⋆⭒˚。⋆ how to reset your life in 1 hour (the micro-reset guide) ⋆⭒˚。⋆
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
hi lovelies, mindy from @glowettee here !!
sometimes i feel overwhelmed and stuck, so i specifically created this routine whenever i just need to reset my life quickly. here's how i do it in one short post <3 - mindy
key points:
step 1: declutter one space (10 minutes): clear your desk, purse, or phone notifications. a small, clean space = a fresh mindset.
step 2: move your body (15 minutes): stretch, dance, or go for a walk to shake off mental cobwebs.
step 3: hydrate and snack (10 minutes): grab water and a nourishing snack to refuel.
step 4: brain dump (15 minutes): write down everything on your mind (to-dos, worries, ideas) and organize it into priorities.
step 5: do one productive task (10 minutes): pick a small, achievable task and get it done. finishing something boosts confidence and momentum.

how to find your summer style in 3 steps⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ 🌸
finding your summer style isn't about copying a pinterest board or shopping every trend you see. it’s about tuning in to you — what you feel best in, what you actually reach for, not what looks good only on some influencer with a different life and different body.
Tumblr media
start by paying attention to what you already love wearing when you feel most confident. not the outfit you think you should like, but the one you always end up choosing. if you’re always reaching for flowy dresses or oversized linen shirts — that’s a sign. your style is already talking to you. you just have to listen.
summer isn’t about being uncomfortable just to chase aesthetics. if you hate tight shorts or loud colors, stop forcing them. real style is about ease. it should feel like a second skin — effortless, like you’re not even trying but somehow still look put together.
inspo? sure, get it. but use pinterest or ig as a guide, not a manual. collect images that spark something in you. colors you keep saving. silhouettes you can't stop looking at. patterns that lowkey feel like they belong in your closet already. when you see a pattern, trust it.
build your summer closet around those feelings, not trends. lightweight fabrics, shades that flatter your skin under the sun, pieces that make you wanna romanticize every iced coffee run or evening walk. you don’t need 20 new outfits — you need five you love and can rotate endlessly.
Tumblr media
real summer style feels like you, just more sunlit, more carefree, more alive.

First day of 75
So the first day went bad. Perhaps I didn't choose the right day to start but hey if I don't do it now, I will never start. There is never a perfect time to start anything.
I had lessons, and meetings with friends and then errands to run from picking up newspaper to running to the post office in time (twice because the first time it was closed for lunch time, even though the schedule online said they closed later). I did the mental tasks early in the morning cause I was aware of the running and finally as I'm writing this I have finished the physical part, both the walk and the workout bit.
I did 15 min workout for the first day, drank 1.5L and I know it's not the 2L i said i should do but taking into account i barely drink a full bottle daily this was amazing to me. I read 10 pages from "As long as lemon trees grow".
My honest opinion is that it is a challenge I find very good as to start practicing discipline and improving the mindset of routine. I will update tomorrow with the new day.

Stop waiting. Start living.
True detachment isn't about giving up—it's about flowing with life instead of forcing it. When you stop desperately waiting for success, love, or peace to arrive "on schedule," you discover something profound: you're already in the middle of your beautiful life.
Question for you: What are you currently waiting for that might be keeping you from enjoying your present moment? 👇

The most "boring" people you know probably have the clearest goals. Monotony isn't a lack of ambition—it's scaffolding for building something bigger. The novelist who writes at 6am every day isn't uncreative; they're creating conditions where creativity can flourish consistently.

Jalan cerita

spf myths (debunked) ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・☀️
if you’re still skipping SPF because it’s cloudy or thinking sweating counts as "cleansing" — babe, it’s time for a reality check.
Tumblr media
☀️ myth 1: "i don’t need sunscreen if it’s cloudy."
wrong. UV rays don’t care about clouds — 80% of them still reach your skin. if you're not wearing SPF daily (yes, daily), you're handing out free damage to your future self.
☀️ myth 2: "sunscreen makes me break out."
old school greasy formulas? maybe. but it’s 2025 — find a lightweight, non-comedogenic one. gel SPFs and Korean sunscreens are game-changers if you want protection without pore-clogging.
☀️ myth 3: "i only need SPF when i’m outside."
nope. UV rays pass through windows. if you sit by a window at school, at work, or in your car — you’re exposed. sunscreen isn’t optional; it’s part of showing up for your skin.
☀️ myth 4: "i’m already tan, so i don’t need SPF."
SPF isn’t about blocking your tan — it’s about blocking damage. sunburn is just surface-level — UVA rays go deep, causing long-term issues like premature aging and skin cancer, no matter your skin tone.
☀️ myth 5: "if my foundation has SPF, i’m good."
your makeup’s SPF is not enough. you'd need to cake on seven layers of foundation to get the level of protection you think you're getting. sunscreen first, always.
Tumblr media
real flex this summer? healthy, protected skin that glows because it's cared for — not because it’s screaming for help.
