I've really been trying to just watch lmk s5 in Chinese to practice, but when they keep talking about lore it's hard to understand :(

I won't be talking or looking at spoilers for a bit, I'm taking it slow, but I'm so hyped.

So turns out, just after I post my chapter with the spider Queen the season 5 trailer drops with tons of mixed feedback!

I'm so behind the times, the animation is slightly crusty, and I've heard several different stories about Lego Ninjago and animation studios and at this point idc about the animation as long as the writers and VAs are still here. And the localization too. Such a good translation to English, they gotta stay too.

But all this has really made me realize how thankless a job animation truly is. Unless you're so Indie that you're literally working on animating in discord *cough* Lackadaisy *cough* Ramshackle (probably) *cough* then expect no one to thank you and everyone to hate that you've got shoes to fill.
