What leaders must have. Leadership = Relationship?
Relating this article with the Five exemplary practices that are identified and described by Kouzes and Posner:
1. Model the Way
Just making the commitments and promises does not make someone simply a leader. A leader should accomplish on what he has committed and promised to and must lead by an example. A leader can take decisions but also should acknowledge on others responses too.
There are leaders who have set an excellent example like Alexander the Great. He did not just inspire his followers simply by speech, rather he knew that if his followers risk their lives, he has to do the same and prove to lead his troops.

2. Inspire a Shared Vision
A leader should have a great vision and goal that inspires people to follow him/her. He/she should be loud and clear about his vision to change and inspire the followers. One of the greatest challenge that leaders face is to keep all the followers on the same page so that none of the followers gets distracted or questioned on the common goal and vision.
We can take an example of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr as he was considered as a man of destiny. He created a vision, a dream and inspired people to be on the same page to fight against racial discrimination and non-violent social change (Lee, 2006) .

3. Challenge the Processes A leader should always be ready to face the challenges. Most of the challenges that leaders face is to bring changes in the processes that results into positive output while keeping people’s priority higher than the process. While challenging people to do innovative things, a leader should always motivate his/her people. Florence Nightingale had a dream to serve people and mankind as a nurse, even though nursing profession especially for women was not taken as a respectable profession that time. When war broke out at Crimea, she along with her friend Sydney Herbert went to Crimea to train nurses (Florence Nightingale Biography) . A true example of a leader as how Florence Nightingale challenged and changed the perspective of how society used to think and disrespect nurse profession, especially to women.

4. Enable Others to Act
A leader should always motivate peoples to take an action and make decisions on their own. In order to give a chance to act, a leader should also always listen to other’s view points and aspects as well.
We can take an example of famous actors Madan Krishna Shrestha and Hari Bansha Acharya as leaders who mainly focused on motivating people to act on their own. Specially, in activities which has been creating negative impacts in the society (Revolvy) . Their famous movie “15 Gatey” is about enable people to act against inter-caste marriage through entertainment.

5. Encourage the Heart
Motivating team members by appreciating them for the tasks they have done is one to the best way to boost and encourage team members. A leader should always praise and appreciate his/her team members for the job they have done.
I worked in an organization where we used to celebrate after we completed the project on time. We used to appreciate and reward the team members who were involved in the project. By doing this, the team members were very much motivated and positive changes were seen in later projects. Also this inspired and challenged other team members to complete the projects on time too.

A leadership is also about building a relationship among the people. In order to lead, a leader must ensure that every team member is on the same page, same picture and share common goal and vision towards success. Authors (Kouzes & Posner, 2012) mentions that leadership is a relationship between those who choose to lead and those who choose to follow. A success in leadership is defined as how group of people work together with common goal and vision.

The MusicGasm
That mixing colors of green and blue lights. The images of shinning stars all over the head. Formation of different patters, each time when I close my eyes.
The rock music playing in background, the smokes, and a chilling juice running through the throats. Taking a deep breath, and shaking head.
That touch gives an orgasmic feeling somewhere inside. Send chills and shivers down the spine. The movement of body, with the rhythm playing and the goosebumps all over.
The screams and music of Led Zeppelin, the voice of Freddie Mercury always gives this kind of feeling to me.- Music-Gasm.

What am i doing?
April 10, 2017 Got a message on my oneplatinum slack account. The message was regarding the notice for meeting at soltee hotel with British clients from our M.D. We, team of 9 were all in panic about what shall we do now. Yes, all of them were very clear about their job roles and responsibilities. But, me wasn't; Reason: no proper designation. I somewhere knew that this was a test from MD and thought of preparing for the worst case where, i have to give presentation in the meeting. My team consists of 3 of us and I alone can't run and prepare slides and all. Team work is important. I always have questions swimming on my head. Yes, my question is always clear, concise and simple. And am still confused about my job role. A pre meeting was set before going to the virtual client where everyone of us were in 360 table and had to describe the respective job roles in the project. After each individual spoke, everyone had to give a vote (thumbs up or half thumbs up in our case). The votes i gave for team leaders: Design full, Dot net full, Android half, Api half, System architect half, QA full, iOS half, PM half. Half because their answers weren't as what I expected. And finally my turn. What is my designation, is always my first question when i enter office. I always thought about Scrum Master as my job, Nope. The designation given to me is of Communication Manager, and I don't know what that job role means. And I often get scolded for not doing Project Manager job. Weird, I know. I spoke about half from system architect and half from Project Manager. This was what people said, but i clearly talked about what i do and what i would like to do. M.D asked me about my job roles and i said scrum master and communication manager. And I knew he was still in confusion in my case. The bad feelings i was getting that time was because i made PM and SA in akward situation. i described their job roles in mine in detail. I got full thumbs up vote from all team members. Wtf, i know. Day went good. Not much of troubles, except for same question on my head: what do i do? . Naren invited to his home to us, the laurey gang (Naren, Kshitz, Subodh, Me and Ashwin) for Chapagaun jatra. Mr. Wangel was also there, drank beers, had good chats, times with the guys. April 11,2017: Today Headache am having right now. I think i drank too much of beers (naah). Kind of getting ready for office now from Naren's place. Hope my day goes well today.

WHY ?
I know what I am doing. Also, I know what i wanna do. But why cant I ?
Every time, when someone triggers me a question - “Why dont you do this, bro? / why didn’t you do this, mate?” I always end up getting upset inside me. Literally, even i dont know why i didnt do that. This is a very fucked up moment inside me. I know, i need to do that but i dont know why i didnt.
Gave a hard shock to my mind, and in my defense/conclusion (which is true)- I say, “because, there is a very big fat layer of fear about what if i end up hurting others feelings doing that..!!”. Each day, i promise to myself that i wont give a fuck to what other thinks and continue my work as i do. But, i end up fucking myself.
Writing this, i again promise myself that i wont give a fuck to anyone’s feeling now. puff..
