How do people deal with academic fomo? i’m studying Archaeology and English right? And its fun, its great. 10/10 would recommend. But I wanna study MORE shit. I wanna study biology, i wanna study politics, i wanna study art, i wanna do astrophysics but I CANT because 2 subjects is the maximum and when I‘m done with those 2 i need to get a job. Sure I could change my subject noe, but its not like I want to quit Archaeology or English, i just wanna do MORE

Like what the fuck just let me keep learning stuff! I‘ll do jobs too, I‘ll write articles and go on excavations and shit, but I dont wanna be limited T_T

Just gonna use this as a thread for my playthrough lol- so far nothing really interesting. I picked Y cus it has most of the Pokemon I want on my Team (fuck you switch games for having such limited dexes) and picked Froakie as my starter- I'm not planning to keep it on my team for to long, but I named it Atter cus I thought it fit. Told my rivals not to use a nickname on me because wtf I've known you for 2 seconds

Then I got myself a Weedle in Santalune forest cus it's the first poison type you can get. It has evolved to Kakuna by now and we beat the first gym, which was pathetically easy

i've been thinking about how saturn by sza fits sasori so well, especially the "nirvana's not as advertised" lyric: that's sasori turning into a puppet and getting close to embodying eternal beauty, only to realize at the end that there was still so much childhood grief and sadness stored up after years of suppressing it :(

My Journey to Escape the War in Gaza

My name is Abdelmajed. I never imagined I’d be sharing my story like this, but life in Gaza has become unbearable. I am a survivor of the war here, and in the blink of an eye, everything I once knew—my home, my safety, my community—was ripped away from me.

The war has transformed Gaza into a graveyard of broken dreams. The buildings that once stood as symbols of life and resilience are now piles of rubble. Every corner is filled with the echoes of explosions. Every moment is shrouded in uncertainty. There is no security. There is no stability. There is no light at the end of the tunnel.

Basic needs have become luxuries. Food is scarce. Clean water is even scarcer. Hospitals are overwhelmed and under-resourced, and there is almost no medical care to be found. Every night, families go to bed hungry, praying they’ll wake up to see another day. The cost of basic necessities has skyrocketed, and it’s become a daily battle just to survive.

I’ve seen things I never thought possible—standing in long lines for a piece of bread, rationing every drop of water, and watching my people suffer in silence. I have lost everything—my home, my safety, my dignity.

Escape from Gaza is my only hope, but it’s almost impossible without financial help. The cost of evacuation is far beyond my means, and without support, I’m trapped in a warzone with no way out.

I’m reaching out to you now, in the hopes that someone, anyone, can help. I am not asking for luxury. I am asking for a chance—just a chance—to live. A chance to escape this never-ending cycle of fear, destruction, and loss. A chance to rebuild my life somewhere safe, where I can begin again, where I can find hope once more.

Any amount you can give will help me get closer to safety. Even the smallest donation will make a difference—it could be the lifeline I need to survive. Unhinged Naruto x Pokemon AU where 5 year old Deidara finds TM 64 (Explosion) and goes through at least 3 Pokemon per day because he keeps teaching it to all of them and not using other moves

Now you can decide for your peace of mind that this is like a normal Pokemon game where after exploding you can just heal your Pokemon OR you can go the more insane (better) route where his Pokemon do very much die and he just shows up with new ones (who also know explosion) to every battle. How does he have the time to train them all? He doesnt. They all just have maxxed attack stats and spam explosion
