Ello! So I've been thinking abt it lately.
And I forgot to tell you about the flags in a my banner + pfp.
So he's the flags and my ver. of their definitions!
Genders;
Gender-fluid (the pink, white, purple, black, and dark blue flag);Someones gender that changes through out time (can be week days, minutes even years)
Trans masculine (FTM) (the pink, dark blue, white, dark blue, light blue and pink flag);A person who was born female but is male
Trans-neutral (F or M to N);Someone who's trans but doesn't have a connection to female or male genders
AFAB (assignment female at birth) (Pink, bright green, dark beige?, orange, bright green, dark beige, and pink flag);someone who was well, assigned a female at birth
Xenogender (That pastel rainbow like flag with the weird symbol in it);A person who's gender is connected to something that a person wouldn't find associated with a gender (ex:A cat) + Neoprns flag (dark green, blue? Turquoise?, white, beige, and a darker beige? Flag);Someone who uses the pronouns associated with Xenogenders (ex:Cat/cats or meow/meows)
Unlabeled (light green, white, light blue, and beige flag);Someone who doesn't use labels.
Sexuality:
Pansexual (the pink, yellow and blue flag);A person who's attracted to any one, regardless of gender
Polyamous (dark blue, black, and red with the pie symbol in the middle flag);Someone who's able to be attracted to multiple people and date multiple people at once (consensually)
Demi-sexual (dark green, light green, like green, and gray with the triangle to the side flag);A person who needs to have an emotional connection to someone to feel attracted to them romantically (demi-sexual is the same just with sexual attraction).
Aaaaand where done!
I hope this helped you understand better (if you didn't before) and learn somethin abt me!)

Buck bonded with the queer man with the tape worm, learned about love from a gay married man who up and died on him, TK thought Buck was hitting on him, Maddie joked about his boy crush on Eddie and Josh, a gay man, was comfortable enough to joke about the dinner with Buck feeling like a set-up. Coincidence?? Hell no!! Bi/pan Buck has always been canonly alluded to! I'm hoping we see him finally addressing the fact that he's never been straight actually and not have a new awakening because the work has already been done. There's a lot of wink wink nudge nudge towards him not being straight. It would make sense (and funny) for him to be like "yeah I'm attracted to everyone I thought you guys knew??" and everyone's like we are surprised but also that totally makes sense.

If someone says "this rigid definition of a label doesn't account for the complexity of gender" and your reaction is to say "well the label is perfect and your gender is wrong" I think you have failed to understand queerness.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but:
It is absolutely fine to use a label, only to realise it doesn't suit you anymore. Labels aren't there to bind you to them. They serve as a way to better describe how one feels and what ones lived experience can be like.
I had two pipelines of relabeling myself simultaneously.
From bi to lesbian, and back to bi.
From asexual to demisexual (because I thought, that one day, maybe I feel this kind of attraction, as sex-ambivalent and oscillating were terms I related with, and still do), and back to being asexual.
Does that make me less sapphic or a-spec? Absolutely not.
And to be honest: I still haven't figured out if I'm demiromantic or aromantic. And that is perfectly fine. We don't own anyone an explanation, but ourselves.
If the label felt good at that time, but doesn't anymore, let it go and take the one that feels more fitting. ♡ We are human beings. We are allowed to grow. You are valid, no matter which label you choose.

Happy pride month and my personal BlitzPrime pride headcanons because being fixated on them means anytime I do something else I have to draw them.
I don't think Blitzwing much cares about gender -I should have included the objectum flag here- he much more cares about a person's alt-mode and personality than rote-mode appearance. He also has such non-binary swag to me like he's literally non-binary in the terms he has 3 forms instead of the standard 2, there's no norm within Decepticons or Autobots he fully fits in. I do not think he identifies as trans though to him he didn't change or transition into someone but it was more something he always was.
For Optimus it's kind of all vibes. He's attracted to all genders but at the same time struggles with defining the difference between platonic and romantic hence to arospec and bi flags. I'll talk perhaps in another post of how Optimus experiences love bc it's not something he actually knows about himself rn. In the comic he knows he's bi but he assumes there must be something wrong with him with how his apatite for romance fluctuates so much.

“Do I need to undo conditioning / limiting beliefs, you can’t deny we went through shit and are affected by it”
Conditioning is a human made concept. What conditioning is there to be undone when you are not human and there is no past.
E.g. If you grew up without money and would like to bring money into your life and have “limiting beliefs” about money there is actually nothing to be done about them.
Why? Because they are nonexistent and have no value or meaning or power. You give them power by assuming they are an actual power holding you back and you must get rid of them or change them.
This is how powerful you are, you can fool yourself like this.
But you are not human and there is no past.
You can only assume there’s something to be done for a “physical” situation from the perspective of a “physical” human being.
But we all know there is no tangible physical. Even in science they say you can only see about 1% of your visual field. Whether you are a logical “realist”, religious, etc there are signs everywhere that this “physical / real” reality is not as real as you think it is.
It’s energy / God / awareness whatever you want to call it in form. It’s merely a hallucination.
I say whatever you want to call it because this power is so ineffable, it’s unknown, it’s so powerful.
Beyond what you can grasp.
And anything is possible in the unknown. How can you say something is impossible 😂 honestly how laughable.
You are that ineffable God / infinity / universe / consciousness.
Pure miracle.
Tell me now what “limiting beliefs” or “conditioning” you have when you are not human and there is no time.
Stop these complications, meaningless labels, false pretences.
Facing yourself and asking questions, or coming to a natural observation / understanding of this. It is up to you.
And then realise this is all a game to remember yourself.
This shouldn’t feel forced, it’s not hard work, it’s not unnatural.
It’s natural because it’s pure flow. It’s your nature of being.
It’s this ineffable infinite powerful existence.

Reasons why someone may identify as bi lesbian (a valid identity!):
a bi woman who experiences rare attraction to men but never enough to date one.
a bi woman who was attracted to a man only once in her life, so he is like an exception.
a woman who is bisexual but monoromantic towards women, or biromantic but monosexual towards women.
a bi woman who is only attracted to non-men and occasionally fem men.
a bi woman who doesn’t date men and doesn’t intend to ever do so.
a lesbian who formerly was bisexual and now her identity has shifted, and she wants her label to reflect both.
a late-in-life lesbian who is married to a man but is comfortable staying with her husband because of their unique love/companionship.
a poly lesbian whose partner’s partners (whom they may rendezvous with) may rarely include men.
a lesbian who does not identify as “monosexual” or “monoromatic” despite only being attracted to non-men, since she feels that she is attracted to multiple non-men genders.
a lesbian in a relationship with a trans man.
a “straight” trans man who formerly identified as a masc lesbian and remains in a relationship with a lesbian.
a bi transmasc who prefers to date other transmascs as well as women.
a transfem bi woman who strongly identifies with centering her life around womanhood and wlw love.
a genderfluid lesbian.
a bisexual woman using the pre-separatism meaning of “lesbian”, back when it was an umbrella term for all sapphics.
… and many more!
*I use “woman” and “she/her” in these examples but this may apply to any genderqueer sapphics as well!
Yes, many of these experiences can be described by using one of “bi” or “lesbian”, rather than both in combination. Lesbianism includes many non-men genders and trans women! Bisexuality includes all genders including trans folks! Lesbianism is considered monosexual identity, but also in some ways multisexual, and “bi lesbian” is often used by those who strongly identify with being mspec. Labels are for our comfort in identifying ourselves and our lived experiences, as well as to accurately communicate our identities to others. We shouldn’t police them! Queer people are deviant and complex by nature! Rigid rules are for the patriarchy, not us. Labeling conventions are fully arbitrary and we should prioritise what will maximise queer folks’ happiness.
Folks spend a lot of (misplaced) energy hating on the label “bi lesbian” and want to eradicate it by claiming it is TERF propaganda—however that’s not very nuanced. There are queer elders who use this term—should we really have the audacity to tell them how to live? Ironically it’s gender essentialist in and of itself to try to put people in a box. We should remember that bisexuals and lesbians originally were all just “lesbians” (ie in the same way we use “sapphic” as an umbrella term today), and it was TERF rhetoric in second-wave feminism that resulted in lesbian separatism. A simple label used by a tiny minority can’t cause all kinds of scary lesbophobia, biphobia, and transphobia (as it is, endosex allocishetero people can barely tell bisexuality from lesbianism anyway and don’t know a thing about trans people either ;n;)—If it is a possibility, that’s our job as a community to fight back misinformation. :)
