Carving out time in my schedule to focus on my fitness again. Been a while since I've set fitness goals so I'm having fun with this. Ended up packing my lunch and laying out my work clothes along with gym gear last night so this morning all I had to do was roll out of bed, brush my teeth and head to the gym. That little prep work saved me so much time. Lite cardio this morning to the sounds of DETHKLOK!!! Mentally I feel better just knowing I'm doing something again that focuses on me 100%. #wrkngclssgmr #dethklok
