First of all I want you to reread my post slowly, word by word, and then come back and tell me where exactly did I state that I condoned the threats of violence or any of the other wild stuff that some so-called fans have said to the people working at Deck Nine because of this game. Instead of writing this ask that is way longer than necessary, you could’ve thought about it for more than a second and realized that I never said that, and that obviously I think the people who display those kind of behaviors need to go out and touch some grass and not get bothered so much by a fictional pairing. However can we use our brains for a second and realize that when I said ‘going insane’ I obviously didn’t mean we had to start World War ||| over a ship, I meant that if the pairing had been a gay one, people would’ve been way more upset and would’ve complained and criticized the studio’s decision more than they are currently, because yes, people can criticize a piece of fiction and express their disappointment while staying reasonable. You need to stop picking up things I haven’t put down, and looking for fights where there isn’t any.

okayyyyy so

connor and violet: connor's spending the majority of his time down in champagne with vi, he's helping her study and the two are going shopping all the time. he hangs out with some of the hockey team and even practices with them a few times

bella and jamie: the two are so thankful to have this break, things have been kind of chaotic with both of their jobs so they're glad to just lounge around the apartment together and watch movies. no seriously, the two are catching up on hundreds of movies and a few shows they haven't been able to watch

will, gabe, and molly: the three of them just made up on friday, so will is with them, usually going between walking molly to class and hanging out with gabe, but whenever gabe and molly aren't busy at the same time, they're playing mario kart, sending instagram reels to each other, and just enjoying each other's presence

chloe and trevor: chloe is just finishing up tour (i really need to fix the tour dates on the tour post) and trevor flies out to see her in the last few shows she has. after, they're taking the time to just relax because they haven't really seen each other or be away from the media and things, so they just want a low-key two weeks

luke and sabrina: luke is in his official wag era! with the break and sab still having games, he's going to each and every one of her games supporting her endlessly. they have yet to announce they're dating but i could see jack finding out some time during these next two weeks (yes i am once again changing how jack finds out) but they're just super happy to spend time with each other and sometimes they let their affection get too public

isla, connor, alex, lukas, and kevin: lukas, alex, conor, and isla are all going out to rockford to see kevin because it's been so long since the five of them have hung out. this is the time where isla is giving them the paintings since it's valentine's day and the four of them are overcome with happiness and awe at them, lots of kisses and cuddles for sure

quinn and valeria (and noah): as much as val hates that quinn doesn't get to play, she's honestly somewhat relieved that he's going to be home and can help with noah. they spend a shit ton of money on legos and just building new ones. they will fly out to go see luke or luke will fly out to go see them, along with val's family and ellen and jim. i could def see quinn, val, noah, ellen, jim, luke, val's dad, and val's brother all going to see a team usa game for jack

nico and rory (and ellie): so with nico being injured, he's already kind of just been around more which ellie is absolutely thrilled about, she loves hanging out with him and going on shopping adventures (that they do rope rory into constantly). rory is around more too, she's been helping out around their apartment, even so much as showing up to take ellie to class bc she knows nico needs to sleep. plus, nico and ellie show up when rory is working at the cafe whenever they can and they make a big deal about it every time

Two-Worlds is a hent (speculative etymological ninjagan term for amphicyonids, aka bear-dogs… google em, they’re pretty cool and not extinct in the Ninjago universe in my mind palace/hc zone) hailing from my friend’s fan-realm called Creatura. She’s not actually supposed to be in a humanoid form, it was artificially induced via magic. Her true form is much larger and much more quadrupedal like other creaturans (who just look like oversized, strangely colored but otherwise normal animals). She prefers this form though because she was raised in Ninjago around exclusively humans and got some body dysmorphia out of it… and as for why she’s a cowboy, it’s because she felt like it. She’s been wandering the merged lands searching for her scattered friends and family.

Chloe is a Fangpyre serpentine, and she looks pretty lizard-y because for some reason Fangpyre are more monitor lizard-ish than snake-ish in my head. She’s got special interests in pop culture and history, particularly human pop culture and ways in which human and serpentine history interact. Girlie is like a walking archive. Since the merge she’s been wanting to digitize and transcribe what remains of non-digitized archives and libraries, as the merge has made her all the more aware of how often natural disasters can destroy physical/recorded history. She’s pretty thrilled that Lloyd’s letting her digitize/transcribe scrolls in the monastery.

Alcyo is a master of an element i Made The Fuck Up for fun: mist. It’s a running gag that ppl (including him way back when) hear there’s elements of smoke and mist and go “��what’s the difference?” lmao. He’s no fighter, but still wanted help/training to use his element, and that’s how he knew Ash. He’s a geosciences guy like me and has been freaking out over . Well. Everything (lol he inspired that post) since the merge. He’s been getting together with ppl like him from across the merged realms (that is, geosci, eco, etc ppl who are as alarmed as he is) in order to document all the shit going on with the planet now as well as try to plan remediation efforts. I imagine governments have been a bit hesitant to work with a rogue group of jittery sleep deprived scientists but they (Alcyo’s ppl) try. I imagine they are the ones making the new maps and shit like that as well. He just wants to go back to his old day jobs and see Ash again. Sorry buddy, you can only have one of those back lmao

Elapis is a hypnobrai who’s been friends with Chloe since childhood. They’re significantly more jaded and pessimistic than she is but they’ve always appreciated her encouragement to pursue music. He probably knows how to play quite a few instruments but he’s usually That Asshole With A Guitar in my brain lmao. He likes learning about other peoples as much as Chloe does though (albeit through music scenes rather than reading) which is why the two became friends. He doesn’t know where she’s gone since the merge and hopes he can see her again one day. He’s found her siblings but not her, and it’s been pretty frustrating. Other than that, they’ve passed the time by jamming with all sorts of people at the Crossroads. Arin and Sora might have seen them around, performing.

chloe dragged her eyes away from her phone screen, pulling the beer bottle out from between her lips to look at the other woman standing on the opposite side of her bedroom. she set the bottle aside, straightening up as she looked at her. she was trying not to be overbearing ( and honestly, probably failing ) but she couldn't help the way her senses shifted into overdrive these days anytime rachel said something that raised her red flags.

their topic of conversation had been one that had been coming up for years now. they were always searching, always trying to find ways to escape. since jefferson's arrest, the urgency had taken on a few meaning, become more real than just teenage dreams. even her own mother had been treating her differently, helping her research jobs and taking on shifts to gift chloe some money for their inevitable journey.

"don't say that," she replied, legs swinging over the bed as she forced herself to hold in place rather than cross the room and get up into rachel's personal space. "don't start panicking. we don't need much to get out of this shithole."

shes talking with some guys at a bar and trevor is completely losing his shit. he’s gripping his beer bottle tightly, death starring the three of the guys that are flirting with her, constantly running a hand through his hair.

quinn’s laughing internally because he’s the only one who knows that they were together.

and when they are together… if they’re around jack or anyone else it’s usually just trevor bumping into the guy or ‘accidentally’ cutting in between them.
