Each time I indulge in carbs, I think back to last year before summer when I was at my lowest weight of 47kg, BMI literally below 15…
Gosh, i’ve really let myself go..

Lovlies, it is well worth the commitment.
Skinny is your right.
Why not accept it?
• • • •
Strangers will look at you differently.
With love, awe, envy.
• • • •
Dont tell me you don't want that?
• • • •
You're too delecate to suffer.
So you'll be pampered, cottled, taken care of.
• • • •
Is that not something you crave?
• • • •
You look exquisite...under all those layers...
Why not shed a few?
Why conceal your beauty with bloat?
• • • •
Silly silly, you forget you could be Divine.
• • • •
Why not strive for the success?
Thinness is your medallion.
Hunger, your reward.
Smaller numbers mean you've won.
What's keeping you from achieving?
Yourself?
Honey.... you're better than that.
• • • •
No one said skinny was always easy. But saying it's impossible is a disgusting lie. 🤍

That food I want. That food I crave, it’s all going to be there after I fast.

[tip: leave some of your meal as a snack for later, that stops unnecessary snacking👍👍]

Tips for not b1nging
Never snack, you’re probably just bored.
Instead have three small, but high protein and fiber meals. Track them all and the time for having each meal.
No distractions while eating.
Try and be mindful of if you’re really hungry, or just hungry in the mouth (like want a certain taste). To do that, drink a cup of water, (i don’t recommend anything flavored because it’ll just make you crave more) and wait 20-30 minutes to see if you still want to eat.
Wait for some sort of body queue like the grumbling of your stomach as a sign instead.
Right after dinner, try to go to sleep as early as you can, this stops midnight cravings and calm your mind before bed. E,g: putting down the phone and reading a book/journaling, etc.
If you ever fall back into a binge episode again, cut it short as soon as you can and have regained even a little bit of your control, i recommend to brush your teeth, and drink a litre of water then go to sleep (idc what time of day it is). Once you wake up, try again. What I mean is basically to “restart the day” like the binge episode didn’t happen WHILE also being mindful.
Later, you can take maybe half an hour of your day to reflect on the circumstances of the prior situation and figure out what made you binge/ how you can avoid it in the future.
I recommend the mindfulness exercise of Healthyemmie here: https://youtube.com/shorts/m4YCfLPzJ9o?si=lfhkqwKQJTJBhnQT
And to do the mind and body meditation exercise of Brain Education tv EVERYDAY, here: https://youtu.be/GIEPLHvN6lY?si=0lyiE1U6ZyJWirm2
All these are specific things that worked for me through trial and error and experiment, but they are also some insight from the book: Brain Over Binge by Katherine Hansen and Overcoming Binge-eating by Christopher Fairview.
I genuinely hope this helps some people escape the horrible cycle of b.e.d and remember-

I heard bigger people shed weight faster, so hypothetically, what would happen if I lugged a big ass backpack around every time I worked out?
(I already wear heavy clothes to exercise).
