Most random thing but sometimes I think about that chapter were Melon meets Haru and tells us that she is the first person he wants to devour. Didnt Melon equate love and predation?

Obviousely he doesn't love Haru but I feel like Paru was thinking about the idea of that. Maybe she thought a rivalry between Legoshi and Melon whould be nice but droped the idea in the end.

I have never related to a character so much as I do Melon in like an evil mentality ill way. I obviously hate most of what he does in the story he truly is evil af but his process of emotions and numbness is too familiar he's like a comfort character that im embarrassed about.

Exactly my opinion too. I love Bee and Ozzie but dang it - if Stolas whouldent have saved Blitz, that guy whould be dead.

Fizz whould be broken, exspecially because he could see all of it on TV. Childhood besty getting freaking executed live.

Defenetly nothing poor Fizzy needs in life.

Anyone ever has the issue with drawing a character from a fanfiction and just doing it wrong all the time?

Like dang, I just wanna do some nice fanart 🫠

Best example is the Mammon design Bramblerose64 made herself and used in her fanfiction series called 'Behind closed Curtains'

At first I thought he has horns, which he doesnt. And now I drew him with the wrong eyecolour all the time 😭

The new episode of Helluva Boss is killing me.

There is so much going on!

Spoilers under the cut.

I long had the suspicion that the demons that life in a ring, always look simular to the sin that rules the ring.

And after the new episode I am almost sure.

Quick example:

In the greed ring we have jester/clown demons that have fools hats and bells, aswell as a wildly variation of skin colours.

The ruler of the ring is Mammon, who looks very clownish aswell.

Then we have the gluttony ring with hellhounds.

The ruler of this ring is Beelzebub, which looks like a mixture of a hellhound and bee/insect.

The ring of envy, filled with all kinds of sea demons like fish, eel or squid looking once.

Ruled by Leviathan. She was first shown in the newest episode and also looks very aquatic.

The wrath ring from were our main character originate from. A ring were imps are at home.

This ring is ruled by Satan who appears to be a dragon. Which is plenty fun if you ask me, because it gives me the impression that imps might aswell be small dragons.

All imps (or most, since some seem to mix with other species) have red skin, striped horns and that non mistakeable dragon tail.

Just like Satan has. Some, like Blitzø for example, have spikes on their spines . Also just like Satan.

The ring of sloth.

Ruled by Belphegor. She appears to be a sheep or a goat.

Though she has no horns and wings like the people of her ring, the simularity is unmistakable.

The only exseption are Asmodeus and Lucifer.

Both dont look like their residents. Though that might be because Lucifer rules the pride ring that is full of sinners, which all look very different. Or maybe because they werent born in his ring, they do not share a simularity to his image.

Ozzie might aswell look so different from his succubi/inccubi because he is clearly shown as a Goetia.

Vivzie made him look more bird like, probaply to show clearly that he is a demon of the Ars Goetia.

I personaly think that adding some feathers here and there to the design of the succubi/inccubi whould have been really nice.

Ofcourse this is just a theorie but I think it could be likely to be canon.

Lol, me too. I always imagined his eyes to be difficult to look at because they are so damn bright.

In general, this guy is super sexy and sweet but the lack of pupils are pretty eerie 😶

Just illustrative to state that I think Asmo's eyes would kind of hurt to look at actually. A bit of the lost "angelic" light pouring out of them, overwhelming mortals.
