Snz obs (work) and mini-exchange:

So no sneezes today from pretty boss lady, but she’s clearly still sick. Her nostrils were visibly moist and red, (her nose is typical East-European long and somewhat prominent) and she dabbed at them with a tissue every now and then. She barely talked today, so her cold has prob moved to her throat.

I was brave, so I asked her “hey, are you feeling alright. You’ve been kinda quiet.” She smiled her infectious smile and was like “yeah, my NOSE is congested (deceased) and my throat, I couldn’t sleep last night. I probably look terrible, right?”

Me: No, you look good. Your outfit matches your complexion. Hope you feel better soon!”

She laughed and said thanks. So yeah, I’m smooth:) no biggie

Snz’s at work:

So my colleague (F, 30s, East European, pretty, nice smile, long nose) was coming down with a cold. I’ve seen her sneeze about 5 times, loud, forceful singles into her arm. She also sniffled into a tissue. Hopefully I don’t come down with what she’s got. I DID bless her every time, so I think I’m getting over my fear of being “found out”.

I feel so incognito in these moments lol

Sneezing into a tissue/handkerchief is so sexy. I wish that I lived in the 1800s or something where that was more common. Bring this back in the modern day!!!

Cold Snz obs:

So of course second graders are Petri dishes who can’t cover their mouths, so naturally they gave me a cold as a present for the weekend. I can always tell it’s a cold because the tickle is more all-consuming, and the expulsion (AAKKCHOOO) is more throaty and painful. Currently going through a bajillion tickles and trying to watch out for the telltale tickle. Sneezed about 10 times since waking up.

Snz scenario

Removing a tortuously tickle thing from your nose. A fine strand of hay, hair, a feather. You remove it and let out the biggest sneeze of your life. Something about removing the object which causes the sneeze is so satisfying and beautiful

Self allergy obs:

Was at a birthday picnic with friends and summer pollen does not agree with my nose. Ifelt a nagging tickle in my nostrils for about fifteen minutes. I was trying to discreetly rub my nose while battling the tickle. Finally, as we were getting ready to leave, it finally came. I hitched and then let loose “aAAKSSSCHew” into my elbow.

My female friend blessed me and I said “I’ve literally had to sneeze for fifteen minutes.” On the walk back, I sneezed again “aaaKESHoo!!” Allergies always get me this time of year.

At some point I’ll do a full introduction post abt myself but for now here’s this:

I’m 27 years old and still never been in a romantic relationship before. I get sad and angry about it sometimes and wonder if, given that, I would even be any good at one once I get one. But I do know this: I want my first relationship to begin with offering someone a tissue. That would be the perfect meet-cute.

Taking a walk through the park, and your date is sniffling away from all the pollen in the air. She slowly starts hitching “heh-heh…oh fuck…” She knows it’s gonna be a messy one and she doesn’t have any tissues.

So she grabs the one thing available: a bright green leaf off a tree. Just in time.

HEHISH-OOO!!!

Right into the leaf. Then she blows her nose into the leaf with a little baby honk at the end.

“Ugh. Sorry. I’mb a bess” (giggles)

Me: No. You’re perfect.

Anyone else develop a nose kink in addition to a Snz kink.

Like, if you’re a girl who grew up bullied for her nose/insecure about it, just know you’re already beautiful to me.

I just wanna plant a little peck on that nose bridge bump and watch it scrunch up, and watch those nostrils flare in anticipation.
