a lot of girlies ending their fasts wrong, and that can be super dangerous. life threatening, even. so i decided to write thus cus i have s lot of experience with fasting 🫶🏼
(if on a liquid diet, skip to step 4)
1. time
it’s a super simple process, but it’s definitely time consuming. the amount of time you were fasting is the amount of time it takes to come out of a fast. (e.g. one year i fasted for all of ramadan, even at night. i only fasted for two weeks, then slowly incorporated food back into my diet for the other two weeks)
2. liquid food
i saw someone eat an apple straight after their fast.
you cannot under any circumstances do that!!
shocking your system with food is dangerous. the first thing you should be having is a teaspoon of *blended* apple in a glass of water. (blend a peeled apple with a little bit of water to get the right consistency. do not use store bought apple juice)
it’s gross, but it’s necessary.
slowly over time, increase the ratio, until you are just drinking the blended apple. (the amount of time it takes depends on the amount of time you fasted)
3. liquid food cont.
once you start drinking just the apple, start mixing in other fresh fruits and veggies - preferably ones with a lot of nutrients. make sure it’s not too heavy.
(side note: don’t add any milk or yogurt to the smoothies nothing but plain water!)
4. food (kinda?)
you can’t eat normally just yet, just a little more to go!! there are two options of how to do this step
one is to make the smoothies chunkier, so you have something to chew
the second is cutting yourself a *tiny* piece of apple and chewing it until you physically can’t anymore.
they are pretty similar, so it’s up to you :) (make sure to chew very well for both btw, not just the second option)
as always, slowly increase the mount of solids until…
5. FOOD! (finally 😮‍💨)
congrats! you can now eat normally!! 🥳🥳🥳
it sucks that it takes so long, but i cannot stress enough how important it is! people have actually died from ending a fact wrong before. please look after your health 🤍
id you don’t like apples, or are allergic, you can substitute them for blueberries, though you’ll have to strain the skin out until you can start chewing 🤷🏼‍♀️ (if you don’t like blueberries, then use cucumbers or lettuce, idk)

ED tip:
if you eat a few spoonfuls of cake batter directly from the bowl, and your sister makes them without a recipe, you have no idea of knowing how much of a cupcake you're actually eating. If you can't count the calories, the calories don't count

NEED HELP FROM ED TUMBLR
It's been a year...I am struggling again. I have now reached 230 lbs. I feel my weight slipping out of control. I feel like my only option now is to go back to my old ways. In high school I used to limit my calorie intake to roughly 400 a day. I used to be 5'6 and 118 lbs in high school. I recovered later but after a knee injury a few years ago, my weight rocketed from being 5'7.5" at 135 lbs to 230 lbs (BMI=36). I want to shed this weight, but I am faced with a new predicament. I have now become a binge eater and my appetite feels out of control. I don't want to start purging because I already hate throwing up and I know that it can lead to lifelong acid reflux and I do NOT want that either. I need help from ED tumblr. I am getting serious on losing weight and I honestly don't care if it is done in an unhealthy way at this point. I just want to be thin again. Is there any hacks to appetite suppression so I can fast/send my body into starvation mode so I can burn the fat off? Are there ways to keep my calorie consumption low with a binging problem without purging? ATP my gw is 120 lbs (BMI=18.8 or lower is good). I just wanna look like one of those stick thin emo boys from myspace again...
PLEASE NO NEGATIVE REINFORCEMENT. I ALREADY KNOW I AM FAT!! PLEASE DON'T SHAME ME FOR MY WEIGHT, I AM ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR WAYS TO LOSE IT!!!
ALSO!!! Please dont just suggest "sleep when you're hungry". I literally can't do this, I work a full time job and I have to do errands all day. I am NOT a kid, I don't have free time to just nap off hunger. Thank you.
