I’m not an expert on making recipes, but I find my ways to eat something sweet and I love baking (I also got this from a website but I tweaked it).
So here’s some muffins that don’t taste like shit for less than 200 cals each, you’re welcome.
🧁🍓Strawberry Oat Muffins (190cals)
Makes: 6 muffins (half a dozen)

🥣 Ingredients:
• 65g / ¾ cup dry oats
• 85g / ½ cup Oikos plain Greek yogurt (100 cals per 170g)
• 115g / ¾ cup chopped strawberries
• 1 tsp white sugar
• 1 large egg
• 57g / ¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter, melted
• 50g / ¼ cup packed brown sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 60g / ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• ⅛ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp cinnamon

🔧 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prep 6 muffin wells in your tin with paper liners.
3. Toss chopped strawberries with sugar. Let sit.
4. Mix oats with Greek yogurt.
5. Make wet mix: Add the egg, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla to the oat-yogurt mixture.
6. Mix dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
7. Combine: Add dry to wet, then gently fold in the strawberries.
8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
9. Cool for 5 minutes in pan, then take them out and enjoy.
