It was announced that Amazon will be doing a Mass Effect TV adaptation. There's so many ways this could go wrong

We don't have many details at the moment but I kind of hope they do take an animated route because I'm nervous how CGI for our alien crew members in a live action would turn out.

Then comes the issue of Shepard.....

Will they go male or female? Or will they do both and have a sibling situation?

In other words: This could either be fantastic or be horrible

I was explaining to my friend yesterday on how I used to have a crush on Danny from "Danny Phantom" and Rin Okumura from "Blue Exorcist" and how they're very similar

Both have dark hair and blue eyes, are dorks, and have some form of super natural powers

Then I saw fanart of them together on Pinterest!

Idk if it was the artist's intentions but it still made me go "So I'm not the only one who can imagine them interacting!"

Like, look at this-

I mean, both vastly different animation styles but you understand what I'm saying, right?

And honestly, the fact I had a crush on both when I was younger-

I don't think we talk about the fact that in "Danny Phantom" Danny is half dead-

He went into the Fenton portal, accidentally switched it on, then was surged with electricity and some kind of material (most likely ectoplasm) was put into his veins to keep him 'alive' but as a half ghost-

As kids, we never realized that but now that I'm older, it's like damn....

Watching some 80's movies today, specifically ones I haven't seen yet

So I recently got into the 90's Disney cartoon "Gargoyles"

The episode I'm currently on, "Golem", the legend of the Golem of Prauge is actually pretty accurate from what I researched last year in my free time.

When they put legends and folklore in this show, I know at least one person on the writer team is a giant nerd and I appreciate that. Like, someone put in a bunch of research to make this accurate.

I can imagine this writer going up to their fellow writers like "Guys, so I read about this thing and I think we should put it in the show-"
