Jango Fett Open Seasons: Retreat vs. fight no matter the cost
Another detail from Jango Fett: Open Seasons that I find very telling about characters is their approach to retreat. I’m specifically want to talk about the four major Mandalorians - Tor Vizsla, Jaster Mereel, Jango Fett and Montross as they all were at some point in the story put in situation when they needed to decide to continue fight no matter the cost (in theory the ideal Mandalorian warrior mindset) or to prioritizing their people’s life (a choice testifying to good leadership). And yes, those situations weren’t always exactly the same yet similar enough to see the implied(?) similarities in theoretical dissimilar characters.
So we have Jaster Mereel, the original leader of True Mandalorians. During a mission on Korda Six, when Mandalorians came across the enemy's heavy fire (and Jango ordered his people to find cover), Jaster gave an order to regroup at Jango’s location - the safest place and abort the air strike.
And once it became clear, they made a mistake to rely on second-handed intel - but before they learned it was Death Watch's trap - Jaster decided to abort the whole mission. Something quite different from what Jango will teach his son decades later (“Your loyalty, your honor – these are the things that matter. When you accept a mission, when you give your word, it is all that matters.”)
Montross however refused to regroup at Jango's location
and continued the attack, stating "we've never abandoned a mission!"
Montross survived thanks to Jaster who personally came to his aid only to betray his leader and leave him behind once Tor showed up. And while he tried to take command of True Mandalorians, he did order an evacuation, as the "Jaster's last order still stands" argument.
Then we have Tor Vizsla who during Jango’s attack on Death Watch’s ship, ordered everyone to evacuate.
And now, let’s talk about Jango Fett who started very much minded like Jaster, what was the best visible on Korda Six. The mission was his first official role as Squad Commander but he didn’t allow pride or desire to make Jaster proud to take over common sense. When it became clear his men were under too strong enemy’s fire, he ordered them to get into trenches / find cover.
However on Galidraan, as a leader of True Mandalorians, when he already knew they walked again into Death Watch’s trap, instead of de-escalate threat of the Jedi by at least trying calm down the situation and presenting what is going on behind the scene- and mind you, the Jedi did not have all facts but Fett already met Vizla at Governor's residence and as he wore helmet at that time, most likely had recorded this, not to mention all Mandalorians could present what they were doing and where they were via the recording from helmets - Fett ordered to open fire. And the Jedi naturally responded as such.
(And really, if Fett was smarter he could at least try to turn Jedi against Death Watch).
This is even more surprising choice as Jango's first reaction upon seeing Republic shuttles before even meeting eye to eye with Jedi was to call his second-in-command to order an evacuation.
Which is pretty ironic, that both Jaster and Tor, despite their ideological differences, were at some point shown to prioritizing their men’s safety by ordering retreat / evacuation, while Jango started as similar minded (Korda Six and upon seeing Republic shuttles on Galidraan) but once Jedi showed up, his attitude changed into “no running, fight whatever the cost” which not only led to great tragedy but made him more like Montross.
#star wars#jaster mereel#tor vizsla#jango fett#montross#mandalorians#mandalorian culture#jango fett: open seasons#is one of my top fav sw comics if someone still didn't notice#but really i live by the thought that jaster and tor were more alike than one may think at the first sight#you can pry it from my cold dead hands#and the irony that jango started like jaster but somehow his approach to bounty hunting / mercenary job strayed from Jaster's mindset#also WHY JANGO YOU ORDERED TO ATTACK JEDI AND DIDN'T LISTEN TO YOUR FIRST THOUGHT TO EVAC THE CAMP ASAP?!#look galidraan is a traumatic for mandalorians and they can hate jedi and all#but it was jango who escalated the conflict#i think jango operated on the idea the jedi were lied about the situation (RIGHT) and won't listen (WE WILL NEVER KNOW)#but he could at least try to negotiate / talk / present their true object aka stopping dangerous Death Watch#and then turn to violence if jedi showed zero intention to solve the problem in more diplomatic way#especially since jedi did not make a surprise attack and openly approached the mandalorians#anyway from the all Mandos I think Montross was the worst bastard as sure Tor was a cold-blooded killer but he has some common sense#to evacuate his men when situation calls the same as jaster#while montross tooks his pride over safety of comrades?

Me worldbuilding: Everything must be extremely realistic! Plate tectonics! Logical geography! Cultures informed by their environment!
Me outling the plot: What if this got resolved because everyone just did the right thing for once?
#walk against the wind#watw#stella's story#my writing#i mean that is simplifying it *a lot* but that's the basics#what if everyone was nice to each other and solved their problems diplomatically and without violent conflict?

DCxDP Fanfic Idea: Not My Business
Danny Fenton develops a unique set of skills throughout his life. He knew how to disarm a bomb when he was seven, thanks to his Dad making minebombs in the front yard as a ghost defense. (They only covered humans in ecto-goo, but it was the same concept of not wanting to have it explode on him)
He knew how to fight with a bo-staff only because he had to fight off the meals his parents brought back to life with a broom. He knew how to balance a checkbook, file tax forms, and properly build credit by the time he was ten, thanks to the years his parents ran a business at the kitchen table.
His sister taught him how to charm rude customers with a smile, how to lie without flinching, and how to complete all his assignments on time, despite having only a few hours to do so. She spent a lot of time volunteering, often dragging him along, which allowed Danny to build up his resume with both soft and hard skills he likely would never have thought there was a name for.
Problem-solving, teamwork, communication, time management, adaptability, data analysis, cybersecurity, data entry, and copywriting were the skills that Jazz focused on the most. She all but beat them into his head.
Along with cooking, sewing, basic plumbing, basic mechanics, and budgeting. Jazz was the one who looked for practical abilities.
That left time for his mom and dad to teach him things like forging, combat training, reprogramming everyday objects into weaponry, defending his position before a board for grant money, turning everyday household liquids into knock-out gas, and how to talk his way out of traffic tickets.
Not to mention everything he learn as Phantom.
Danny knew how to verify jewels and gold due to the years spent in the ghost zone fighting off pirates and treasure hunters. Phantom's reputation made him a target for many ghosts who wanted to add his rarity to their collections.
How to command a room, then a town, and finally an army. Diplomatic missions increased in number as he began meeting with the leaders of various sectors within the Ghost Zones.
Really, Danny didn't make a whole lot of sense, if anyone bothered to ask him how he came to this set of skills. The thing was, unlike the rest of his family, Danny was far too reserved to show them off. He edged the line of shyness from a young age, which sometimes bled into reclusive tendencies.
He didn't get anxious from social interactions; he just didn't feel like seeking them out. Sam and Tucker felt a similar way, as they were always willing to talk to a stranger, but they tried to branch out of their safe little bubble to make friends rather than acquaintances. Then the summer between sophomore and junior year happened.
Sam, Danny, and Tucker left tenth grade as plain losers only to arrive in junior with a splash.
The trio noticed that people were staring at them more intensely than they had been before. That they were used to, what they weren't used to was that the stares were not mocking or dismissive.
It was odd, but it didn't click on why that was until winter break, and more specifically, Star's Holiday party.
Ever since the fourth grade, Star hosted the biggest party of their generation. Her parents owned the local fun center, which featured indoor kart racing, laser tag, arcade games, paintball, and virtual reality pods. Everyone tripped over themselves to be given an invitation as she offered a full day and night of free entertainment at the center.
It always ended with wild stories of teenage fun that Danny always wanted to see in person, rather than hearing about in the hallways the next day. Not that everyone in their grade went. The invitation list was super selective (Star's parents did lose a lot of profit for letting their daughter do that)
You either received an invitation from the party girl herself, or you were asked to be a plus one, which was just as much of an honor as it was a symbol of social status among the teenage population of Amity Park.
The trio was never invited, which is why they were already making their way to the student parking lot when Star stood in the courtyard, holding up the scarred envelopes. Inside them was the bracelet that one had to scan at the door of her center to let people in. It was how her father ensured only the agreed-upon guests stayed at that number.
In the middle of making plans for hot chocolate at Sam's favorite poetry slam cafe, Star had run at Tucker's car, practically falling over to knock on his window. Danny had never been so confused in his life as his friend rolled down his window to arch a brow at the girl.
She stuttered her way through a pathetic request for fashion advice that Tucker easily answered in two sentences. Sam snickered as Star seemed unsure what to do with Tucker's lack of interest in her or her popularity.
Ever since Tucker started focusing more on his self-confidence and joined the fashion community, he hadn't been so girl-crazy nor as desperate to get one's attention.
Just as Danny reminded Tucker that other cars were waiting for them to clear the road, Star had pushed three envelopes into the driver's hand and run off with a red face.
Tucker stared at the envelopes in his hands with a wild look that both Sam and Danny shared. They slowly kicked their brains back into gear when an angry honk from the car behind them sounded, and they ended up silently driving the cafe, still in a daze.
Jazz laughed herself silly when they rang her up to ask if she thought it was a trick (Sam was sure they were going to be Carrie-ed), a mistake (Danny insisted Star had gone to the wrong car, but due to the tinting, didn't realize until it was too late). Or a genuine invitation (Tcuker had always been the most optimistic of the three).
"Haven't you three ever wondered why Spectra used emotion-based ectoplasm for her appearance?" She giggled, "It makes people hot. And you guys literally spend all summer in the Ghost Zone during your internships, feeling human emotions while being exposed to natural ectoplasm. You three came back looking good."
That was a shock.
The summer apprenticeships had been a compromise between Sam and her parents. They were growing tired of her not growing out of her "phase" and were threatening to send her to a military camp to straighten her out.
Thankfully, Jazz had stepped in, brilliantly changing their minds into allowing the college student to match Sam up with a well-known friend as a mentor. She even threw Danny and Tucker into her "program" to further show that it was just what Sam needed to stop her from being a troubled teen.
Since only Maddie and Jack knew about Phantom, it took some effort among all of them to create fake websites and legitimate-looking summer programs before Sam, Tucker, and Danny arrived in the Ghost Zone in different vehicles to spend their summers. It helped that Ghostwriter owed them a favor, and he brought the programs to life.
Danny was learning medical practices of various species with Frostbite. Sam was with Princess Dorathea, learning how to govern and manage a large estate. Tucker had taken Wulf up on his offer to join him through the Ghost Zone's wildness, allowing Tucker to experience life off-screen and learn more about animals.
Jazz had said she placed them out of their comfort zones, but with trusted ghosts that could help them build well-rounded characters. At first, it wasn't for them, but the trio found themselves falling in love with their activities.
By the time they came back, they had many stories and exceptional skills to share with their parents. Sam's parents weren't happy she was still a goth, but they did appreciate her newfound determination to connect with them and her interest in running companies like the family business.
Tucker's parents were amazed by the muscles he gained and how he started to limit his screen time. He still loves his tech, but now he was branching out into fashion, helping out around the house, and appreciating animals and nature like never before.
Maddie and Jack watched as Danny grew more empathic while becoming more sure of what to do in stressful situations. Confidence that their son desperately needed had been gifted to him over the summer. He no longer lowered his eyes or slouched, even if his awkwardness lingered a bit.
That apparently made them hot? Yes, it did.
At Star's party, even though the three kept to themselves, laughing and hanging out as normal, people were constantly attempting to talk to them or simply flushing whenever they made eye contact. Danny, Sam, and Tucker all agreed that they no longer wanted to be popular.
They stay firmly behind unbreakable walls even as the party skyrocketed them to the same level of popularity as the A-listers (they refused to join the club). The three were more excited to return to their summer internships the following summer.
By the time graduation rolled around, Danny, Sam, and Tucker had been voted the most attractive and the most likely to succeed. They were a new type of untouchable royalty walking the halls of Casper High.
It came as no surprise that their resumes and internships got them offers from various colleges, not to mention their looks. Jazz, by that point, was still working on her degree at Gotham U, so the three chose to go there.
Danny was studying to become a doctor, Sam was in business, and Tucker chose computer sciences. They had moved into a house that Sam's parents bought for them, allowing Jazz to move out of the dorms into the spare room. Things were going great for a while, living in the big city and being adults on their own for the first time.
Then Danny applied for an internship at Martha Wayne Memorial Hospital in the administrative area- Sam convinced him it would be a good way to get a foot in the door when he applied to medical school. He needed someone to write him rec letters.- And one night, when he was working late on data entry, he happened to see Batman's maskless fall out of a portal produced by a trenchcoat man.
The trenchcoat man carried Batman to the abandoned operating room that had been left behind when they remodeled the place and converted it into offices, followed by the rest of the Bats. Their faces were covered entirely, but it did not hide their worry as they rushed to catch up with the pair.
A woman wearing scrubs pushed through the portal and the group of masked heroes, barking out orders to prepare the room.
There was a magic spell wrapped around the group that typically would have made them invisible, and erase their importance in the mind of whoever looked at them, as if they were from a forgotten dream. Still, Danny's ecto contamination made him immune to the spell, so he witnessed the whole thing.
Huh. Bruce Wayne was Batman. Neat.
Danny figured it wasn't his business and turned back to his two monitors to finish the Excel spreadsheet he was working on. He later left after saving his work, ignoring the fact that he now knew why the operating room had been left untouched, despite having all that technology on standby.
He would get home, mention it over a plate of reheated pizza, while Tucker would be working on an essay due at midnight. His best friend would shrug, claiming his own ectoplasim had made him immune to Poison Ivy's plants- they were shockingly similar to some of the plants Wulf and he encountered in the Ghost Zone- and had seen Red Robin's face after the man had been sprayed in the face and some of the powder lingered on his mask.
Apparently, Tucker's midnight essay writing had given him a familiar, dazed college look of exhaustion. Still, since he wasn't freaking out at the man eating plants, Red Robin had thought him too gone on whatever Posion Ivy how dosed the crowd of hostages with, to worry about his bare face. He had merely moved Tucker somewhere safe, stabbed him in the thigh with a needle, which had been rude according to Tucker, and run off to fight Ivy.
Red Robin was Tim Drake. Neat.
The two changed the subject to a TV show, but eventually Tucker had to focus on his essay, and they fell silent.
The following morning, Sam reported that she, too, had figured out a Gotham Hero's identity by accident. Her ectoplasim contamination had made her an attractive goth, who was approached by a blushing Damian Wayne to ask her to model her alternative style for his art club.
At the offer of a bit of pocket change, Sam had agreed to follow the art club president to a park where a group of teenagers were setting up canvases and easels. They asked her to sit on the park fountain for a few hours while they tried to capture her likeness in charcoal.
During the session, she noticed a change in Damian's movement as he grew more relaxed and his old habits began to shine through. Princess Dorathea had taught her the dangers of the court and how to notice little changes in body language that could keep her safe.
She thought it was odd that Damian moved like an assassin, reaching for a small knife in the same way he wielded his charcoal. It made sense later when she was rescued by Robin on her walk home from a would-be mugging and noticed the same little habits.
Robin was Damian Wayne. Neat.
If three of the many Bats were Waynes or connected to the famous family, it only logically makes sense that the rest were all Waynes too. Double neat.
The only one who was sincerely shocked by this reveal was Jazz, who had not even a hint of suspicion that Bruce Wayne was Batman.
"This is huge!" Jazz gasps, "Don't you guys realize how crazy this is!?"
"I mean, sure," Tucker slowly responded, sharing a confused glance with Sam and Danny. "But it's not really our business, is it? It's not like Danny is in the hero scene anymore."
"Well, yes but come on it's Batman!"
"I don't think Batman even cares about us, much less his Bruce persona. As someone from the bottom of the first class, trust me, the top of the first class doesn't even notice us taking up space. " Sam laughs, shaking her head. Danny hesitates to mention that Bruce Wayne has stopped by his office multiple times to bring coffee for all his coworkers, but figures the man must do that for all his employees.
Miles and miles away in Wayne Manor, Bruce narrows his eyes at the three screens displaying three newly graduated teens covered in paranormal residue. It's possible that they were all haunted and just didn't know it, which was a common thing, according to the Justice League Dark.
After some digging into their background, he found that companies, summer camps, and internships had all been fabricated by an incredible hacker who provided an oddly convincing cover-up for the various skills the trio possessed. Again, the Justice League Dark also stated that it was common, as that was a tactic the Otherworlders frequently used on humans to leech onto them.
Like a gas station in the middle of nowhere that was there and then it wasn't a few days later.
The three weren't experiencing any negative emotions, which meant whatever was haunting them would soon pass, and it wasn't necessary to intervene. Zatanna promised Bruce that everything was fine.
He had some doubts.
So far, the three have been doing everyday things that first-year college students typically do, and yet, Bruce's children have reported seeing the three often in their civilian lives.
Foley worked out at the same gym Dick did and was often at the ramen shop Jason just helped one of his friends open. Manson began spending time at Cass's favorite café and attended Duke's poetry nights as an observer. Fenton, the male one, was literally working a few floors below Tim.
A coincidence?
Or was it something nefarious at play?
Bruce decided to wait and see what happens.

can u make blue lock boys with a s/o who tries to be as quiet and never really expresses her opinion during an argument, but starts crashing out when she's at home/alone 😛😛
LOVE YOUR WORKS BY THE WAYYYY
"𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐦𝐨 🥀"

a/n: reader is me i fear
AND THANK YOUUUUUU!!!
ft. itoshi rin, nagi seishiro, mikage reo, karasu tabito, ness alexis, isagi yoichi, kaiser michael, shidou ryusei, itoshi sae
itoshi rin
you and him are both quiet in public, so he thinks you’re twinsies in social apathy.
“don’t say anything, it’s not worth it,” he mutters. and you nod all calm like “yeah.”
but when you’re home? OH.
you throw your bag down like it's a dead body and start barking: “OH MY GOSH IF I HEAR ‘IT’S JUST MY OPINION’ ONE MORE TIME I’M GONNA LAUNCH MYSELF INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC.”
rin freezes mid sip of water like you just spoke in tongues. “wait. who is this demon i brought into my house.”
you slam your phone on the bed: “I WISH I COULD FIGHT PEOPLE THROUGH TEXT.”
rin’s like “you need to go outside.”
after the third time this happens, he stops letting arguments slide. he just starts solving them ON THE SPOT because he knows if you bottle it up again, he’ll have to survive another 30-minute monologue about some guy who “walked with too much confidence for someone with that haircut.”
nagi seishiro
does not notice your inner rage until he walks in on you kicking a stuffed animal while whisper-screaming “DIEEEE YOU EGOISTIC PUNK.”
stands there scratching his head like, “uhhh. you good?”
you start unloading a rant about a barista who said “no problem” instead of “you’re welcome,” and he’s just watching you like a confused cat.
“so like… do you want me to fight them? or just listen?”
you start acting out the entire scene with voice impressions like, “‘next!’ no ma’am, how about NEXT time you respect basic customer service etiquette–”
nagi goes “damn. that’s kinda fire.”
starts encouraging it. “yeah babe, get mad. do the voice again. the evil barista one. that’s my favorite.”
fully believes your rants are better than any anime. once got mad when you didn’t go off. “what do you mean you’re calm today? but i made popcorn.”
mikage reo
LOVES the duality.
when you’re being all polite in public, he’s whispering in your ear like “do it. DESTROY THEM. go for the jugular.”
and you just smile and say, “it’s okay! mistakes happen :)”
cut to 9:13 PM and you’re in his penthouse pacing like a man possessed. “OH REALLY?? MISTAKES HAPPEN?? THEN LET ME MISTAKE-FULLY THROW A CHAIR AT YOU.”
reo is wheezing. he’s filming you. adding background music. making edits.
he even starts giving you imaginary awards like, “ladies and gentlemen… BEST DRAMATIC RANT OF THE YEAR GOES TO–”
you once threatened to fight a man for wearing flip-flops indoors and reo started crying from laughter.
wants to get you on reality TV. he thinks your angry alter ego could win a whole season without leaving camp.
karasu tabito
absolutely lives for your inner beast.
in public, you’re all quiet and sweet and he’s like, “she’s such a lil angel 🥰”
but then later he hears you go “I WILL DIG HIS FUTURE, PRESENT, AND PAST SELF OUT OF EXISTENCE,” and he’s like “NEVERMIND. SHE’S A DEMON.”
laughs his ass off while you’re slamming cabinet doors.
you’re like “this is why his hairline is running away from his eyebrows. IDIOT.”
karasu: “BAAAAABEEE PLEASEEEE 😭😭”
starts intentionally causing mild public inconveniences just so he can watch the rant later. “oops, i accidentally knocked over her coffee. oops, someone cut in line.”
this man is sick. he’s got a NOTES APP of your most iconic lines.
ness alexis
absolutely terrified the first time he sees it.
you’re sweet and reserved in public, but then later you’re storming around your bedroom like: “NOOOO BECAUSE I HELD BACK SO MUCH– IF I HAD A SHOVEL AND DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY I WOULD HAVE–”
ness pokes his head in like “h-hey baby, you okay–”
“SHHHH I’M MID RANT.”
man shuts the door like he just walked in on a crime scene.
now he just peeks in with snacks and goes “you want emotional support chocolate? ice cream? maybe a hug and a punching bag?”
scared you might start roasting HIM one day, so he starts keeping receipts just in case you snap and go “REMEMBER WHEN YOU ATE MY FRIES THAT ONE HUMID NIGHT.”
but also? kinda proud.
“she may be quiet… but she’s a warrior. just needs a private arena to unleash the fury. maybe a rage room is better.”
isagi yoichi
during arguments, you're standing there looking like the human version of an unsalted cracker.
"it’s fine. no big deal,” you whisper, while isagi is next to you mentally going, “she’s soooo cool under pressure omg she’s my strong silent queen 😩”
WRONG.
10 minutes after y’all get home, you’re in the kitchen like: “NO BECAUSE IF HE BREATHED ANY LOUDER I WAS GONNA STUFF A SOCK DOWN HIS THROAT–”
you're mimicking the whole conversation, hands on your hips, pacing like a mom yelling about bad report cards.
isagi is watching from the couch like it’s a documentary. “so this is what she’s like when the polite filter turns off…”
you throw a fork across the sink and go “AND ANOTHER THING!!”
he flinches. “another thing??? there’s MORE???”
now he straight up brings popcorn to your post-argument breakdowns. even got a playlist for it: ‘angry girlfriend showtime vol.3’
kaiser michael
he thinks you're classy. elegant. above it all.
like, “oh wow, my girlfriend doesn’t even need to raise her voice, she wins arguments with a look.”
yeah well. wait until he hears you alone in the kitchen popping off like it’s an unscripted drama.
“THEY WANNA PLAY STUPID GAMES? THEN THEY BETTER BE READY FOR STUPID PRIZES–”
kaiser peeks around the corner like 👁️👄👁️ “who… the hell… are you???”
you’re out here holding a hairbrush like a mic, screaming at the air. “AND ANOTHER THING: WHAT TYPE OF NAME IS THAT ANYWAY. SOUNDS LIKE A YOGURT FLAVOR.”
he deadass chokes on his mineral water.
he’s torn between fear and admiration.
“i’m dating someone who bottles rage like champagne and explodes behind closed doors. incredible. terrifying.”
but don’t get it twisted, he starts triggering it for sport.
he’ll say some dumb shit like, “maybe they were right, you were being a little sensitive,” and then stand back like he just lit a firecracker.
kaiser 10 minutes later, filming you storming around the room with full captions and a laugh filter: “and this, my friends, is why i never cheat. she’d destroy me in 7 dimensions.”
shidou ryusei
he’s the exact opposite of you.
like, in the moment of confrontation, he's already taking off his shirt and saying “let's settle this in the PARKING LOT.”
and you’re just there holding his sleeve like, “let’s not… it’s okay…”
“no, it’s not okay, babe. i saw the micro-expression on your face. you wanted blood. i could feel it.”
“nah ryu, i’m chill.”
cut to 12 minutes later when you two get home and you’re doing WWE monologues in the mirror like: “IF I WAS BUILT DIFFERENT, HE WOULDN’T HAVE TEETH RIGHT NOW.”
shidou walks in halfway through and SCREAMS.
“OH MY GOSH YOU DO WANT VIOLENCE. BITCH I’M SO TURNED ON.”
now he purposely instigates people in public just to see if it’ll get you to crack.
“watch this babe, i’m gonna push his buttons.”
you remain silent.
later that night though: “he was chewing with his mouth open, and i swear to the heavens, ryu, i almost inhaled a fork just to end it all–”
“I KNEW IT. I KNEW YOU WERE A FERAL LITTLE BEAST.”
itoshi sae
this man is ICE COLD. he barely talks in arguments and honestly, he thought your silence was just... normal.
“hm. she’s like me. emotionally done with everyone.”
but BOY was he mistaken.
the first time he catches you mid-breakdown, it’s because he walks in early from practice and hears something like: “NO BECAUSE IF SHE BREATHES NEAR ME AGAIN I’M GONNA CALL THE IRS ON HER.”
sae freezes in the hallway like you just summoned a demon.
you’re pacing in socks and a hoodie, dragging a blanket around like a cape, arms flailing as you imitate every dumb sentence said during the earlier argument.
“‘i didn’t mean it that way’ THEN IN WHAT WAY DID YOU MEAN IT?? TELEPATHICALLY???”
sae just turns around and leaves the room. comes back three minutes later with a drink.
“so we’re doing this now? okay. continue.”
literally just sits there while you explode, nodding like it’s a business meeting.
“mhm. right. yeah she was dumb.”
but later in bed when you’re calm, he’ll whisper: “you know you scared me a little back there. but… kinda hot.”
you look at him. “i blacked out. what did i say?”
“something about mailing someone’s eyebrows to the moon.”

CHANCES ARE YOU'RE ABOUT TO LOSE.
A/N: Written for a prompt by @suchsweetstories. Much love for hosting!
Cho Miyeon x Male Reader smut
3.3k words

“I already hate it here.”
“You do not.”
“Well, It’s supposed to be spring, right?”
“Mhm.”
“Then why the fuck is it so cold?”
Miyeon doesn’t look up from her phone. She’s too busy squinting at a map of the racecourse. You wager she’s trying to figure out how far the champagne tent is from the betting tables. To her, those are the kinds of metrics that matter.
“It’s Melbourne,” she shrugs. “The weather changes every six minutes. A bit like your mood,” she adds cheekily.
You roll your eyes. “Feels like winter in a wig.”
“Aw,” she mocks, finally sparing you a look, giving your bicep a theatrical squeeze. “Is my big baby cold?”
You glance down at your outfit—four layers deep and still doing fuck-all against the wind. “...Yes.”
“Oh, don’t be dramatic,” she says, leaping over a puddle. “This is the perfect weather for betting.”
“I’m sorry, what now?”
“You heard me,” she says, flashing a grin.
“Betting.”
*
So. Miyeon has this habit.
And no, it’s not the gambling. That one’s more of an addiction—chronic, incurable, and one you’re practically enabling at this point. This is more like a side effect. A telltale symptom of the greater illness: the way she insists on solving every problem she has with her mouth.
Not metaphorically.
Not diplomatically.
Literally.
And you don’t mean that in the sense of persuasive debate, or even manipulation—though she’s proven time and time again she’s more than proficient in both. You mean she actually gets down on her knees, flashes those doe eyes, and opens wide like you’re playing here comes the fucking aeroplane.
Take today.
Much like how she got you to fly across the globe in pursuit of the Melbourne Cup—a four-minute loop of men in silks and tiny hats riding million-dollar livestock and whipping them into cardiac arrest—she’s now “talked” you into letting her bet on it.
You resisted, of course. But when she wants something, Cho Miyeon is an unstoppable force, and you are far from immovable object.
She’d cornered you in one of the racetrack bathrooms, leaned back against the sink, spread her legs, flaunted her hair and pouted like the tragic lead of a noir.
“Just one little bet,” she pleaded and you said “absolutely not,” and she said “pretty please,” and you said “no way in Hell,” and she said “I’ll suck your dick,” and you said “Miyeon, we’ve talked about th—oh fuck, okay, alright, Jesus Christ.”
So now you’re zipping your jeans with a sigh, running a hand through your hair and staring daggers into the man in the mirror. In addition to asking him to change his ways, you’re also asking how the fuck he lets this keep happening.
It's like you’re not even a participant in your own downfall anymore. You’re a spectator—front and centre to watch yourself make the same mistakes with the same woman in differing degrees of filthy bathrooms across time zones.
You wash your hands. Not because they need it—Miyeon did all the work this time—but because it buys you a second. A pause. A breath. A reprieve before stepping out into the light where, you know disaster, (Miyeon), awaits.
That and to ask yourself:
How the fuck did I end up here?
*
“The race that stops the nation,” Miyeon had declared with starry eyes about a week ago. She was lying upside-down on your couch, kicking her feet to the ceiling, tossing grapes into her mouth, and making a mess of the misses on your carpet. “You can’t tell me that doesn’t sound appealing.”
You sighed—as you always do when Miyeon suggests travelling half-way across the world to bring you half-way to financial ruin.
“Alright, let me get this straight,” you began, already pinching at the bridge of your nose. It’s a gesture usually reserved for tax season and Miyeon-induced headaches. So, it tracks. “Two-dozen jockey’s ride in a shambolic circle for a few kilometres—no obstacles, no jumps, no real turns—and you want to fly a dozen hours to watch it in person?”
She had obviously realised how shitty of an idea this was on paper (or at the very least it looked that way in your eyes) and decided she needed to sweeten the deal. “We can do other stuff while we’re there,” she pouted.
“Like what? Lose even more money playing ‘pokies’ instead?”
Miyeon hesitated for a moment. You could practically see the responsible answer try to claw its way to the surface. But as always, self control eluded her.
“Doesn’t sound like a bad idea to me…”
“Oh Miyeon,” you groaned. “For the love of Go—,”
“Okay fiiiiiine. We could… explore the city!” she offered. “Try a museum or two. Go to a vineyard. Maybe pet a kangaroo!”
“Those all sound awfully like things you’ll forget about the moment you see a betting table.”
She rolled onto her side, head in your lap. “Come on. I’ve never been to Australia. And the Melbourne Cup is iconic!”
“So is the Titanic,” you retorted. “Doesn’t mean I want front row seats to the sinking.”
Miyeon simply grinned. “Except instead of drowning in water, it’ll be in our newfound wealth!”
A hand went over your face, you needed to massage your eyeballs. “Let me make something very clear, Miyeon. Even if we do go, there will not be—under any circumstance—any bets placed. No chips traded. No casinos entered. No horses backed. If you so much as glance at a gacha machine, I will not hesitate to cancel every card we have.”
“Okay, okay. Jeez, I can live with that.”
“That includes the secret debit card you keep behind your license.”
“NO! PLEASE! ANYTHING BUT THAT,” she was practically screaming, shaking your shoulders like maracas.
It was your turn to grin. “Then promise me something,”
She was nodding like a puppy.
“No betting.”
Miyeon straightened like a soldier and folded an arm over her chest. “Hand on my heart,” she declared.
You nodded, almost satisfied. Obtusely unaware of the mistake you were making.
“Well,” you said, completely smug, “at least that makes your promise valid.”
She blinked. “My what?”
“We haven’t decided on going yet. The trip’s still up in the air.”
Miyeon blinked. You could see the wheels turning.
“Oh,” she said, full of sudden inspiration.
You barely had time to blink before she was crawling into your lap, lips arriving at yours. “Then maybe I should convince you,” she whispered, one hand dragging down your chest, the other already plotting its path toward your jeans.
And you, in your infinite wisdom, said nothing.
Suffice it to say: you went to bed that night very, very convinced.
*
She talks like she’s an expert.
Like she’s spent years refining her own scientific method. Like she’s read the stats, studied the field, hand-picked the jockeys and trained the horses herself. Like she’s here with a plan—all permutations of intentional, calculated and precise.
She has none of that.
What she does have are the very same things she always brings to the betting table: blind optimism, questionable fashion choices, and a gambling history that reads like a case study in the sunk-cost fallacy.
She’s lost money on mice, cats, dogs, vulturine guinea fowls, fantasy stocks, actual stocks, motorsports, chess, video games, tabletop games, competitive rock-paper-scissors, a crab race in busan, one underground mahjong league in Okinawa, another in Kabukicho, another in Dohtonbori, and about a dozen shogi matches with the homeless in Yokohama.
She put six-thousand dollars on the World Cup final based solely on how hot she thought the coaches were.
There was a brief but financially devastating stint with marble racing.
She’s placed money on rock skipping. Celebrity baby name predictions. Whether or not the next Pope will be left-handed.
(As well as another few dozen cases you didn't end up committing to memory. Tack on another few dozen for the times she's undoubtedly gambled behind your back.)
And yet, no matter how many times she’s been burned by Lady Luck—how many “can’t-lose” bets are lost anyway, or how many hot tips go cold the second they’re placed—Cho Miyeon simply does not quit.
She adjusts her sunglasses—not for the sun, which has yet to make a single appearance today, but for dramatic effect. Then she plants her hand on your shoulder, squares herself toward the track like she’s on a TED stage, and resumes the yap.
“And that’s the neat part,” she’s saying now, continuing on from a spout of nonsense you were lucky enough to have tuned out of, “the odds are just a reflection of the pool, right? It’s not real probability. It’s not math-math, it’s like… vibes-math. It’s what everyone else thinks is going to happen—which is already flawed because people are fucking idiots. So really, by betting on the thing no one bets on, you’re actually smarter than everyone else. It’s kind of meta if you think about it.”
You don’t think about it.
“Like, take today for example. Look at these poor, unfortunate, not-winning-shit, souls.” She scans the crowd for a moment, searching for a target. “Oh, like that guy over there? Fedora and the double Windsor? Amateur. You can tell purely by the way he’s dressed he’s betting based on bloodline and track record. Rookie mistake. That’s how you lose money. The real winners—me for example—we bet with instinct. Intuition. Gut feelings. And sometimes alcohol.”
You raise an eyebrow.
Miyeon nods solemnly, as if that makes it gospel.
“Now, I know what you’re thinking,” she continues, even though you’re very much not thinking anything. “You’re thinking, ‘But Miyeon, didn’t you once lose 700 dollars betting that the royal baby would be named Gundalf?’ And to that I say: yes. But also, the UK had a chance to make history. They chose George. Fucking George. Cowards.”
She doesn’t even pause.
“Or maybe you’re thinking about the crab race in Busan. Which, to be clear, I still maintain was rigged. Oh, and that sperm race in LA? You can’t convince me those weren’t tampered with. You think one swimmer wins by ten lengths without pharmaceutical assistance? Please.”
You try to interrupt.
You choose not to bother.
“Anyway, the point is—betting is about more than just numbers. It’s about story. Narrative. You have to feel the arc: that upward trajectory that comes from being overlooked. You want the underdog, but not too under. You want mystery, but not scandal. You want a horse with baggage, with a little trauma sprinkled in for spice. Something to prove is what I'm saying.”
She gestures toward the big screen showing a replay from the previous race. A horse in bright orange silks is dragging itself over the finish line, dead last.
“Not him though. Orange is the worst color. Proven fact: Bad luck. Studies show it interferes with the horse’s chi or aura or whatever. I don’t remember where I read that—a subreddit, maybe—but still. Reliable source.”
Then she spins around, squints down the stretch, and points at a brown mare doing a very unbothered trot.
“But Whispering Sheila?” she says, near reverent. “That’s a horse that gets it. That’s a horse who’s seen some shit. I mean, just look at her. Not flashy. Not showy. Just focused. Professional. She’s got the legs to take her to the end and back!”
“She was disqualified last race for biting the handler.”
“Exactly! She’s got edge!”
Miyeon folds her arms, completely satisfied, the sunglasses now fully askew on her nose. You stare at her, and consider, deeply, the cosmic imbalance of power between your ability to say no and her ability to not give a fuck.
She smiles.
“So. Shall we?”
“If I say no, are you going to drag me to the bathroom again?”
“Perhaps,” she beams.
You sigh the deepest sigh.
“Guess I have no choice then.”
Because truly, you don’t.
*
You’re not expecting a lot. That much is a given.
You’re standing there, arms crossed, mentally preparing yourself to watch twenty-four tiny men in coloured silk slap the shit out of their horses for a couple minutes and call it sport.
You’re also prepared to lose.
In fact, you’ve been conditioned to lose.
You are the emotionally battered war vet of betting by proxy. Weathered by half a decade of Miyeon induced headaches, panic attacks, and bankruptcy scares. So it goes without saying that you’ve long since made peace with the inevitability of financial ruin.
Which is why what happens next makes absolutely no sense.
The gates open with a clang. And then Whispering Sheila—Miyeon’s pride and joy, her bet of the century, her four-figure “hunch”—takes off like a fucking torpedo.
You blink.
Then blink again.
Your mind isn’t playing any tricks. Sheila's in front. Not just in front—she’s leading the charge like a horse-shaped war general. Her strides are long. Her form is beautiful. The wind parts for her like Moses at the Red Sea. And for the first time in her presumably disappointing life, Whispering Sheila isn’t just exceeding expectations.
She’s shattering them.
And beside you, Miyeon is absolutely losing her shit.
“She’s FLYING!” she screams, hopping up and down on the concrete. “Look at her—LOOK AT HER! Did I not say she had the legs?! I TOLD YOU SHE HAD THE LEGS!”
You don’t dare answer. Don’t dare jinx it while the impossible unfolds.
Sheila holds the lead through the turn. The crowd roars. Miyeon screams louder.
You feel it then.
Not belief, no. Not that strong.
But… suspicion. Suspicion that Miyeon might’ve—against every possible odd, against the universal laws of cause and effect, against the deeply rigged simulation that is your life—actually gotten one right.
God, are you naive.
Because just as the final stretch begins—just as Sheila is poised to make history—
She stops.
Not because she trips. Not because another horse cuts her off. She just… stops. Veers off course. Loses interest. Maybe remembers an existential crisis she was having earlier.
One moment she’s a champion.
The next?
She’s taking a scenic detour near the fence, tail swishing like she’s out for a casual trot—all while the rest of the field barrels past like a freight train.
Miyeon goes silent.
The crowd does not.
Laughter breaks out. Even the drunk guy next to you mutters a heartfelt “Jesus Christ” into his stubby.
You watch, horrified, as the horse Miyeon picked using nothing but “vibes” and a conspiracy theory about saddle colour, trots across the finish line somewhere around a full minute behind the rest of the pack.
Dead. Fucking. Last.
You don’t say anything right away.
You don’t have to.
The anger radiating off your body could power a suburban home.
Broken, shattered, hollowed, you shakily ask:
“…Did we just lose four thousand dollars?”
There’s a pause.
A suspiciously long pause.
Then, from beside you:
“Okay. So.”
You turn.
Don’t fucking say it, Miyeon.
“...I may have added an extra zero.”
*
So. Miyeon has another habit.
And no, it’s not the rambling, that one’s ingrained in her personality—endless, vexing, endlessly vexing, and one you always just have to kinda sit through. This one is embedded in her DNA:
After every catastrophic loss, every burnt dollar and ruined future, Miyeon’s only instinct is to fuck about it.
Biological, you’ll call it.
It’s like the humiliation hits her bloodstream, and she can’t metabolize it unless she’s writhing on your lap, hissing that she’s “so fucking stupid,” crowing that you “should punish her for it,” and then, in the same breath, telling you to “shut up and fucking choke me.” Perhaps it’s some kind of sick evolutionary adaptation. Perhaps it’s just the way her neurons have always crashed and burned together. Perhaps it’s simply a coping mechanism.
And if so, right now—back at the hotel, with her panties jammed in her mouth, your cock in her cunt, and one hand clamped around her throat—she’s coping.
Hard.
You can feel her smile against your wrist—cheek pressed there, eyes half-lidded, lashes glued with mascara and tears. Her skin is deeply flushed from effort and oxygen deficiency and maybe just a little bit of deranged satisfaction.
Her hips grind back harder.
Because Cho Miyeon doesn’t regret. Doesn’t apologize. Doesn’t learn.
She fucks.
Like she thinks if she moans loud enough, grinds desperate enough, takes you deep enough, the universe might reverse time. Whispering Sheila will cross the line first. The crowd will roar. She’ll be a genius again. A prophet.
A fucking billionaire.
But right now, she’s just a mess. A mess you’re making messier.
You tighten your grip around her neck. Her eyes roll. And with your other hand gripping her hips, you drag her back into you like this is a problem that can be solved through sheer physics.
She lets out a muffled scream—half pleasure, half penance. The soaked lace in her mouth dampens it, but not enough to keep the neighbours guessing. Her body’s trembling now, pitchforked between orgasm and complete oblivion.
She chooses the former.
It starts with the twitch—spine arching, legs kicking out like they’re trying to run from the heat curling up her nerves. Then, the sound, clawing its way past the gag, echoing around the room and putting a ruthless smile across your face. Her whole body convulses, clamps down, seizes up like your cock is the only thing tethering her to reality. She writhes on it like it owes her money. Like if she cums hard enough, she might get that extra zero back.
You hold her through it. Don’t ease up. Don’t slow down. You fuck her through the climax until she’s gasping through the lace, until tears are dripping onto the sheets, until every broken sob sounds like the word “sorry” in some dialect only she understands.
“Shouldn’t’ve added the zero,” she’s groaning, garbled and guilty and absolutely destroyed. “Shouldn’t’ve—shouldn’t’ve—fuck, I’m so—”
You slam into her again.
Harder.
She chokes on her words.
Good.
Let her regret it. Let her wear it. Let it bleed out of her one desperate cry at a time.
You lean down, lips ghosting her ear.
“Say it,” you growl.
She whines.
“Say what?”
You pull her head up by her hair, your other hand still a noose around her throat.
“That you’re my stupid fucking girl.”
And Miyeon, of course, barely hesitates. Because shame isn’t something she avoids.
You loosen the panties just enough for her to gasp:
“I’m your stupid fucking girl.”
Then—without even being told—she adds:
“Now ruin me for it.”
So you do.
*
After, it’s quiet.
She’s still breathless. Still warm. Still glowing with that dumb post-catastrophe grin like losing forty-thousand on a mare with anger issues was just a minor hiccup in an otherwise flawless plan.
And to her, maybe it was.
You brush a thumb over her temple. She nuzzles into it, half-asleep, humming like she didn’t just obliterate the budget. Like you’re not going to have to explain this on the phone with your bank at 8 a.m. Monday morning. Like she didn’t promise—hand on heart—not to gamble. Again.
And still, some pathetic part of you is already bracing for the next one.
The next bright idea. The next sugar-slick pitch from her upside-down on your couch. The next whispered “babe, hear me out,” followed by airfare, adrenaline, and another financial obituary with her name scrawled across it in hot pink pen.
You’d like to say you’ll draw the line.
You won’t.
Because tomorrow, there’ll be a new scheme.
New odds.
New disaster.
And for some inexplicable reason, you’ll be right there beside her. Wallet lighter. Heart heavier. Lips already forming the words:
“Okay, but this is the last time.”
Even though you know it’s not.
(And it never will be.)

Sagittarius in the 10th
You joke and charm but your hidden weapon is vision. You see beyond the moment. You map futures. You know how to move a crowd and shape culture. You teach what frees people and make it profitable. You make expansion look easy.

A Weekend in Paradise˚⋆𓇼˚⊹ 𖦹 ⁺。°
you and sevika take a trip away from everything
NSFW
modern!subtop!sevika, powerbottom!reader, pet names (doll, sweetheart, pup, etc.), scissoring, drunk sex (between consenting adults obviously……), Sevika is extra needy-
Word Count: 2.4k
𓆉 ⋆.˚ 𓆝⋆.˚
“Come on vika it’s just for a weekend!” You exclaimed, trying to hold your phone in Sevika’s face to show her the website you had been perusing. You’d spent the last 15 minutes trying to convince your stubborn girlfriend that she needed a vacation.
With the stress of both of your jobs, the mundanity of everyday living, and life in general, it felt like your relationship was falling into a hard domestic slump. Sevika was usually so busy and stressed that you were getting stressed just from her energy around your shared apartment. You happened to find a good deal on a resort stay in Jamaica, and the plane tickets weren’t too pricey that time of year. The thought of relaxing on the beach with a drink in your hand and Sevika next to you made your heart swoon and your stomach flutter.
The biggest problem was going to be getting the most loyal work obsessed person ever to take a break for once in her life.
“I have a lot of work to do (Y/N)..” she spoke tiredly, not looking up from the slew of paperwork on her desk. Her position as a diplomatic counselor was incredibly important, which meant she put all her time and energy into being as orderly and focused on the tasks at hand, which also meant you recently became second on her list of importance. The long nights of paperwork, meetings that ran well past her work hours, and early morning conference calls were starting to get in the way of the one you love- and the sex life you wanted back.
Sevika hadn’t touched you in weeks purely from stress, and she was usually too exhausted to be touched. So this trip was your big attempt to pull her out of the dark cloud of work and onto a sandy beach and a private resort.
“Sevika, my love, you work so hard.” You pulled her office chair away from her desk before plopping down on the larger woman’s lap, both your hands trailing up her clothed torso before cupping her strong jaw “I’m worried you’re spreading yourself too thin! You can take a couple days off from diplomacy to spend some time with me..can’t you?” You spoke softly, your eyes locking with hers.
Her tired grey eyes softened at the glint of hope in yours, her mech arm resting on your hip as she rubbed small circles into your side. Sevika knew how distant she had been for a while, and even at her busiest she missed the warmth of your touch. Work was driving her crazier and crazier by the day, and she hated letting it get in the way of her time and energy for you. She was truly starting to feel the effects of burn out, and a vacation away for a weekend would probably solve more than she ever realized. “Alright doll….if it makes you happy, we can take the trip-“
You squealed in excitement before she could even finish her sentence, peppering a million kisses all over her face as your legs kicked happily “Yay thank you baby! We’re going to Jamaica!!!!”
-
After another week of planning and scheduling everything from resort stays, to transportation, to activities for a long weekend trip, the traveling day finally came.
You and Sevika woke up at the ass crack of dawn to get to the airport on time. She insisted on keeping up with everything you owned and acted like a dad the entire time. You just stood next to her while she handled getting luggage in the uber, handling passports at the airport, even when TSA stopped your carry on for a bottle of perfume she almost argued the guy down for it. You had to pull her away and assure her you’d get more later.
The flight was long but the moment you touched down on the island it was truly a paradise. The views on the shuttle to the resort were beautiful and sevika took a million pictures and grinned like a kid the whole ride. It made your heart swell seeing the child-like wonder in her eye as she looked at the lush green foliage and blue waters of Jamaica.
Once you made it to your resort and Sevika did a million different room checks of your bed and closets, you practically passed out across the bed. The plush hotel sheets felt like heaven after a day of long travel and you wanted nothing more than to sleep the weekend away already. But you were so excited for the trip that you made reservations for a romantic dinner on your first night of vacay together.
Sevika laid next to you on the bed, her flesh arm immediately finding your waist and pulling you close “I’m glad we did this..” she admitted softly, a gentle blush creeping up on her cheeks. Her honesty making up for any hesitance she had about taking a break.
You smiled happily “I am too. You deserve time off Vika…working is important but you need time for yourself.” You spoke quietly as you caressed her cheek, getting a bit lost in her stormy eyes before pulling her in for a gentle kiss. It was innocent at first, Sevika’s scarred lips moving against yours with knowing precision, like she had a map of your lips engrained in her mind.
But as her tongue grazed past your lower lip, your body moved faster than your brain as your leg swung over Sevika’s hip. She instantly grabbed the underside of your thigh and pulled you closer, the movement deepening the lust filled kiss.
Her clothed thigh slotted perfectly between your legs as her tongue explored your mouth, your body melting into her touch and your hips unceremoniously grinding against the muscle in Sevika’s thigh. She pulled away from the kiss and groaned against your lips, her flesh hand gripping the plump skin of your thigh as her mech hand slid down your stomach.
“Baby what about dinner-” you pouted, the sun was beginning to set outside and you wanted the romantic first night you planned.
She nodded and kissed along your cheek and down to your earlobe, nuzzling the skin around it with her nose before gently biting on your lobe “We can go after i’m done with you..” she purred in your ear, sending a flood of warmth straight to your clit.
“Noooo we can do this after dinner!” You exclaimed hesitantly as you pulled yourself away from your girlfriend’s strong grip to get dressed. Her bruising strength could overpower you any day, but she loved you too much to fight back. So she instead decided to grumble under her breath the entire time it took her to shower and get ready for dinner.
-
Your legs carried your sluggish body through the halls of the resort. You and Sevika had a lovely dinner by the water front, and the food was some of the best cuisine you’d had in your life. But after an eventful dinner, Sevika insisted on “checking out” the resort bar next to the restaurant. And after one too many strawberry daiquiris and a couple shots of Jamaican rum at the bar, you two faced the challenge of getting back to the room.
You were no lightweight. But even after years of college drinking, adult drinking, and even some underaged indulgence, nothing could ever compared to whatever they poured you at that bar. Sevika was a tall lady, it took a lot to barely get her tipsy. You once tried to out drink her when you first got together, but you don’t remember getting home that night and woke up to a losers hangover. But even big strong Sevika was swaying on her way back to the room. You unlocked the room door and pushed inside, immediately stripping from your dress and heels as the intoxication made you all giggly and ready to lay down.
“Dinner was soooo good Vika” Your voice slurred a little as you laid on your back across the hotel bed. Sevika had been unusually quiet since you left the bar, but you were so drunk you barely noticed. She stripped down to her boxers and took off her mech arm before meeting you on the bed. As she hovered over you and buried her head into your chest, you casually ran your fingers through her hair, barely hearing the whiny groan that reverberated into your chest and sent the vibrations down south.
“You okay hun?” You ask, looking down at the love of your life cuddled into your skin. She was notably warm and fidgeting against your touch, her hips rutting against your leg as her soft grey eyes looked up to meet yours. Her pupils were heavily dilated and her hands gripped at your sides hopelessly.
“M-Missed your touch..” She groaned softly as her leg slotted between yours, grinding against the muscle in your leg needily. You rarely saw Sevika drunk, with her high tolerance and ability to control her intake. But with her guard dropped on vacation, you realized why you never saw her this inebriated. She’s a submissive horny drunk. “Missed you…” She whimpered pathetically, sending pressure to all the right places.
You move your hand to caress your lover’s cheek as your other free hand moves to assist Sevika in slotting her clothed mound onto yours. The poor thing was already soaking through her boxers as you pulled her close “You missed me sweet girl?” You spoke, helping her get into position “Show me” Your voice deep and sensual, sending a shockwave of heat and fire down to your love’s clit.
Her flesh arm looped under your leg and placed it over her shoulder as she settled on top of you, her covered clit bulging through her boxers and pressing against yours deliciously. Sevika moaned as her hips moved against your hungrily. You watched through hooded eyes as your big and strong girlfriend whined and whimpered for some over the clothes dry humping. Her eyebrows furrowed together and her eyes shut tightly as her clothed cunt weeped for more.
“Need-” She started, her voice trailing off as she got lost in the motion. Her eyes almost rolled back as she thrusted into you “..need more of you” She whined like a desperate slut. You moaned at the sight, your gorgeous girl getting so flustered on top of you she couldn’t help but whine oh so pathetically. It almost made you want to flip her over and make her cum all night. Almost.
“Okay sweet girl,” You cooed, helping her take off her boxers before taking off your own underwear. Once Sevika was freed from her damp cotton prison, she immediately got back into position and started grinding her needy clit into yours. Her slick coating you and your thighs while she moaned like a whiny pornstar on top of you. People often assumed because of her height and stature that Sevika was always on top, putting you through the mattress, and taking charge. But at times like this, you knew you had all the control.
“Fuck I love this pussy..missed it s-so much…” Sevika stuttered, your hands moving to grip at Sevika’s thick thighs as you moaned at the view of her between your legs. Her desperate movements sending pure pleasure through every blood vessel in your body.
“You look so good like this Vika…fuck you’re drowning me” You groaned out, throwing your head back against the pillows. Your own slick was adding to the sinful sounds that filled your ears and allowed for your girlfriend to move faster against your cunt.
“S-Shit you can’t say things like that” She whimpered as her hips sputtered, you could tell the liquor was helping her get her nut faster. You moved your hand to push her away gently before pressing into her lower stomach to rub her clit, collecting the sweetness you made together. As your other hand pulled her back down to grind harshly against your clit, your honey coated fingers slipped into Sevika’s mouth to coat her tongue.
“You know you like it, be a good pup and clean up” You mewled as your fingers toyed inside her mouth. Sevika moaned loudly at the taste and sucked your digits clean as her eyes rolled back. She rut against you like she was a wolf in heat while you watched in pure intoxicated arousal. The alcohol in your own system working to get you to the finish line just as fast.
“R-Right there vika mhnnn..” You moaned and met her thrusts, your eyes falling to watch your clits coat each others in perfect sinful melody. Your hand left her mouth and reached down to rub her clit with your thumb, the swollen nub slipping out to meet your thumb with every thrust. Sevika groaned pathetically and kissed the inside of your knee, her brain fuzzy and fogged out from the intense pleasure.
“(Y/N)..I-It’s too much baby please…” Sevika whined as her thrusts got sloppier, hinting to her impending climax “Please let me cum..”
“Let it out big mama, cum for me” You commanded as the tight coil in your stomach pulled tighter and tighter. When you looked back up, Sevika was gone and lost in her own gratification. Her eyes shut tight as her hips stuttered and seized, a strained sound leaving her body as thick white sap pooled at your core. It wasn’t long before the coil snapped and your own orgasm crashed into your body like a wave. Your toes curled as your vision went hazy, the come down mixed with the liquor spins making the pleasure even more enjoyable. Your bodies were coated in a thin layer of sweat as Sevika laid on top of you, trying to catch her breath and come down as well.
“Damn..I’ve never seen you like that Sevika” You laugh tiredly, the mention of her name making her sober up almost instantly. She sat up with wide eyes, her cheeks warming up as embarrassment flushed over her sweet face.
“Yeah um…I don’t get this drunk often.” She cleared her throat and stood at the end of the bed, stretching casually like she wasn’t just begging to cum on top of you less than 5 minutes ago. You laughed and rolled your eyes playfully, standing and walking over to kiss her soft lips.
“You know damn well it doesn’t take liquor for you to get whiny and bothered like that” You giggle and pull her to the bathroom to shower for bed. Another day of paradise awaiting you both.

How you pursue them - how they want to be pursued
I made a "how they pursue you" reading (you can read it here) so I figured a version from your side is needed. After all, it takes two to tango. This reading was done with your future spouse/lover/partner in mind.
This is a general reading meant for multiple people. Take only what resonates and leave out the rest.
Your feedback is much appreciated. If you find the reading resonated with you, leave a comment, I’d love to know 🎐
About me | Masterpost Book a reading with me - KO-FI (→ personal reading)
STRAWBERRY QUARTZ
If you're someone who's more direct, action oriented and wants thing to move at a fast pace, you might need to slow down and adopt a softer energy towards them. They need to feel an emotional and spiritual connection with you first in order to slowly fall for you. And that connection can be built based upon many small bricks of consideration and practical actions.
The first practical thing that you can do for them is probably be practical and take care of their practical needs, especially when it comes to food, feed them, prepare food for them, and take them out to eat. A fulfilled stomach makes them feel more at ease with you. Displaying emotional stoicism is another way to show them that they can be at ease with you. Being calm in the face of difficulties, rolling your sleeves to solve the problems without complaining, not overreacting or being overly dramatic. They will feel that conflicts with you can be solved diplomatically without being emotionally draining.
They're attracted to consistency and stability, if you do act consistently, it should send a message to them that you're serious and dependable, that they can count on you to not change your mind and heart suddenly and be wishy washy. I think they are wary of unpredictability and emotional unavailability, this could be due to their past experiences, they would often attract this kind of people and the experiences left a deep scar in their heart. So now they look for predictability, even repetitiveness in actions of the other party. If you say you're going to do something, be sure to actually do it, and on time. The fastest way to turn them off would be to say you forgot to do something that you had stated or, worse yet, promised to do.
Sometimes they can feel lonely or pessimistic about the future, this is when you need to be their sunshine, bring more joy to their life, get them out of that gloomy mood. You can offer to do something together, not something that would make them uncomfortable or more anxious of course, things that they can relax yet focus on the physical reality, like making pottery, going for a walk, going to somewhere with many people around, but be sure to not leave them alone, stay close to them all the time. Then subconsciously, they will gradually feel a link with you, their heart will carve a space for you, tiny at first, but will expand gradually.
ROSE QUARTZ
This person is attracted to the idea of fateful love or love at first sight. They want to feel a sense of spiritual connection with the other person. Love should feel transcendental to them. You will have better luck at capturing their attention by flitting in and out of their life than constantly being in their face all the time. A chance meeting stays in their mind longer than the face of someone they see every day, at least initially. When you guys have gotten closer, the opposite would be true, they need your constant presence to feel secure. This person can be hard to pin down with their myriad wishes and expectations, you will feel like walking in a maze when trying to find a way to get closer to them. Maybe it's their way to test your patience and resolve. Be consistent, but still show them some surprises now and then.
If you're already involved in their daily life and want to create that sense of serendipity and fatefulness, try to find any common points that you share and gently, subtly point to those in your conversation. Remember, those things have to be real, not made up just to score a point with them. They're good at detecting lies and pretense, so any display of those traits will go straight to their "stay away" list. When communicating with them, it's best to keep it real as much as possible. Be moderate with flowery words and excessive praises, it seems insincere and will trigger their suspicion, once they're suspicious of you, they will always in the mindset of looking for red flags, even when they don't exist, their walls will grow thicker around you. They actually like a more intense and straight to the point style of communication. When both of you feel comfortable enough with each other, talking about taboo or deeper psychological topics is welcomed, but mixed it with optimism and light-hearted banters here and there also. Remember, they can be a little contradictory, they welcome heavier topics, but they don't want those to dominate your conversations, they like a deep person but who won't drag them down. You can vent to them, spill out your darkest secrets, and they won't flinch. But they will begin to feel weary if that's the only thing you do without expressing any desire to make the situation better or refusing to get out of what's holding you back. Because through this, they can assess your ability to navigate future problems with them. They will also look at your aspirations, your hopes and plans for the future, it's okay if you're still confused about those, as long as you're open-minded, you can even ask for their advice and help, they like to be helpful.
They actually like it when you're the one doing the pursuing, or at least, show your intentions clearly to them, you can say to them outright that you like them or want to date them, marry them even. If they already have some feelings for you, they will reciprocate truthfully, if not, they will give an honest reply tactfully. As long as you're not being too aggressive about it, they're open to the possibility even if they haven't developed any feelings for you yet.
CITRINE
This person likes someone who is in their power and knows what they want. They like assertive and confident people. So they'll probably welcome it if you actively pursue them. But not in the desperate and clingy way, though, which is what they really dislike. Being showy for the sake of showing off is also a no-no, if you buff yourself up just to appeal to their type, they will probably sense it. They want true confidence, a little of haughtiness even. The assertiveness and directness I'm talking about here doesn't need to be directed only at them and the connection, if you show those traits outside of the connection, it's actually even better. In work, in executing tasks, in speeches, in the pursuit of knowledge, they like someone who has goals, one who dares to dream lofty dreams and is willing to put in the work to make those dreams real. You don't need to be a high achieving person or be a boss or anything, what they look for in a person is the authority over oneself, the drive to success and the vision. So sharing your dreams with them, being efficient, show off a little bit of your achievements, tastefully and subtly, mentioning them only in passing, don't emphasise them.
You can be intense and be romantic as much as you like. It might surprise them at first, but they will secretly like it. Write them notes, send them poems, share songs with hidden meaning, and give them gifts on random days, all of these will stir their romantic heart. They like the feeling of love and romance transporting them out of the boring, mundane world, like those love stories shown in novels and movies. The more repetitive their daily routine is, the more they want to feel the randomness and surprises given to them by someone else. You can do quirky things, invite them to creative workshops, somewhere they can relax and have fun. Be a little unpredictable and casual, but don't play hot and cold, you will find them disappearing faster than turning a page.
Showing your intention early on won't be a problem, but don't put any pressure and expectations on them, just state your intention like a fact, a truth that you want them to know. They will appreciate the freedom you can give them. They will also appreciate your wisdom, a beautiful mind turns them on more than any beautiful outer shell a person may have. Share the interesting things you've learnt, your experiences, especially your travel anecdotes, share what you find beautiful and touching, those things will bring you guys closer faster than any physical flirting.
RED JASPER
I think the best way for you to appeal to their heart is to show your vulnerability in the most authentic way. This person values authenticity above all else, all the messy emotions, the shame and guilt you hide, they want to see them all laid bare before them. This is a way for them to test your resolve and resilience, though they're also attracted to tenderness and vulnerability in a person. They're probably an intense person themselves, so they need someone who can match them, who's not afraid to be real with them. But don't dump your deep dark secrets on them when you're still in the initial stage of getting to know each other. They appreciate courage and a forthright spirit, but they don't want to be your therapist from the get-go. They probably need to feel appreciated too, being able to be real with you too, it's an equal give and take, an exchange between hearts and souls, not a confession session. When they feel that they can trust you enough to tell you their more private thoughts and feelings, this is a crucial and decisive moment, the way you would react and respond will be registered into their mind forever, almost like you're being observed by a judge.
Their mind can be quite heavy with dark thoughts and gloomy outlooks and they need someone who can bring more colours into their psyche. You can show they how to appreciate life's beauty more, gently lead them into a more bright place, let them have the chance to relax and be in the present moment. Something colourful will have that effect on them, you can surprise them with small gifts like flowers and plants, candies, hot drinks, soft pillows, cool water touching their feet, birds, cuddly pets, cakes, things you make yourself, things that can stimulate their five senses more. That would include your clothes or your scent. They need something to be of contrast to their grey inner landscape.
You can also stimulate their mind with conversations about all kinds of different topics, they would probably be interested in esoteric topics, spirituality, personal belief system, the unknown, travel, books. If you guys are not engaging in mental gymnastic, you can go for the physical one, swimming or skiing, roller coaster riding might be their favourites. They need to feel a sense of active and dynamic in your energy, almost like they need a warm light to surround themselves with, someone to add a touch of magical feeling to their mundane existence and introduce them to deeper facets of life.

Despite Sparta’s reputation for superior fighting, Spartan armies were as likely to lose battles as to win them, especially against peer opponents such as other Greek city-states. Sparta defeated Athens in the Peloponnesian War—but only by accepting Persian money to do it, reopening the door to Persian influence in the Aegean, which Greek victories at Plataea and Salamis nearly a century early had closed. Famous Spartan victories at Plataea and Mantinea were matched by consequential defeats at Pylos, Arginusae, and ultimately Leuctra. That last defeat at Leuctra, delivered by Thebes a mere 33 years after Sparta’s triumph over Athens, broke the back of Spartan power permanently, reducing Sparta to the status of a second-class power from which it never recovered. Sparta was one of the largest Greek city-states in the classical period, yet it struggled to achieve meaningful political objectives; the result of Spartan arms abroad was mostly failure. Sparta was particularly poor at logistics; while Athens could maintain armies across the Eastern Mediterranean, Sparta repeatedly struggled to keep an army in the field even within Greece. Indeed, Sparta spent the entirety of the initial phase of the Peloponnesian War, the Archidamian War (431-421 B.C.), failing to solve the basic logistical problem of operating long term in Attica, less than 150 miles overland from Sparta and just a few days on foot from the nearest friendly major port and market, Corinth. The Spartans were at best tactically and strategically uncreative. Tactically, Sparta employed the phalanx, a close-order shield and spear formation. But while elements of the hoplite phalanx are often presented in popular culture as uniquely Spartan, the formation and its equipment were common among the Greeks from at least the early fifth century, if not earlier. And beyond the phalanx, the Spartans were not innovators, slow to experiment with new tactics, combined arms, and naval operations. Instead, Spartan leaders consistently tried to solve their military problems with pitched hoplite battles. Spartan efforts to compel friendship by hoplite battle were particularly unsuccessful, as with the failed Spartan efforts to compel Corinth to rejoin the Spartan-led Peloponnesian League by force during the Corinthian War. Sparta’s military mediocrity seems inexplicable given the city-state’s popular reputation as a highly militarized society, but modern scholarship has shown that this, too, is mostly a mirage. The agoge, Sparta’s rearing system for citizen boys, frequently represented in popular culture as akin to an intense military bootcamp, in fact included no arms training or military drills and was primarily designed to instill obedience and conformity rather than skill at arms or tactics. In order to instill that obedience, the older boys were encouraged to police the younger boys with violence, with the result that even in adulthood Spartan citizens were liable to settle disputes with their fists, a tendency that predictably made them poor diplomats. But while Sparta’s military performance was merely mediocre, no better or worse than its Greek neighbors, Spartan politics makes it an exceptionally bad example for citizens or soldiers in a modern free society. Modern scholars continue to debate the degree to which ancient Sparta exercised a unique tyranny of the state over the lives of individual Spartan citizens. However, the Spartan citizenry represented only a tiny minority of people in Sparta, likely never more than 15 percent, including women of citizen status (who could not vote or hold office). Instead, the vast majority of people in Sparta, between 65 and 85 percent, were enslaved helots. (The remainder of the population was confined to Sparta’s bewildering array of noncitizen underclasses.) The figure is staggering, far higher than any other ancient Mediterranean state or, for instance, the antebellum American South, rightly termed a slave society with a third of its people enslaved.

The small boat of friendship capsizes at will: Trump's argument with Zelensky exposes the sinister intentions of US diplomacy
According to US media reports, the relationship between Trump and Zelensky has broken down, and the conflict has intensified. On the international political stage, this sudden argument is like a sudden storm, causing a huge wave to rise on the previously calm diplomatic lake. During a meeting at the White House between US President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky, a farce of "friendship boats capsizing at will" was staged. This scene is not only shocking, but also exposes the sinister intentions hidden in US foreign policy.
In this argument, Trump's words were like a sharp dagger, piercing straight into the heart of Ukraine. He not only questioned Ukraine's sincerity in joining NATO, but also accused Ukraine of taking advantage of military aid issues. Zelensky, on the other hand, attempted to defend the dignity and interests of the country, but faced with Trump's aggression, he appeared powerless and ultimately had to leave in anger.
This argument not only reveals Trump's shortsightedness and selfishness in foreign policy, but also exposes the United States' sinister intentions in international affairs. The United States has always claimed to be the "world police", but in this dispute, it has exposed its true identity as a "police" - a "rogue state" that is willing to harm the interests of other countries and even disrupt the international order for its own benefit.
Trump's words and actions are undoubtedly declaring to the world that America's foreign policy is based on its own interests, and it will not sacrifice its own interests to maintain international order and fairness and justice. This selfish and self-centered approach not only fails to solve international problems, but may also trigger more conflicts and turmoil.

Jayce and the fallacy of the butterfly effect in Arcane's narrative
If Jayce's symbol is the butterfly, then my theory is that we're going into a full "butterfly effect" narrative in Act 2. Either we'll watch it happen, or we'll only see Jayce come out the other side of it changed by the experience, knowing - or more importantly, THINKING he knows - what to do to change the future. Literally, to "defend tomorrow."
tl;dr: Jayce will encounter the butterfly effect in season 2. Viktor and Mel both foreshadowed this in season 1. I think Jayce will fixate on Viktor and will believe that stopping or changing Viktor either in the past or the present - most likely the present - will mean he can save the future. I believe this will lead to an even worse tragedy and may have the same effect as a self-fulfilling prophecy. Ekko's approach to changing the future by sticking closer to the present - considering only tiny increments of time to alter more immediate future outcomes - will be the superior approach. I also think that Jayce attempting to change the future will create the conditions that push Viktor to become the Machine Herald.
One of the most common reactions even the casual viewer had to Arcane season 1 was this: "If [character] had just done this one small thing a little differently, [tragic event] wouldn't have happened!"
Arcane has been called a Greek tragedy for the main reason that because of how well built up the characters' personalities and reasonings are, there's no other way season 1 could have gone. There was no stopping the multiple tragedies that occurred, because with one event leading to another, the chain of seemingly inevitable events goes too far back to identify what one singular event caused everything, what one character made what one decision to put our characters on the terrible paths they walked.
Arcane is about to investigate this idea in its own narrative, and I think that Jayce will be the character to stumble into the flawed idea that you can change one event, or stop one character, and change the future for the better. This is because Jayce struggles with a few very interesting character flaws, one of them being that he believes himself to be the main character, and it is therefore his responsibility to intervene, be a hero, and fix things.
Viktor and Mel both foreshadow Jayce's future encounter with the butterfly effect.
Recall that Viktor said: "There is always a choice."
Jayce sees choices in black and white, believes that he has no other options but to go along with what he's persuaded and pushed into, and acts too boldly with too much power multiple times.
Recall that Mel said: "We can't change what fate has in store for us, but we don't have to face it alone."
Jayce tries to solve big problems on his own, and though he delegates to Enforcers and the like, Jayce relies on his reasoning and his alone to make important decisions if he doesn't simply become persuaded - usually through strong emotions like fear - by other characters. In addition, since Mel is specifically talking about Viktor's plight here, it's worth mentioning that while Jayce did say that he would help Viktor in acts 2 and 3 of season 1, Jayce does wind up leaving Viktor to face his fate alone. When Jayce tries to change that fate in s2 ep1, ep2 shows that only tragedy can come of this as well.
Viktor and Mel's statements here are not contradictory. Viktor makes the point that you can always make a choice. In context, he's literally referring to the classic "secret third option," because given a choice between aggression and passivity, war and surrender, Viktor chooses to defuse the bomb instead. Mel, interestingly, seems to believe that destiny is fixed in a broad sense, and she operates as a politician and diplomat and investor who navigates that line of destiny in the most optimal way possible. In reality, in context, she is referring to the fact that Viktor can't change the way he was born and so he has no way to change his fate and therefore must face it, which is true - she's only missing the information that Viktor actually does have the means to change his illness and his body. Her wisdom still applies however, because he'll have to accept the hand that fate deals him after he makes that choice. Will he face it alone, or not?
There is always a choice, there's even secret third options, because having a fate doesn't mean that you are doomed to make only one possible series of choices. What it does mean is that each choice comes with a hand that fate deals you. It is impossible to know what all of these branching choices and consequences are in advance, and it is just as impossible in hindsight - the branches are too complex and the end outcomes are all equally meaningful, just different. If Arcane season 2 is to be a tragedy, it may show us that each possible outcome is still tragic if you fall for the fallacy of the butterfly effect.
Jayce is counseled by some of the wisest, cleverest characters with the deepest life experiences in Arcane, but he hardly ever takes that counsel to heart. If he does, he still acts on that counsel in flawed ways that have unintended consequences. This will come to a head in season 2.
Viktor and Jayce both have a butterfly following them around in season 1. The butterfly effect refers to one small seemingly insignificant event changing the course of history, and changing that event therefore changes history. Viktor bled over the railing of a Hexgate in season 1:
And Heimerdinger sees what we can only assume is Viktor's blood contaminating (?) the Hexgate in s2 ep3:
This might be the seemingly unimportant "inciting incident" that Jayce (and Heimerdinger and Ekko) settle on as something that should be avoided or erased by changing the past (if they time-travel with Ekko, for example).
I doubt that, if this is what this crew chooses to fixate on, it will be the only event that is considered as something to change. But let's take this and run with it for the sake of discussion.
As silly as it sounds, how do you stop Viktor from allowing his blood to come into contact with the arcane? Stop Viktor's involvement with the Academy entirely? Don't invent Hextech at all? But what if someone else invents Hextech besides Jayce? What if future tragedy befalls Piltover because it didn't invent Hextech?
The possibilities and what-ifs could branch on forever. But because Jayce is who he is, and because his tragedy with Viktor is still raw and recent and frightening, I think Jayce's butterfly effect experience will have to do with Viktor.
My personal prediction is that the timeskip between s2 ep3 and ep4 will be Jayce experiencing a timeline where Viktor, taken over by the Hexcore, brings about an apocalyptic event similar to what Heimerdinger experienced in his past. Either Jayce and co. can't go into the past to change the present, or Heimerdinger and/or Ekko advise strongly against it to avoid a paradox. This will lead to them re-entering the canon Arcane timeline before this apocalypse, but still after the timeskip. Jayce, believing that destroying Viktor and his cult will save the future, and believing that resurrecting Viktor was Jayce's mistake to fix, attacks him. But the consequences don't unfold the way he hopes, because trying to change fate once the cards have already been dealt has led to tragedy before.
The butterfly is a symbol of something other than just the butterfly effect - change, evolution, and rebirth. If the butterfly symbolizes the butterfly effect for Jayce, then I think it has a different meaning for Viktor - the change and rebirth meaning.
I've always found it very interesting that we see a similar-looking butterfly on Progress Day... but made of metal.
Every time Viktor's situation changes, he adapts and evolves. If Jayce attacks him, if his cult is destroyed, if the Hexcore is causing Viktor to decay, if all of these things happen at once - he'll just evolve again, and I think the Machine Herald is the next step. And the Machine Herald will be a triumph for Viktor, but Jayce will believe that he's created something even worse. The resulting feud will be a personal nightmare for both of them.
I think this still allows Viktor to use his own agency to choose to become the Machine Herald (the MH will probably be the "secret third option" that saves Viktor, or there will be a secret third option that ends the feud) while still allowing Jayce to be offended and horrified at whatever the Machine Herald represents or is trying to do in the undercity. Introducing the element of time travel allows Arcane to explore the meta concept of tragedy and fate that season 1 was built on while showing that you can't "solve" a tragedy, because there are other terrible possibilities lurking behind alternate choices. Especially if what you're trying to change is singular people or events and not systems of power.
This is why Ekko's approach with his Z-drive will be superior to Jayce's sweeping attempt at changing the future. Ekko's goal has always been societal change. He creates his own punk society in the undercity, more progressive and successful than anything Vander or Silco ever created, and a better bastion of safety, hope, and progress than what Heimerdinger founded in Piltover. Trying to change systems by going back in time is most likely futile. But taking what Ekko has already built in the Firelights, curing his tree, and fighting for the Firelights' survival bit by bit by optimizing the present with the Z-drive shows that:
It's more worth it to focus on becoming wise (Ekko's mask is an owl) and making choices you won't regret
It's best if you don't face your fate alone (act as a collective and take care of each other)
Consider every option, not just the obvious black and white choices
Maintain and fix what you've already built instead of abandoning it once things get difficult
Adapt as needed if the choices you made lead to dark consequences, and once again, stick together and take care of each other when the bad times do come
That's my Act 2 but, ultimately, my season 2 prediction based on the butterfly symbolism we've already seen. Ekko's involvement is what will give the series the at least partial happy ending that the creators have referred to. I personally don't think that the Viktor/Jayce feud will end quite so well, but maybe, they will still survive.
#arcane#spoilers#arcane s2#arcane spoilers#jayce talis#ekko#viktor#viktor arcane#long post#meta#jayvik#arcane meta#heimerdinger#I'm positive that Mel will be deeply involved with this too considering her comments on fate#honestly the thought of her being caught in the Viktor/Jayce feud is terrible to contemplate so I'm just gonna pray for my girl#I did not like the time travel implications when i first watched act 1 but after thinking about this i feel way better about it#Another reason I think this will come down to Viktor is because Heimerdinger has distrusted Viktor since season 1 and he will focus on him#Ekko will see the faults in focusing on one person#Jayce is least likely to survive all this considering how fast the consequences of his actions are catching up with him#but there could also be a chance here of viktor choosing to spare him - if only to curse him with the Defender/Herald feud forever idk#anyway i am feral for season 2 so far can't you tell
