The reason why gamers and gaming companies are the reason why the gaming industry is at its last legs:

After further observation of the way you people operate with your stupid political correctness in the form of a slang dictionary, you people give a bad rap to the gaming industry and community because you're also demanding with your 4K and 2K digital waste of resources. This also deals with streamers who are very very popular and waste their network resources on a single stream towards twitch or any other place that accepts that type of medium.

P2p/p2w? I would rather see that fed down your throats as freemium because that is the actual definition and the actual legitimate definition of your slang...

And trust me you don't like me telling you this because you know it's true but instead you act like it's false because you don't want yourselves exposed. Well that's my exposition for you guys because you're just as stupid as the companies which I'll explain about here momentarily.

The only video game that I have ever played was bejeweled and that was it.

But as a result of this, I was lucky enough to start developing a c++ game in popcaps original framework from 2008 called sci jewel. And yes the version number starts at 4.00. uh oh Yalek.... Spoiler alert...oh diiiiick... Yeah. this game will pretty much break all the necessary regulations that were put in place by companies and gamers themselves especially for the PC on Windows Linux and apple/mac OS. Mobile might take some time though...

Here's another thing for you gamers... You don't really understand the open source mindset with video games because you would rather make money with it. That's a problem in my eyes because as I see it video games are software and should be treated as entertainment, and should not hold ownership by a corporate entity. Even Indie / independent developers should have no right to own something unless they are trying to hold a leadership role for it..

Companies, such as EA, Nintendo, Activision, square enix, etc:

What I will never understand is why you think owning an entire genre of video game is the coolest thing that ever happened to you...

Well it's not. Once a genre has been made it can be remade either for the better or for the worse. Depends on the type of person who wants to develop it.

Also you enslave your programmers to do things that would seem disrespectful to their own identity. Well here's the thing okay... The programmer is the one that's writing the code and they can determine whether or not they can listen to you executives or not. They have every right to say no, and if you ignore this, is coercion in the first degree and is an actual federal crime. May not be rape, but coercion is close to it. Also shouldn't the programmer be determining solutions for the executives instead of the executives dictating what goes into what goes out of it? Because one of the executives don't know what the heck they're doing which a lot of them don't...? What are the game accidentally leaks code or crashes their whole system? And there's no way to get community input because you executives try to get your way by having your own system developers /debuggers debug the application instead having the community do it for you.

For both gamers and the companies: start cooperating with each other and start understanding that a piece of software is just a piece of software and should not be treated as a greedy means of existence.

I guess I'll add on to the streamers here too...

Y'all have no right to stream. Because you don't have any understanding of being able to realize that your network bills are going to be much more than what your stream income is going to be. Stream income is one of the worst forms of income to ever come by because there's no way that you guys are going to be able to afford, in today's age, the. necessary housing, water, and bills that the worldwide capitalisocioeconomy is trying to induce unto you all. And I personally believe your guys' popular ignorance will catch up with you in the end.

Uploaded extremely late, but here is the fourth song for “Chrism 2K”.  For some reason I couldnt find the other image for Christm2K, so i put it in “miscellaneous” for this reason. This is also the 4th christmas song I had made ever.  Kinda has a sick beat to it.

What’s happening to autistic people right now?

(Trigger warning for abuse, electroshock therapy, torture, and ableism.)

The US court has overturned the ban on shock devices being used against disabled students, predominantly autistic students in the US.

The shock device being legalized is called the graduated electronic decelerator (or GED). This is a torture device that is used to ‘correct’ autistic behaviors / symptoms. Autistic people are shocked for stimming, and for having meltdowns, ect. This device was made popular by a behavioral center (the Judge Rosenberg Center, specifically) that is infamous for its abuse and torture of autistic / disabled patients.

This is what the device looks like. It sends electric shocks into the victim’s skin; the victim often being restrained and held against their will. This is torture. GEDs have been reported to cause intense psychological trauma, PTSD, and physical injuries.

In March of 2020, the FDA ruled for GEDs to be banned. (Although, of course, they were still illegally used at a number of places.) This ruling has recently been appealed, and today, the US court of appeals has re-regulated the law to stop the use of GED. Sounds great, right? It would be!

... If not for a huge loophole in the wording, which basically allows this torture to continue. This device is going to have continued use on autistic students in order to “correct their behavior.”

I almost lost some motivation and was also a bit tired composing this.  Normally I dont feel that way.

For being an interweb dweeb, I couldnt finalize my name, but the current name standing hopefully permanently is “Yalek The Lembine”.  Yalek W was the previous. <<Thats because I was a lombax back then as my species, but transformed it radically into the lembine form you see now (and yes, I almost look like anubis.  LOL) That is why my music tracks are all the different names and sorts...

Let’s Talk Turkey: From An Observer Lembine’s perspective.

So, its been 23 years since my upbringing by two humans.  One of them did everything, while the other did nothing.  Who was the one that did everything?  Mother.  Father almost did nothing for us.  The result from mother’s everything and constant backlash: A stroke, and after, memory loss.  Not fucking joking.  1.  It leads to the first problem I am now currently having with this human race, especially for everyone I meet on the interwebs: Is the lack of sympathy, forgiveness, and love.  I have seen more *hate* being spread on the internet than ANYTHING ive ever seen on here.  Why is that, though?  Well, another reason, leading to several other reasons, I will explain it (#2), but will be saved for later. If you thought the internet was not dangerous:  Ohhh are you in for a treat: Everyday I come on the net expecting not to be tracked by various sites.  ABSOLUTELY WRONG.  A Simple browser **will** collect data from you.  That is illegal, and outrageous.  That means they are SPYING on you, without your consent, thus leading you to disconnect from the world, the webs, and everything else.  The only reason they do this: Convenience, and better experiences.  << MY LEMBINE ASSHOLE CONVIENCE AND BETTER EXPERIENCES....I come from a place where privacy & security is A BIG FAT DEAL.  I have about 5-10 videos on the tube under the name Yalek W, in various “Lettered videos” >> the most recent one being video Y: that describes what trackers are detected on the net.  It is NOT safe, and never will be safe.  A simple browser REFUSES to accept those terms from the user.  Do not EVER tell to my face “its the way it is yalek” << because I will block you.  Not joking.  Thats how serious I am.  And every website on the net, whether it’d be Youtube, tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, even a simple browser.  And providing your personal info on the net, WILL LITERALLY DEFEAT YOUR IDENTITY FOR GOOD.  DO NOT EVER DO THAT.  Your birthdate, SSN, not even your fucking ID.  The only exception is paypal.  PayPal is basically to their eyes “a financial insitution” > and works with several banks..Problem is, they arent like banks.  Theyre just “a financial institution” > just to pay for stuff, or to make money and transfer money.  The reason I only went on paypal was to provide money to my commissions, to Inukuroo Arts.  I have no facebook, and BTW, no furaffinity as those administrators are assholes and dont know the fuck to run a website properly. << I had to secure my account from a watcher that turned into a child groomer.  He was a great artist turned into that.  And I voiced my displeasure, and got those admins triggered.  Guess what?  They messed with the wrong Lembine.  So FurAffinity admins, fuck yourselves for being foolish and disrespectful to my own identity. 

2.  Now thats out of the way.  Let’s move on to the “other half”.  Over the course of 10-20 years, I have seen a shift in political parties from right to left, slowly but surely.  Which TBFH, is not really a problem of my own.  But what is a problem, is the constant complaining of those biased sides, and those people not being able to look inside their fucking gut to form their own conclusions.  The only reason they support their own parties is to be biased, >>instead of looking at ALL sources, or none at all. <<That is the ONLY way one will surpass the intelligence levels of these idiotic assfucks called politcally insane people.  If this statement is called out, you are the problem, and you do not deserve to be forgiven in the slightest form whatsoever. 3.  I do NOT care if somebody is leftist, rightist, communist, socialist, republican, naziist, christian, muslim, islamic, has a psychological problem, or was a criminal.  Or even a fucking murderer.  **Use your FUCKING GODGIVEN BRAIN, HEART AND BODY CORRECTLY.** Or dont live.  Simple.  4.  I am now leaving each follower of mine, and future followers with this mindset and observation in mind.  I will also follow up on the other piece of observation Ive been noticing >> in relations to civilizational evolution.
