When & Where Will You Meet Your Spouse? 💍💫 Locations, Connections, and Fate ✨
Note: This post fits both Western and Vedic systems. Take what resonates with you more and leave the rest. Lemme know in the comments if it hits home!
Look at where your 7th house ruler is placed; the opposite sign of your 7th lord’s placement can show where and when you might meet them. You might meet your spouse under the zodiac sign opposite to your 7th lord.
7th lord in Aries → opposite sign Libra
7th lord in Taurus → opposite sign Scorpio
7th lord in Gemini → opposite sign Sagittarius
7th lord in Cancer → opposite sign Capricorn
7th lord in Leo → opposite sign Aquarius
7th lord in Virgo → opposite sign Pisces
7th lord in Libra → opposite sign Aries
7th lord in Scorpio → opposite sign Taurus
7th lord in Sagittarius → opposite sign Gemini
7th lord in Capricorn → opposite sign Cancer
7th lord in Aquarius → opposite sign Leo
7th lord in Pisces → opposite sign Virgo
If the opposite sign is Libra, you’re likely to meet your spouse at a wedding, your mother's or a younger sibling's birthday month, through business partnerships, during legal proceedings, at a courthouse, networking events, contract signings, social mixers, collaborative projects, or even a photoshoot or fashion-related event. Since Libra rules one-on-one connections and “the other,” there’s a strong chance you’ll be introduced by someone else, like a friend, colleague, or mutual contact.
If the opposite sign is Scorpio, you might meet your spouse through spiritual circles, taboo interest groups, chat rooms, the dark web, at a car dealership, during a major life event like a birth (someone close to you) or a funeral (death of a loved one), or in moments involving deep emotional or financial transitions like getting insurance, paying taxes, or receiving an inheritance. The meeting is likely to feel sudden, intense, or completely unexpected, happening in a place or situation you’d never imagine.
If the opposite sign is Sagittarius, you’re likely to meet your spouse while studying in college, during higher education abroad, on a long-distance trip, at an airport, could be a foreigner or someone from a different background. You might also cross paths in places like a church, temple, spiritual retreat, or support group. Other possibilities include meeting through publishing, broadcasting, the internet, TV, radio, a casino, a club, or anywhere involving a sense of risk, exploration, or adventure.
If the opposite sign is Capricorn, you could meet your spouse through your father, at work, during career-related events, a business meeting, through mutual friends, colleagues, at a railway station, chain restaurants, historical buildings, museum, concert, weekend gathering, bar, comedy show, award show, or even outside the city or town limits. The connection may come in structured, goal-oriented settings or when you're focused on responsibility and long-term plans.
If the opposite sign is Aquarius, you could meet your spouse online, through an activist group, social cause, NGO, while caring for the elderly, in a gaming chat room, while protesting, through friends, acquaintances, or community events for a social cause. Your spouse may live far away or come from a different cultural background.
If the opposite sign is Pisces, you might meet your spouse in a hospital, foreign country, foreigner, secluded or private setting, while hiking, trekking, during outdoor activities, end of the month or year, near water bodies, at a spa, meditation center, spiritual group, or retreat. The meeting could also happen during a period of emotional low, an existential crisis, or when you feel like you've hit rock bottom, when you're most inward or seeking deeper meaning.
If the opposite sign is Aries, you could meet your spouse when you find a new social circle or group of friends, during a glow-up, in your birthday month, while starting a new hobby, the first week of the month, Mondays, when graduating, changing jobs or locations, or while traveling by road. The meeting could happen when you're taking bold steps or embracing new beginnings.
If the opposite sign is Taurus, you could meet your spouse at local shops, while shopping, at seminars, in a bank, through family connections, coworkers, or business partners. You might also meet in the countryside, on a farm, near agricultural land, at office spaces, during a promotion, or while getting a job, or through charity work.
If the opposite sign is Gemini, you could meet your spouse on social media, dating apps, through your close friends circle, siblings, at restaurants, during local trips, while on the phone, with lots of people around you, in a crowd of young individuals, at university, workshops, during your daily commute, tourist attraction spots, or in your own neighborhood or town.
If the opposite sign is Cancer, you could meet your spouse while it's raining, during a hurricane or storms, near water bodies, at a bar, under clear blue skies, in the evening, introduced by a woman you know, at birthday parties, birth of a child (someone close to you), weddings, or at a cafe.
If the opposite sign is Leo, you could meet your spouse when you're feeling fun, lighthearted, on a close getaway, at a zoo, during outdoor activities, on a family or friends' trip or vacation, in movie theaters, at concerts, while partying and enjoying yourself, or by following them on social media.
If the opposite sign is Virgo, you could meet your spouse while you're busy with daily tasks, at a vet clinic, during a promotion, at the gym, while jogging, working, or caught up in routines that feel mundane. It may take time to realize they’re your person, as you're caught up with other things in your life.

Re: Travel plans/ decoys
Oh what a tangled web we weave
Note: this is only to demonstrate how easy it is to skew timelines. It's not definite and just one of many options.
So what if L, N and BN flew to Cork for the Fastnet festival (or met up in Cork if L flew separately) and then left directly from Ireland to Australia? Let's explore.
1) The Lime bike pap pics
• On May 27 - kept everyone busy and "looking over here" although it could've served a dual purpose. It could have served as a travel decoy PLUS if Lukola was spotted together the pics were on reserve and/ or it was a post Bafta obligation - all those options could work.

2) Was/ is L at WM reshoots?
• There was a pic of some cast members at the Garden Studios in London on June 2nd. (See below)
• Other cast members are elsewhere. Cynthia K, who was at the Baftas party w/ L, is now in Cairo. Alex M posted that he started filming his TV show in Cork on May 28th and LH posted a pic from Stonehenge on May 25 (she typically doesn't post in real time).
• The reshoots timeline is fuzzy. It's been talked about for weeks, so likely began sometime in May; different actors could be called on different days or not at all.

3) Ireland to AUS has its perks
• No one would expect Lukola to be leaving from Ireland to AUS, rather they'd expect N to be returning to London from the Fastnet festival and ofc, L has been his usual MIA so nothing is expected from him, lol.
• They may have wanted to use N's Aerlingus miles or alternatively, fly in a private suite on Emirates.

• Going from Ireland would cut out a return flight from Ireland and going through Heathrow and then back again to Heathrow leaving for Australia. So going from a Cork or Dublin is lower risk (less airport time).
4) N could kill two decoy birds w/ one stone
• N could have taken all of her luggage for 2 trips on her way to Ireland and staged pap pics for later use
• In the pics she took at Heathrow & Cork airports, she had minimal makeup and the same cap. The photo posted by Cork Airport's IG account seemed staged; it would be easy to do an outfit change for the purpose of decoy pics.

• Of course the Heathrow pics could be used when she wanted to imply she's in AUS (crocs & hat matching the Adelaide street pic), but she's probably long gone now, from Adelaide at least.
(And the camera photo at the Portobello market on that Sat. could have been taken any time.)
It's a distinct possibility this or something of the sort was the plan. Maybe they even picked up a family member in Ireland to take w/ them as N does like to travel w/ family. Now let's hope they have a plan for a reveal and a transition toward a Lukola launch... 🙌

11: August 9 Cast & Crew
The show wouldn’t exist without them! What are your favorite things about the actors, writers, directors, showrunners, and general crew? Any technical work you want to shout out? This week ends on Saturday, September 13: Pilot Day. We hope you look forward to celebrating it with us!

Mushy May Day 19: Cuteness Aggression - Rain/Dew
Prompt list by @forlorn-crows can be found here All my Mushy May will be slightly shorter stories and can also be found on ao3 :) Words - 777
For some reason, Dew always loved watching his pack doing the mundane and domestic things around the den. Mountain wiping down the kitchen, Aether hoovering the carpet, Cumulus dusting the shelves, or as he was currently witnessing, Rain doing the dishes.
Seeing the skinny Water Ghoul at the sink, softly swaying and singing to the music playing from his phone as he scrubbed coffee mugs and plates and cereal bowls really made Dewdrop’s heart flutter.
The Fire Ghoul had long given up on watching whatever show Cirrus had left on before leaving for work in favour of watching his Rainbow wash up. The water in the sink was a slightly revolting shade of brown but the Water Ghoul’s grey-blue arms and the inky-black of his hair with the sea-glass horns curling up was enough to make Dew sigh wistfully and kick his feet a little.
“Like what you see or something?” Rain chuckled, feeling the burning stare on the back of his head.
“Well, I can certainly see your best attribute from here.” Dew said as his eyes trailed down to Rain’s butt.
The bassist laughed and wiggled his hips for Dew’s benefit.
The Fire Ghoul purred and kept watching as Rain conquered the stacks of dishes that had piled up in everyone’s tiredness since coming home from the first leg of their tour. And there was a lot so Dew had plenty of time to watch.
However, in typical Dew fashion, he soon got bored and decided to slink on up behind Rain, standing on his tiptoes and wrapping his arms around his waist as he hooked his chin over the taller Ghoul’s shoulder.
“Mmmm, cosy…” Rain purred as Dew’s natural warmth plastered itself along his back, closing his eyes and tipping his head back a little.
“You smell good.” Dew responded, nuzzling Rain’s neck and feeling his nose twitch as the frill of the Water Ghoul’s gills tickled his nose.
“Do I…? Went for a soak yesterday.” Rain responded as he got back to work on his chore.
“And you didn’t invite me? Bitch.” Dew said, squeezing his arms around Rain’s stomach to force an “oof!” from his mouth.
“You were too busy when I went.” Rain defended, slapping Dew’s leg with his tail in revenge.
“Doing what?!” Dew exclaimed.
“Aether.”
“…”
“…”
“That does sound accurate.” Dew acquiesced.
Rain laughed and shook his head, making a few bubbles rise from the suds in the sink and pop against Dew’s horns.
The Fire Ghoul stuck his tongue out before resuming his nuzzling of Rain’s neck.
Rain continued his gentle dancing and singing as he somehow made the inelegant job of cleaning grimy dishes look almost fanciful. Dew was forced to sway along with it and he felt the vibrations of Rain’s voice from where his face was pressed into his neck.
The two have quite the special bond. While to start with, when Rain was summoned, Dew could hardly stand to be in the same room for a whole minute, only seeing everything that was taken away from him in his forced transition to Fire. But it was actually Rain helping Dew see that he was still allowed to be like a Water Ghoul that allowed him to heal. And the two had practically been best friends ever since.
And sometimes that allowed Dew to do his best koala impression against Rain’s back while he did responsible adult things for the both of them.
Dew’s purrs only grew stronger as he kept watching those webbed fingers at work and he nuzzled more against Rain’s scent gland. Though soon enough, just being against Rain wasn’t quite enough for Dew. So, he picked a spot, opened his maw, and bit down.
“Shit!” Rain yelped as he tried to squirm away but Dew’s teeth were planted firmly (and harmlessly) in the meat of his shoulder.
Dew kept himself there and felt himself become a little more contended but it wasn’t quite enough. He went all along Rain’s shoulders and neck, smacking his lips like he was tasting some fine caviar. Which Rain was to him anyway.
“The fuck are you doing, you little gremlin?” Rain laughed.
Dew purred as he nipped his way back along the path he just took.
“You’re so cute like this.”
“You’re a fucking weirdo.” Rain shook his head.
“Mmm, your weirdo.” Dew grinned.
“Nope, you’re going straight back to Aether when he gets home.”
Dew bit down again, not dissimilar to how a dog holds onto their favourite toy when it’s threatened to be taken away.
Rain knew he was fucked by the gesture that was a silent You’re never getting rid of me. Ever.

The early morning mist clung to the sprawling grounds of the Bridgerton set, lending an ethereal quality to the meticulously recreated Regency-era world. Y/N pulled her jacket tighter around her as she made her way through the bustling crew, her press badge swinging from her neck. The air was charged with a mix of excitement and tension – today marked the beginning of her in-depth coverage of Kim Seokjin's journey into the world of period dramas.
As she approached the main shooting area, Y/N caught sight of Jin. Even from a distance, he cut an impressive figure in his Regency attire – a perfectly tailored coat in deep burgundy, crisp white shirt, and an intricately tied cravat. He was deep in conversation with the director, his brow furrowed in concentration as he listened intently. Y/N took a moment to observe him unnoticed, struck by the intensity radiating from him – a far cry from the polished, easygoing charm he usually projected in public appearances.
Suddenly, as if sensing her gaze, Jin looked up. Their eyes met across the busy set, and for a moment, neither moved. A flicker of something – recognition? wariness? – passed over Jin's face before he excused himself from his conversation and made his way over to her, his period-appropriate boots crunching on the gravel path.
"Ms. Y/N," he said, his tone cordial but cool. "Welcome to the 19th century."
"Mr. Kim," she replied, matching his tone. "Thank you for having me."
An awkward silence stretched between them, filled with unspoken tensions and the memory of their last encounter. Y/N couldn't help but recall the scathing article she'd written about his casting, and judging by the guarded look in Jin's eyes, neither had he.
"Well," Jin said finally, breaking the silence. "Shall we begin? I believe you have some questions for me."
Y/N nodded, pulling out her recorder. "Let's start with the basics. How are you finding the transition to period drama? It's quite a departure from your usual roles."
Jin's posture stiffened almost imperceptibly. "It's challenging," he admitted, his voice carefully measured. "But in the best way. Every role should push an actor out of their comfort zone, and Lord Christopher Hawthorne is certainly doing that for me."
"And the pressure?" Y/N pressed, watching his reaction closely. "This is a beloved franchise with a dedicated fanbase. Are you feeling the weight of their expectations?"
A flicker of something – annoyance? vulnerability? – crossed Jin's face before his practiced smile reasserted itself. "Of course there's pressure," he said. "But pressure is part of the job. I'm focused on bringing authenticity to the role and honoring the spirit of the show."
As they continued talking, Y/N couldn't shake the feeling that she was getting rehearsed answers. Jin was polite, even charming at times, but there was a wall between them, a careful distance maintained in every response. It was as if he was reading from a script, giving her exactly what she expected – and nothing more.
Their interview was interrupted by a call for Jin to return to set. As he walked away, Y/N couldn't help but feel frustrated. She was no closer to uncovering the real story than when she'd arrived. Watching Jin slip effortlessly into character, she wondered if she'd ever get to see behind the mask he wore so expertly.
Over the next few days, Y/N immersed herself in the world of Bridgerton. She observed rehearsals, interviewed crew members, and tried to get a sense of the dynamics at play behind the scenes. The attention to detail was staggering – from the manicured gardens to the period-accurate carriages lining the driveway of the stately manor that served as the primary filming location.
But despite her best efforts, Jin remained elusive. He was unfailingly polite during their scheduled interviews, but Y/N could sense the wall he'd built around himself. She caught glimpses of something more – in his interactions with the crew, in his dedication to perfecting even the smallest details of his performance – but whenever she tried to dig deeper, he skillfully deflected her questions.
It was during a break in filming that Y/N stumbled upon something unexpected. She was exploring the massive wardrobe department, marveling at the intricately detailed costumes, when she heard a familiar voice coming from around a corner.
"No, I can't talk about it now," Jin was saying, his voice low and tense. "We agreed to keep this quiet until... Yes, I know it's difficult, but we have to be patient. Trust me, please."
Y/N froze, her journalistic instincts on high alert. Who was Jin talking to? What were they keeping quiet?
Before she could hear more, the conversation ended abruptly. Y/N quickly pretended to be examining a nearby gown as Jin rounded the corner.
He stopped short when he saw her, surprise and something that looked like guilt flashing across his face. "Ms. Y/N," he said, his voice carefully neutral. "Exploring the costumes?"
Y/N nodded, trying to keep her expression innocently curious. "They're incredible," she said. "The attention to detail is amazing."
Jin seemed to relax slightly, though Y/N noticed a lingering tension in his shoulders. "It is, isn't it?" he said, seemingly eager to change the subject. "The costume department has done an outstanding job. Have you seen the embroidery on some of the waistcoats? It's all done by hand."
And just like that, he was leading her on a tour of the wardrobe department, pointing out interesting details and sharing anecdotes about the costumes. Y/N listened attentively, but part of her mind was still puzzling over the conversation she'd overheard. What secret was Jin keeping, and how did it relate to the show?
As the days went by, Y/N found herself settling into a rhythm on set. She was still an outsider, but a familiar one. Crew members began to relax around her, sharing gossip and behind-the-scenes stories. Even some of the actors warmed up to her presence, though Jin remained politely distant.
It was during a particularly long day of filming that Y/N first glimpsed a different side of Jin. They were shooting a complex dance sequence, and take after take was marred by small mistakes – a misstep here, a fumbled line there. As the hours dragged on, tensions began to rise. Y/N could see the frustration building in the set, the dancers growing tired, the director's instructions becoming more clipped.
Y/N watched as Jin took a moment between takes to close his eyes and take a deep breath. When he opened them again, there was a renewed determination in his gaze. To her surprise, he gathered the other actors around him, speaking to them in low, encouraging tones. Y/N couldn't hear what he was saying, but she saw the effect it had. The exhaustion seemed to lift from the dancers' faces, replaced by fresh energy and focus.
The next take was perfect, and the relief on set was palpable. As the director called a wrap for the day, Y/N approached Jin, her curiosity piqued by this display of leadership.
"That was impressive," she said. "The way you rallied everyone."
Jin looked at her in surprise, as if he'd forgotten she was there. "Oh," he said, a hint of genuine modesty in his voice. "It's nothing. We're all in this together, you know? Sometimes we just need a reminder of that."
For a moment, the careful distance between them seemed to shrink. Y/N saw a flash of the real Jin – not the polished movie star, not the guarded interviewee, but the dedicated professional who cared about his craft and his colleagues.
The moment was broken by the arrival of Kyrie, who threw an arm around Jin's shoulders. "Great work today, partner," she said with a grin. "Ready to run lines for tomorrow?"
Jin nodded, his public persona slipping back into place. "Always," he said. Then, to Y/N, "If you'll excuse us, Ms. Y/N."
As they walked away, Y/N couldn't help but notice the easy camaraderie between them. But she also didn't miss the quick, almost furtive glance Kyrie threw over her shoulder, her eyes scanning the set as if looking for someone. It was a small thing, but it nagged at Y/N's instincts. What was Kyrie looking for? Or who?
The next few weeks brought a whirlwind of activity. Y/N found herself completely immersed in the world of Bridgerton, from early morning costume fittings to late-night editing sessions. She interviewed everyone from the lead actors to the set designers, piecing together a comprehensive picture of what it took to bring this Regency world to life.
But the heart of her story remained elusive. Jin was unfailingly polite in their interactions, but Y/N could sense the wall he'd built around himself. She caught glimpses of the man behind the facade – in his interactions with the crew, in his dedication to perfecting even the smallest details of his performance – but whenever she tried to dig deeper, he skillfully deflected her questions.
It was during a rare quiet moment on set that things began to shift. Y/N was sitting off to the side, reviewing her notes, when Jin approached her. He was still in full costume, his cravat slightly askew from the scene he'd just finished filming.
"Ms. Y/N," he said, an odd hesitancy in his voice. "I was wondering if you might join me for tea?"
Y/N blinked in surprise. This was the first time Jin had sought her out for anything other than a scheduled interview. "Of course," she said, trying to keep the curiosity out of her voice. "Lead the way."
He led her to a small tent set up near the catering area, where a pot of tea and an assortment of pastries were laid out. As they settled into their seats, an awkward silence fell between them.
"I've been thinking," Jin said finally, his fingers toying with the handle of his teacup. "Perhaps we got off on the wrong foot."
Y/N raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"
Jin sighed, a hint of frustration creeping into his voice. "Look, I know you have a job to do. And I respect that. But this role... it means a lot to me. More than I think you realize."
"Then help me realize it," Y/N said, leaning forward. "That's why I'm here, Jin. To understand your journey, to tell your story."
For a moment, Jin's carefully constructed facade seemed to waver. "It's not just about diversity or breaking into Western media," he said softly. "This role... it's a challenge unlike anything I've faced before. It's terrifying and exhilarating all at once. I want to do it justice, not just for myself, but for everyone who sees themselves represented in this story."
Y/N felt a shift in the air between them, as if a wall had begun to crumble. "Why haven't you said any of this in our interviews?" she asked.
Jin's laugh was tinged with self-deprecation. "Because it's vulnerable. Because admitting to fear or doubt doesn't fit with the image of a confident leading man. Because..." he trailed off, his gaze distant.
"Because?" Y/N prompted gently.
"Because I was afraid you'd use it against me," he admitted finally, meeting her eyes. "Your article... it hit close to home. Closer than I was comfortable with."
Y/N felt a pang of guilt, mixed with a surge of respect for Jin's honesty. "I'm not here to tear you down, Jin," she said softly. "I'm here to tell the truth. All of it – the struggles and the triumphs."
Something shifted in Jin's expression, a softening around the eyes. "I'm beginning to see that," he said.
As they continued to talk, the formal boundaries between them began to blur. They discovered a shared love of classic literature, debating the merits of Austen versus the Brontës. Jin revealed his secret passion for cooking, while Y/N shared stories of her early days as a fledgling journalist.
By the time they were called back to set, Y/N felt as if she was seeing Jin clearly for the first time. The polished movie star was still there, but now she could see the layers beneath – the dedicated actor, the thoughtful colleague, the man grappling with the weight of expectations.
As the weeks went on, a new dynamic began to develop between them. Their interviews took on a more conversational tone, with Jin opening up about his process, his fears, and his hopes for the role. Y/N found herself looking forward to their talks, enjoying the quick wit and sharp intelligence that Jin had kept hidden behind his public persona.
But even as she grew closer to Jin, Y/N couldn't shake the feeling that there was still more to the story. She noticed the whispered conversations that stopped abruptly when she approached, the meaningful glances exchanged between cast members. And always, at the edge of her awareness, was Kyrie – brilliant on camera, charming off it, but with an air of secrecy that nagged at Y/N's journalistic instincts.
It was during a night shoot, the set illuminated by the soft glow of carefully placed "candles," that things came to a head. Y/N was observing from the sidelines as Jin and Kyrie filmed a pivotal scene – a clandestine meeting between their characters, fraught with unresolved tension.
As the director called "Cut!" and praised their performance, Y/N saw something that made her breath catch. In the split second before they broke character, she saw a look pass between Jin and Kyrie – a look of such raw emotion, such genuine connection, that it couldn't possibly be just acting.
Before she could process what she'd seen, a commotion broke out near the refreshment table. A crew member had knocked over a tray of drinks, sending glass shattering across the floor. In the chaos that ensued, Y/N found herself pushed to the side, stumbling backwards.
Strong arms caught her before she could fall. She looked up to find herself pressed against Jin's chest, his hands steady on her waist. For a moment, the world seemed to narrow to just the two of them – the warmth of his body, the surprising softness in his eyes, the faint scent of his cologne mingling with the musty smell of his period costume.
"Are you alright?" Jin asked, his voice low and concerned.
Y/N nodded, suddenly very aware of their proximity. "Yes, I'm... thank you."
Neither of them moved. Y/N could feel the rapid beat of Jin's heart, or was it her own? The air between them seemed charged with an electric tension, a moment balanced on the edge of possibility.
And then, from somewhere nearby, came the distinct sound of a camera shutter.
They sprang apart as if burned, but the damage was done. Y/N caught a glimpse of a crew member hastily shoving a phone into their pocket, and her heart sank. She knew how this would look, what stories this image could spark.
Jin's face had gone pale, his eyes wide with something that looked like panic. "I have to go," he said abruptly, and then he was gone, striding quickly off the set.
Y/N was left standing alone, her mind reeling. What had just happened? And why did Jin look so frightened?
As she made her way back to her temporary office on set, Y/N's thoughts were in turmoil. The almost-moment with Jin, the look she'd seen pass between him and Kyrie, the secrets that seemed to lurk just beneath the surface of this production – it all swirled together in a confusing mess.
She was so lost in thought that she almost missed the hushed conversation coming from around the corner. But the mention of Jin's name made her pause.
"...can't keep this up forever," a voice that sounded like Kyrie's was saying. "Jin's already struggling with the pressure. If this gets out..."
"It won't," another voice replied – was that Jungkook? What was he doing on set? "We just need to hold on a little longer. Once the show premieres and my album drops, we can..."
The voices faded as the speakers moved away, leaving Y/N with more questions than answers. What were they hiding? And how did it connect to the vulnerability she'd seen in Jin, the fear in his eyes when he realized they'd been photographed?
As she sat down at her desk, Y/N's gaze fell on the stack of notes she'd accumulated over the past weeks. Somewhere in there, she knew, was the key to unraveling this mystery. She had come to Bridgerton looking for Jin's story, but she was beginning to realize that what she'd stumbled upon was something much bigger, much more complex.
And as she began to sift through her notes, a new determination settled over her. She would get to the bottom of this, no matter where it led. Because that's what good journalists did – they followed the story Y/N's fingers flew over her keyboard as she transcribed her notes, her mind racing to connect the dots. The conversation she'd overheard between Kyrie and the voice she suspected was Jungkook's played on repeat in her head. What did Jungkook's album have to do with Bridgerton? And what was the secret that had Jin so on edge?
As she worked late into the night, a small voice in the back of her mind whispered a troubling question: In pursuing this story, was she risking the fragile connection she'd begun to form with Jin? And if it came down to a choice between the truth and... whatever it was that was growing between them, which would she choose?
The answer, Y/N realized with a sinking feeling, was far from clear. But one thing was certain – the real story of Bridgerton was only just beginning to unfold.
Dawn was breaking by the time Y/N finally called it a night, her eyes burning from staring at her computer screen for hours. As she made her way back to her temporary lodgings near the set, she couldn't shake the feeling that she was missing something crucial.
She had barely closed her eyes when her phone buzzed with a message. It was from Yannie, her editor:
"Big news breaking. Call me ASAP."
Groaning, Y/N dragged herself out of bed and dialed Yannie's number.
"Have you seen it?" Yannie demanded without preamble.
"Seen what?" Y/N asked, stifling a yawn.
"Check your email. Now."
Y/N pulled up her inbox on her phone and felt her heart drop. There, plastered across several entertainment news sites, was a photo of her and Jin from the previous night – the moment when he had caught her, their bodies pressed close, their faces inches apart. The headlines ranged from speculative to outright sensational:
"LOVE ON SET: KIM SEOKJIN'S SECRET ROMANCE?" "BRIDGERTON SCANDAL: STAR CAUGHT IN COMPROMISING POSITION" "FROM FEUD TO FLING: JIN AND JOURNALIST'S SHOCKING AFFAIR"
"Oh, god," Y/N breathed.
"Yeah," Yannie said, her voice a mix of excitement and concern. "This is big, Y/N. Really big. I need you to get ahead of this. Give me the real story. What's going on between you and Jin?"
Y/N's mind raced. How could she explain something she didn't understand herself? "It's not what it looks like," she said weakly. "I stumbled, he caught me. That's all."
"Uh-huh," Yannie said, clearly unconvinced. "Look, I don't care if you're sleeping with him or not. But I need to know if this is going to compromise your ability to write this story objectively."
"Of course not," Y/N said, perhaps too quickly. "I'm a professional, Yannie. You know that."
There was a long pause on the other end of the line. "Okay," Yannie said finally. "I trust you. But be careful, Y/N. This story just got a lot more complicated."
As Y/N hung up, she felt a wave of dread wash over her. How was she going to face Jin after this? And more importantly, how was this going to affect her investigation?
She barely had time to collect her thoughts before her phone buzzed again. This time, it was a message from an unknown number:
"We need to talk. Meet me at the old boathouse by the lake. Come alone. - J"
Y/N's heart raced. Was this Jin? Or Jungkook? Either way, she knew she had to go. This might be her chance to finally get some answers.
The old boathouse was on the far edge of the estate where they were filming, a dilapidated structure that had been deemed too run-down to use as a set piece. As Y/N approached, she could see a figure standing in the shadows of the doorway.
"Hello?" she called out tentatively.
The figure stepped into the light, and Y/N's eyes widened in surprise. It wasn't Jin or Jungkook.
It was Kyrie.
"Thanks for coming," Kyrie said, her usual sunny demeanor replaced by a look of grim determination. "We don't have much time, so I'll get straight to the point. You need to drop this investigation."
Y/N blinked, taken aback by Kyrie's directness. "I don't know what you're talking about," she said cautiously.
Kyrie let out a humorless laugh. "Come on, Y/N. We both know you're not just here to write a puff piece about Jin's journey into period dramas. You're digging, and you're getting close to something you really shouldn't be involved in."
"And what's that?" Y/N asked, her journalistic instincts kicking into high gear.
Kyrie shook her head. "I can't tell you. But I can warn you. For your own sake, and for Jin's, let this go. There are things at play here that are bigger than you realize."
"Is Jin in some kind of trouble?" Y/N asked, concern creeping into her voice.
For a moment, Kyrie's tough exterior cracked, and Y/N saw a flash of genuine worry in her eyes. "We all are," she said softly. Then, composing herself, she added, "Just... be careful, okay? And whatever you do, don't trust-"
She was cut off by the sound of approaching footsteps. Both women turned to see Jin striding towards them, his face a mask of barely contained anger.
"What's going on here?" he demanded, looking between Kyrie and Y/N.
Kyrie recovered first, plastering on a bright smile. "Oh, Jin! Y/N and I were just discussing some ideas for a scene. Right, Y/N?"
Y/N nodded mutely, her mind reeling from the sudden shift in Kyrie's demeanor.
Jin's eyes narrowed, clearly not buying it. "Kyrie, can I have a moment alone with Ms. Y/N?"
Kyrie hesitated for a fraction of a second before nodding. "Of course. I'll see you both on set." As she passed Y/N, she gave her a look that clearly said, "Remember what I said."
Once Kyrie was out of earshot, Jin turned to Y/N, his expression unreadable. "I suppose you've seen the photos," he said, his voice carefully neutral.
Y/N nodded, feeling a blush creep up her neck. "Jin, I'm so sorry. I never meant for-"
He held up a hand to stop her. "It's not your fault. These things happen in our industry. But..." he trailed off, running a hand through his hair in frustration. "This complicates things."
"Complicates what?" Y/N asked, seizing the opportunity to push for answers. "Jin, what's really going on here? I know there's more to this story than you're telling me."
For a moment, Jin looked like he might actually open up. But then the walls came back up, his expression shuttering. "There's nothing going on," he said firmly. "And I think it's best if we keep our interactions strictly professional from now on. For both our sakes."
Y/N felt a pang of hurt at his words, but she pushed it aside. "Jin, please. If you're in some kind of trouble, I want to help."
Something flickered in Jin's eyes – gratitude? regret? – before it was quickly masked. "The only trouble here is the media frenzy these photos are going to cause. Let's just focus on getting through that, alright?"
Before Y/N could press further, Jin's phone buzzed. He glanced at it and frowned. "I have to go. We'll talk more later."
As he walked away, Y/N couldn't shake the feeling that she had just missed something crucial. The pieces were there – Kyrie's warning, Jin's evasiveness, the overheard conversation about Jungkook's album – but she couldn't quite see how they fit together.
One thing was clear, though. Despite Jin's words about keeping things professional, the tension between them had shifted. There was an undercurrent of... something. Something that made Y/N's heart race and her palms sweat.
As she made her way back to the main set, her mind was a whirlwind of questions and conflicting emotions. She had come to Bridgerton to uncover Jin's story, but now she found herself entangled in a web of secrets, lies, and unspoken feelings.
The real challenge, Y/N realized, wasn't just uncovering the truth. It was figuring out what to do with it once she found it. And as she watched Jin across the set, deep in conversation with the director, she wondered if she was prepared for the consequences of what she might discover.

Fuck it, whatever. It's our day. Try and stop me.
ROBINS RANKED BY HOW LIKELY THEY ARE TO TRANSITION
1. JASON TODD
Definitely the one most in need of a good transing, both in and out of universe. Jason Todd's teenage years were spent trying his best to emulating an entirely different teenage boy that he barely knew. It's a funny case where obviously DC wanted a new Robin to replace the old one because Batman and Robin together is one of the great American concepts like the Golden Arches and Yabba Dabba Doo, but if you take it as its own thing, the idea of having your newly adopted son adopt the same clothes and persona as your older adopted son is pretty wild. One might even say debilitating!
But here's the thing: even after exploding, Jason never stops being other guys. His first instinct is to take the Joker's old schtick, his second is to take Nightwing's schtick, his third is to take a dead alternate version of himself's schtick, his fourth is to take up Batman's schtick, fifth instinct is looping back to Joker's schtick, sixth instinct is taking Wingman's schtick, before looping back again to Joker's schtick for his seventh instinct. From the start, he's only ever copied guys, never tried to create anything of his own. He's an aimless character, both fictionally and really, unable to expand beyond his past to make something his own, because he hasn't really made anything his own. Even now, his entire thing is essentially Less Fun Nightwing.
But none of the other Robins have taken estrogen. She could be a pioneer. More than that, she can expand outside of the masculine molds she constantly forces herself into. It felt like an intentional character trait pre-52 before they solidified Red Hood into a marketable action figure. Before that, Jason was constantly searching for purpose the way all of his writers do now. More than anyone, she needs a new purpose, a new shape to fit into the puzzle of the Bat Family and its tangled web of drama.
In my humble opinion, the way to save Jason as a character in the ongoing comics is making them an antagonist, or woman, or a corpse, or some combination of the three. It's the only way.
2. DAMIAN WAYNE

Anyone that believes Damian's destiny is to become Batman is either a loser and a Thomas. He was made to be a terrible Batman and is doomed to be unless something within him changes. Which luckily, has been the case in recent comics!
On paper, it seems obvious that Damian is torn between the legacy of his father and his mother, but it's really more of the legacy between his father and grandfather. Talia is merely a repetition of a cycle she has unfortunately passed down onto her son. Damian's meant to be the perfect fusion of the Batman and the Demon's Head, heir to both his families. Unless, of course, he chooses a third option.
Estrogen is always an option. And I think it'd be a really sweet culmination of rejecting any predetermined destiny. Much like Jason, Damian exclusively latches onto other mantles, albeit as a birthright. He was made to be Robin, so he could evolve into Batman. At least, this is the thought process what drove him into the hero business. The big thing is that he's had the chance to be Batman, to take that final evolutionary step, but he's always reluctant. He likes his little pupal state and fears blossoming into something bigger. Because being Batman is fucking miserable and he knows this and he's started to consider unmiserable ways to live his life.
Estrogen babyyyyyyy. Mess up those plans. Take that life into your own hands. Make a name for yourself. I'm not just talking a new mantle, give yourself a name that's yours and don't make it some meaningful reference to someone else in your family, fuckin make it beautiful and special. Damian would probably be the most fun option that would anger the most people, so hey, I say go for it.
3. TIM DRAKE
Tim is is mostly just a dude. But like the other two, he's a dude that also emulates other dudes. He didn't think Batman wanted a sidekick, he needed Robin specifically, but unlike Jason, there was far less pressure. He knew he could quit whenever he was ready, he was just never ready until he was forced to quit. He made Robin more of his own thing instead of being a mini-Dick, while he intentionally adopted Red Robin because it was essential a blank slate he could make his own. Just prime superhero mantle real estate, really.
There's also the way Tim is very selective about the masculinity he represents. He definitely sees Robin explicitly as an avatar of masculinity, but he fully rejects the idea of ever being Batman. He rejects the idea of being anything like either of his two dads. Robin is definitely an aspect of himself, but he viewed it as something to grow out of. Unlike any of the others, he has a fairly active social life both in and out of costume with a variety of males and females. (I don't believe he hangs out with a ton of enbies, which may be holding them back.) He has a pretty clear idea on who he is and tries his best not to lose that, at least until life comes crashing down hard and it's difficult to hang onto being anyone.
Unlike the others, I don't think Tim has a lot to personally gain from transitioning. Like personally and in the real world. He's already been deemed by Big Comic to be the Queer Robin, so the change would be marginal in the grand scheme of things. "Oh, I've been figuring out so much about myself, turned out gender was one of those things." "Sure, alright. Big year for ya, huh?" Not that being the Trans Robin wouldn't be an amazing thing to be. There's just probably nothing she has to gain beyond a sweet pair of knockers, which to be fair, is great and is worth it.
4. STEPHANIE BROWN

Maybe she tries out they pronouns a little bit, but I think she's good.
In fact, she might have the most gender affirming journey in comics. Starts off as Spoiler and struggles, takes up the mantle of a boy and loses it, then embraces the mantle of Batgirl and thrives. Also very much makes Batgirl her own thing! She's doing alright. Future State is about as butch as she'll ever be.
Now, this doesn't mean I don't have a lot of thoughts about Stephanie Brown and gender. That doesn't mean I don't thoroughly enjoy messing with her gender. Anyone that reads my Pulitzer Prize winning fanfiction Turn to Stone knows that. #plug #shamless
5. DICK GRAYSON

Dick is unfortunately a straight cis man and he simply has to live with this.
You wanna talk about self-actualization? Don't get me wrong, Dick's a mess, but there's not really anything he'd change. He was a boy and became a man! Not only was he a boy and not only is he a man, he's the boy and man everyone tries to emulate. He's the pedestal of masculinity just as much as Bruce. He's the guy that emerged from the pupa and became a beautiful butterfly. He was Batman for a bit and was pretty good at it, didn't even lose himself because he was kinda used to all this already.
He's a guy! If you gave him estrogen, he wouldn't change a bit.
BONUS ROUND: CASSANDRA CAIN

I have thoughts.........and ideas....but I'm not telling you........

Do you do farm stuff Scout? Or would you like to? Like owning chickens or tending an outdoor garden, that sort of thing?
From ages 7 to 19 I lived on farms, and was made to be an active participant in maintenance and usages of the facilities I don't know why the fuck I'm typing it like this, but I grew up on a farm. I was kinda in charge of everything, but slacked a lot and my brother had to cover for me. That said, I still spent a LOT of time doing chores.
At one point or another I've been responsible for most every farm chore you can really think of. All the basics like raking leaves, milking goats, collecting eggs, feeding chickens- but also the big stuff like moving tons of hay, herding flocks, caring for large animals such as llamas, alpacas, horses, and cows, as well as delivering babies, gutting and plucking fowl (only chickens and turkeys, though I've also cared for ducks and geese), dehoring, hoof cleaning, corpse transportation, crop maintenance, winter ice removal by breaking up frozen water troughs in 10 below weather (thought this was usually circumvented by anticipating the cold and setting up water heaters beforehand), constructing enclosures, slaughtering pigs, and etc etc etc etc etc all that shit. Bunnies snakes mini horses donkeys. All that shit. Farm stuff. Ya know.
Moved away when I went to college and immediately plunged into a mixed-zoning district in the Fushimi district in Kyoto. This was a really good transition from rural living to city living, because mixed zoning districts have blocks dedicated to apartment complexes and family homes right next to blocks of rice fields and ponds, which was behind the 7-Eleven I bought most of my food from.
Now I live in a SHITTY mixed zoning area in SHITTY America where we never stop hearing cars because there's a massive parking lot nearby and constant police sirens, not because the area is particularly dangerous, but because there's like 2 police stations nearby.
My ideal housing goal, which also happens to be my current goal in life, is to reach a slightly more rural version of the Kyoto living situation. The goals are very distinct:
0. I'm editing this one in after the fact to note that while I've used Kyoto as an example a few times in this post, I'm just looking for an area that feels right and would happily live in any prefecture that fits my needs.
I want to not be tied directly to a visa which would draw me away from doing whatever work I really want to do, like my student visa did later on when school started getting worse as professors were struggling to learn digital classroom mechanics. The visa I'm shooting for is dependent on a few ideas I have for businesses, but that's still kind of a long shot.
I want to be in a position of relative financial freedom so that I can spend enough time genuinely living there instead of just being tied to a computer all day, limiting me to the world I already know. This one's the big one, so I'm still workin on that. That said, recently I've been taking some pretty massive steps towards making this a more tangible circumstance. Fingers crossed.
I want to have a home that I own instead of renting, and I'd like to work with a Japanese architect to actually construct it. Again, these are big big plans, but I think a life goal is a thing worth thinking big about. And it's not like I'm trying to build a mansion, or even a family-sized house, I think I'd be content with three bedrooms, a kitchen, and common room. Of course, in keeping with the "dream big" spirit, in a world where I've got enough money to have a nicer, slightly bigger home, I can imagine as many as 5 bedrooms. It's nice to imagine in this "perfect" outcome that I've got a reason to have enough space for guests to sleep over. A local community, or an otherwise tangible, real-world web of relationships would be nice. Like, Real Adult Socializing Shit.
I want to have a significant emphasis on self-reliance on this home. As far solarpunk as I can reasonably go, without biting off more than I can chew as someone who's kinda limp-wristed. In a gay way and a feeble way. I figure this will come down to solar panels, water filtration, a well, and a garden (or at least the space to have gardening stuff like pots and soil). Some chickens would be nice too, but I don't know that I'd ever take on livestock proper.
I want to be properly submerged in trees without being more than a 5 minute bike ride from a train station. Somwhere like Yase-Hieizanguchi Station in north Kyoto is a good example of station that's on the edge of a metropolitan area and the forest. There was an apartment there I almost got, but backed out when covid hit cuz I decided moving across town would be a whack decision.
This is a BONUS goal, but I think it'd also be nice to not compromise on a single location, and instead have a home out in the inaka, while also having a small apartment rented in the city I can go between whenever I need to. In a world where I can afford a plot of land out in the country, but would still need to travel into town for business, that would be nice. Though in that scenario I'd likely need to also take on the arduous task of getting a Japanese drivers license. If I know far enough in advance that I want to take this specific route then I could bypass that last one by getting an international license before moving to Japan, but after moving to Japan you're barred from getting an international license.
I couldn't tell you in honesty that I'm a Salt of the Earth, Red Blooded American Farmer in my heart, and in fact I could not WAIT to move away from the farm. I hated that I didn't have a say in living on a farm, and was made to take care of animals. But what I DID enjoy about that life was the stillness. The opportunities of perfect silence. The stars unobstructed by light pollution. The ability to explore. Those things I was incredibly grateful for. And as such, in my perfect world, I would like to live on something like a farm again one day, just on my own terms.

This is a steamy reader insert, Miguel x You! Enjoy and pls leave me lots of love and comments as it keeps me motivated <333
TW: indications of sexual ab*se, coercion.
chap nine 1/2
You’ve made many interesting decisions in your life. Some of them causing you to lose the only all you’ve ever had. This, however. This is new. This is different for you. Dancing with a man who made you hyperventilate only a week prior. A man who you can’t be in a room with for more than five seconds before becoming infuriated.
God, your head is spinning.
Your heels feel too tight now, your dress too stuffy and scratchy. You need to change everything, including your rose print panties. You’re not thinking of anything else other than the doors as you push through the crowd.
Only this time? You actually make it out, away from him.
The December chill greets you viciously, like an old friend scorned. Oh, you forgot your sweater inside. It wasn’t on your mind. Your dress is not enough to keep you warm, so you create one with the hug of your arms against your ice bathed body.
The chill turns your nose pink, alongside the apples of your cheeks. Gusts of December’s breath are like harsh slashes against your supple skin.
It’s so terribly cold that you can see each and every exhale that leaves you, your breaths tangling in the air for your gaze to follow. The cold hurts your eyes, as do the faint streetlights that look like blurred watercolor from where you stand. You hide them.
It’s only until your eyes shift from being squeezed tightly shut to opening that you realize how truly drunk you are right now.
Oh…
You need to get home, the stars in the sky are spinning and your head is pounding. You’re so nauseous, so tired. Jagged rocks meet your palm as you steady yourself upon the wall. You can’t decipher where you are. The street signs seem so far away, but the stop sign is close and it’s doing pirouettes before your very eyes.
Did you take the wrong exit?
Oh you must have, no wonder there’s no crowd. Regardless, it doesn’t matter right now. A taxi will have to stop by eventually.
The chill makes you shiver, nails digging into your arms as your teeth chatter. You don’t think you can stay upright for much longer without emptying dry cereal and free alcohol onto the concrete. Your back falls against the jagged rocks.
You’re bound to be beyond hungover when sunrise greets you, you’ll dwell over what you ran from no doubt. The thought is already plaguing you. You tilt your head back, watching your breaths float all the way up to the sky.
You feel it far too much now. What you were chasing away with the dancing. God, why did you drink this much?
You attempt a weak whistle, hoping a taxi man will take the wrong exit too. None do. Cars pass you by, probably amused by how pathetic you must look trying to keep yourself upright against the rocky wall.
You need to sit down, you’re about to faint.
“Hey hey, you alright?”
Your eyes snap open, body doing its best to straighten up as a stranger with two heads and bodies comes to your sights. Sight.
You don’t know.
“Oh yeah yeah, m’ fine.. just waiting for a cab.”
The man smells of boxed beer, and he looks scruffy even in double vision. Both pairs of his eyes are glistening for a reason you’re unaware of, and his voice seems so far away. Even so, your body knows he’s close. His hands— donned in itchy gloves, they fall upon your elbows.
“Come on sweetie, I’ll take you back home.
Before you get the chance to inhale a breath so you may protest, the man slides an arm round your lower back, pulling you off the rocks. Oh, he really does smell like beer. Your eyes are glazed over with tequila’s hold on your stability, but they still wander upon his features to find that he’s missing a tooth.
The handsy one, from earlier. The one Cindy scared away.
“Wait I know— know you.” You attempt, a hiccup breaking apart your sentence into two. You find yourself stumbling as he tugs you a bit further now and with a bit more force. He’s quiet, focused. Rushing.
You don’t like this.
He’s so sweaty, so close. His skin upon your own, it’s nauseating. Perhaps he’s getting the wrong message. You’ll just be kind.
“Oh no no it’s okay mister— I have a cab it’s coming.”
He’s not listening.
Your breaths get a bit quicker now, more panicked as realization begins to settle in. He’s taking you. Even though you know this, you can’t find the energy to form more words. To tell him to stop— to do anything.
Your body stumbles alongside his and you try to plant your heels into the concrete divots but he’s far too quick and far too big.
He’s stronger than you.
His car is worn and adorned with tinted windows.
“What are you doi-” Your speech is slurred, he interrupts you.
“Shut up.” It’s all he says as he opens the paint-chipped door. Your heart is pounding fast, banging against its bone cages. If it could, it would leap right from your throat.
And god— you are so sleepy, but fear won’t let your eyes rest. It’s all so quick and sudden. You hear the same metal doors you escaped from close, you jump. He doesn’t spare them a glance; he’s trying to push you into the back seat with even more urgency now.
“Wait— n-no.” You whisper as your trembling, numb fingertips which must be frost bitten by now, shoot up to grasp the snow fallen metal; attempting to keep your body out from the car. Though he is relentless. He pushes harder, you fall in.
Your head presses against the cool leather, body laid out long ways in the back seat of his dirty vehicle. It smells even worse than him. There are cigarette buds on the carpet, and empty beer cans in the seat pockets. You’re so drained, you could just close your eyes right now. But you feel his own gaze, looking over you.
You can’t give into it, not right now. You won’t.
Your mind is on autopilot, dazed by the shots you downed. Your body? It’s trained. You try to sit up but he immediately pushes you back down with a calloused and rough palm. His gloves are off now.
“But my cab mister… I gotta leave n’ I gotta-”
You hear a grunt, and in one swift motion— toothless is snatched back from where he once stood over you. The car creaks and shifts with force as he’s slammed up against it and in a spout of adrenaline, you shoot up— body steadying itself by leaning against the door.
Oh, woah… what a nightmare. Two Miguel O’Haras— and both of them have picked this overweight man up off of his feet.
Wait—
You blink lazily, watching as Mr. O’Hara— er a guy who really looks like him, drags the one-gloved man to the same jagged wall you once leaned up against. Your eyes watch through the tinted window as he slams him against it, sharp teeth bared like an animal while his veins protrude.
Must suck to be that guy.
You know what it’s like to be cased up against a wall while he’s angry with you. While his jaw is tense and his eyes are wild and overflowing the brim with fury.
Why is he so angry?
You hear his voice, far far away.
“Te gusta aprovecharte de las chicas? Eh, cabrón? Tienes suerta de que no te arranque el resto de los dientes de la boca…”
Something about his mouth. Something about his nauseating ways. If it were any other girl, this would be chivalrous. Maybe he just feels pity for you. The thought makes you wince.
The toothless man, his eyes are wide as he shakes his head back and forth. Panicked, frightened and desperate.
“Come on man, I don’t know what you’re saying! I don’t understand!” He’s pleading with a madman.
You don’t know how it’s possible, but Miguel drags him even further up the wall with just the strength of his arms alone. He does have big arms…
The jagged rocks slide into his tan skin, slicing it open until crimson pours from the fresh wounds— making him cry out.
Mr. O’Hara’s voice is low now, scarier. He speaks through clenched teeth.
“Understand this. If I see your face here again, I’m gonna bludgeon it. Get out of my club.”
His club?
You can’t unpack the idea of it, the door suddenly isn’t enough to keep you upright. You huff as you fall back against the cold leather. It smells of cigarettes and sex in here. It’s nauseating.
You can’t feel your feet, the chill has eaten away at them too. Faint footsteps kiss the worn pavement— closer and closer but you’re too unavoidably tired now to move from them. You can hear your own heart pound, hear each breath muffled in your pink-kissed ears.
You hope the toothless man doesn’t come back. Maybe he already has… maybe you’ve already fallen asleep, maybe you’re just dreaming.
No. The scent of firewood and bourbon is an entirely new and undiscovered sensation to the rest of the world— singular to you, it has recently become. Far too vivid and warm to simply exist in a state of your slumber.
“Dios mío…” he whispers for only the night to hear, for the wind to take with it.
Warmth, familiar and baffling wraps around your ankle. He tugs your body to him with ease, but your dress lifts. You’re not wearing anything but your soft, rosy panties beneath it.
Your eyes fall shut, lashes fanning upon your skin— hearing an echoed noise from the back of his throat. He smells more of bourbon than firewood today. He’s been drinking too.
He doesn’t tug again.
“Vente, cariño.” His voice, it sends a shiver up the base of your spine. So filled with heat, honey and silk even in this horrid weather.
Maybe your mind wants to stay right where it is, not by choice but rather impairment. Yet one command from him and your body complies, unsteadily forcing you to sit upright. You practically slump right over when you do.
He robs his shoulders of his navy coat— but it’s not like he will suffer much without it. He must have an internal heater built within his chest. He wraps the soft material around you tight. It’s far too big, it engulfs you.
When you’re close enough to him, he reaches his arms around you. God— so warm. Mm, and he smells intoxicating. Intoxicating enough to forget the events of the week prior, and even the events of tonight. Yes, he’s a stranger. Kind and chivalrous. Sweeping you away to keep you warm.
Beyond the firewood and bourbon, he smells of spices. Strong and sultry in his hair. You’re up in his arms in a swift movement, so high up from the ground where he always towers over the rest of the world. You understand now why he feels so powerful all the time.
He holds you in a fireman’s cradle, your face buried in his neck. It’s heated there too, and you don’t have the strength or energy to part from it.
His leather shoe kicks the car door shut with force— annoyance. No— anger.
“Man I’m sorry again I-”
“Cállate.” He practically hisses. The stranger complies, quick footsteps hurrying off.
You’re so exhausted, and he’s so cozy. Just a quick nap, maybe. You’ll have plenty of time to feel embarrassment tomorrow. Not now. No— you’re just so drained right now. Not just from the shots, but the feelings. The dance, the gaze, the intensity. You’ve had enough for one night.
Your soft breaths kiss the place where his pulse rises and falls, body moving in a soft sway with each commanding step he takes. A singular metal door creaks open.
“Thank you, Cindy.”
“Yes sir, of course. Everything is in there— her keys, wallet, phone. She left her sweater too, but we can’t seem to find that…”
“She doesn’t need it, I’ll get her home.”
“Sir…”
The door slams shut— and no other words are spoken, you only feel movement. You only hear breaths. His… and maybe your own. Though they are softer now, your heart doesn’t pound as loudly. Your breathing is drastically different. His is laced with the remnants of his fury, and yours is only laced with your peace.
He must feel on top of the world, so high up like this. His feet pound against the pavement, it echoes in your ears. The soft hiss of tires rolling against pebble halts at the curb. Another different set of footsteps open the car door and scurry to open another. Mr. O’Hara approaches and you’re immediately placed inside. The seats are warm, heated you think— and the car smells of him. Far different from the one you were once inside of.
Your seatbelt is fastened, hair brushed away from where it tickles your face. The warmth, it’s as if you’re a child again— aching from the harshness of the icy world until steamed milk is offered to you. The feeling lulls you— and it isn’t long before your eyes fall shut.
Just for a little while, that’s all…
Then? You’re fast asleep…

Thousands of CDC staff ordered back to the office, but transit hasn't expanded
by Darin Givens, Feb 18, 2025
The AJC reports that thousands of CDC staff who now telework are being ordered back to the office full-time at the Emory campus. Office space is reportedly scarce. But also, transit to the campus hasn't expanded as hoped:
What the status of MARTA's Clifton Corridor project? Let's review.
Clifton Corridor Transit Timeline
2012: MARTA sets light rail as the preferred alternative for Clifton transit expansion, serving Emory & more.
2016: More MARTA tax passes with Clifton Road rail listed as a potential project
2017 - 2022: MARTA rethinks rail, floating Bus Rapid Transit as a more affordable option.
2023: MARTA sets BRT as the new preferred alternative for Clifton transit.
2025: thousands of CDC staff ordered back to office at Emory; Clifton Corridor website hasn't been updated since 2023. MARTA says the project is in a technical planning phase.
MARTA's bus from Lindbergh to the CDC at Emory (the 6) runs every 20 minutes on weekdays at peak commute times for a 24 minute trip. That's not bad by MARTA bus standards, but it's also not the rapid transit many need.
MARTA maybe at least update that website?
EDIT: At a January City Council committee meeting, MARTA representative Carrie Rocha (Chief Capital Officer) implied that the Clifton project was on hold while they studied the potential for using Armour Yards as an endpoint. See...that would be some good info for MARTA to put on that Clifton Corridor web site.

“Sorry!” Buck blurts. “Sorry, that’s… That’s not the right way to ask that. I mean, like, are you secretly wanting to be she/her or-”
“No,” Eddie cuts him off, smirking a little. “The opposite direction. I started transitioning as a pretty young teenager.”
“Oh! Okay, cool,” Buck says.
“Cool?” Eddie asks warily.
“Yeah, totally, man,” Buck shrugs. “Does not change a thing for me. Just, uh… I just don’t want to say the wrong thing. But I’ll do research!”
“Research?” Eddie asks.
“Yeah! So you don’t have to answer any questions I have. Like, I don’t want to put that on you. I’ll figure it out, a-and you just… I mean if there’s anything you want me to know, then-”
“Buck,” Eddie raises a hand to cut him off.
Buck shuts his mouth.
“That’s super kind,” Eddie says. “You can ask me questions, though. I think… I mean I have a lot for you.”
“That’s fair,” Buck replies. “Uh, I’ll try to answer them. I’m… I’m new to this mermaid business. I don’t know how it works always.”
“Mermaid?” Eddie asks. “Don’t you mean merman? Or was I right, but in the wrong direction?”
“Oh my god, merman,” Buck gasps. “I forgot that was an option. You’re right. Merman.”
Eddie shivers a little. “Okay, um… Maybe we can exchange questions out of the water?”
“Yeah!” Buck agrees. “Yeah totally. Just, uh… You’ll have to give me a minute. It’s harder to shift back than to shift to.”
Eddie nods. “No worries. I’ve got time.”
🌊
They sit on the stony beach, a few feet of space between them. Eddie is sort of curled tight into himself, sopping wet. Buck is stretched out, leaning back on his hands, tail still fully out. As much as Eddie tries to not - and it’s clear he’s trying not to - he keeps staring at it. At the gills on Buck’s chest and neck. The webbing on his fingers. Buck can’t blame him. He’s an anomaly. Unfortunately - he thought he might not be.
“Who goes first?” Buck asks. “Questions wise?”
“Uh, me?” Eddie asks. “Then we go… Back and forth?”
“Yeah,” Buck nods. “Okay.”
Fair to let Eddie start. There are way more pressing questions. Eddie is just a normal person, after all. Buck is a creature.
“Okay, uh… You said you’re new at this?” Eddie asks. “How did it happen?”
Yeah, Buck sort of figured he’d ask this. Of course he’d be curious. Want to know. Only problem is, Buck hates thinking about that night. The cold. The dark. The sea on fire. Dead people bobbing in the waves. And Bobby… Almost losing Bobby. It makes him sick to think about, even before what happened.
“There was a… A really bad call,” Buck says. “In January. I was only five months on the job. A plane went down in the water. Right off El Segundo Beach.”
“Is this where you almost drowned?” Eddie asks.
Buck raises an eyebrow, confused how he would know that.
“Sorry,” Eddie says. “Hen mentioned that you did.”
---
102 for 🔼:
---
It’s a long, terrifying call. Eddie isn’t often scared on calls. Very few things are as frightening as what he saw in the army. The earthquake was nerve-wracking, mostly because he was worried about his son. The tsunami was horrific for similar reasons. The day of the ladder truck bombing, Eddie had been scared for Buck. Today? Today he’s scared for everyone. Mostly for Bobby, but for everyone.
Radioactive waste is on fire. The air is sort of poison, right? The turnouts and other PPE they have doesn’t feel like enough. Eddie’s skin crawls, even though nothing has happened to him. This would be the worst time ever to get radiation sickness.
Bobby has to stay in the tunnel longer than the rest of them. They’re all sort of freaked out. He has to be officially decontaminated and everything. Eddie and Chim are scared, but it’s nothing compared to the look of horror in Buck’s eyes. Eddie wants to take his hand. Squeeze it reassuringly. Hold and tell him it’ll be okay. But he can’t. Not here. So instead, he makes like he’s clapping Buck on the shoulder, and lets his hand linger for a second.
Buck looks at him. Wide-eyed and tight-jawed.
“He’s going to be okay,” Eddie says.
He’s not sure where the confidence comes from. He doesn’t really feel it. All he knows is, despite everything Bobby and Buck just went through with each other, Buck is the person who will worry for him most. There’s a dynamic there that’s different than with anyone else on the team.
“I hope so,” Buck says weakly. “He has to be.”
They take him to the hospital after. The victims are being transferred by another station’s RA unit. It’s not until Bobby has called Athena and been admitted that any of them bother looking at their phones.
“Whoa,” Chim says. “Lots of missed calls from Maddie.”
“Same,” Buck says. “And from Shannon.”
“Shannon?” Eddie asks, looking at his phone. “Oh, shit. Me too.”
“Aren’t they together today?” Chim asks.
“Yeah,” Eddie says. “Fuck.”
He calls Shannon back as quickly as possible. A billion things are spinning in his head. Is Shannon okay? Is Chris okay? Is the baby okay? Maddie was a nurse. If there is some kind of emergency, Eddie is glad she’s with them. Terrified, but glad.
The call picks up after a few rings.
“Eddie? Oh thank god.”
It’s not Shannon. It’s Maddie. On Shannon’s phone.
“What’s going on?” Eddie asks, panicked. “Is she okay?”
“Yeah, she’s good. You need to get to the hospital, though,” Maddie says. “Shannon-”
“Which hospital? I’m at the hospital.” Eddie blurts.
“Southern California,” Maddie says. “She’s in labor, and it’s progressing quickly, okay? You don’t have a lot of time.”
Labor? She’s in labor? His daughter is… About to be born? Today?
“Eddie?” Maddie asks when he’s silent for a beat.
“I’m coming,” Eddie says. “I’m coming. I’ll be there. Can you tell her I’m on my way?”
He’s at Cedars. Fifteen minutes away if traffic isn’t bad. Traffic is bad, because of the shutdowns the tunnel fires caused. Shit.
“I’ll tell her. And I’ll keep you updated on progress. It’s moving really fast.”
The complete opposite of last time. Shannon must either be elated or completely freaking out. Maybe both?
“Thanks, Maddie.”
They end the call and Eddie explains the situation to Buck and Chim.
“Take the engine,” Chim says. “I’ll stay with Bobby.”

Some personal history
I joined MLKSHK by invitation on January 6, 2011 as a regular user. I found MLKSHK to be a breath of fresh air compared to your typical social media site (which still holds true today). After the shutdown announcement in 2014, I tried to offer help and reached out again around July 2014 after the announcement that the site would not be closing. I had met Andre once before, but mostly knew of him through colleagues at Six Apart. Andre took me up on the volunteer help… remember, by this time he wasn’t running MLKSHK as a business, so the ~3 years that follow are maintaining the site as a hobby, particularly since it was still losing money.
Initially, I helped with site performance issues, including some query optimizations. As time passed, it became clear that the site was still in danger of closing due to the cost of services it was incurring, which was not offset enough by subscriptions. So Andre and I went through a cost assessment process and we identified a number of things that could be done. Switching away from Fastly to a cheaper CDN (KeyCDN at the time) shaved CDN operational costs by 66% (Fastly charges 12 cents per gigabyte of transfer and KeyCDN charges 4 cents) so we started there, since it was the easiest change to make and had the most impact.
I also helped with the site’s participation in the “Good Web Bundle” promotion which brought in a few subscribers and returning members. The following year (2015), we had to rebuild subscriptions from scratch since both Tugboat and Amazon payments had to be retired, and we replaced those with Stripe. Alas, the site was still just not able to sustain itself as it was, and a decision was made to close for good in 2017.
Before that happened, the MLKSHK community began a conversation with Andre to transition the site to a community-run operation. I wasn’t involved in discussions, so don’t have insight into the choice behind creating a new domain and brand instead of adopting MLKSHK outright (I suspect Andre just preferred a clean break). Andre agreed to share all data and source code to the transition team. I helped with transitioning the source code for MLKSHK; cleaning it up for the basis of the MLTSHP repository to become an open source project.
It was decided that it would be best to make MLTSHP more closed in nature… so much of MLKSHK was open to free users, even some allowance for post creation. The plan was to relaunch with a membership requirement, but also with two price plans - the regular $24/year membership (plus an option to specify any amount over $24/year if the member wants to), and a new $3/year membership which effectively was the same level of service that was provided for free registered users before. While posting was being restricted to members, we wanted to keep certain things open for all: our “Popular” page, and individual post links which can be shared anywhere.
There would be some downtime between MLKSHK’s closure and the launch of MLTSHP. We aimed to keep that downtime low, but it gave us some time to make some larger changes that would make for a more sustainable and cost-efficient service.
Switching off of Amazon AWS for web server and database service was a big one. I had wanted to do this for MLKSHK as early as 2014, but we never did. I took a snapshot of AWS expenses from January 2017 and costs for that month were $400 (just RDS + S3 + EC2 and outbound data transfer to our CDN). We switched these to use Linode. For CDN service, KeyCDN was more cost effective than Fastly was, but we decided to switch to using Cloudflare for CDN since it wouldn’t cost anything (ironically, MLTSHP has since switched back to Fastly after receiving an offer to operate at no cost). The only remaining AWS feature MLTSHP is using is S3 for block storage. There are some cheaper S3-compatible services available, but the potential savings have never justified the task of a migration. Operational costs today are less than half of what we were spending for AWS alone, and we pay nothing for CDN service.
We also set up a real deployment process, utilizing Buildkite (they offer a free account for us to use), making it easier to test and deploy community-led changes. This also included utilizing Docker which also makes it easier for contributors to run their own copy of the site locally for development.
Ahead of MLTSHP’s launch, a service was built that would transcode GIF images (a popular, but heavy file format) to video formats that those would serve instead of the original GIF file. This was a cost-saving measure, since popular GIFs lead to a lot of traffic, so the smaller the better.
Another must-have for relaunch was a process that would migrate a user’s MLKSHK data when they signed into MLTSHP. This required us to load all the MLKSHK data into the MLTSHP database (in a separate set of tables) and we also had permission from Andre to make a wholesale copy of the MLKSHK S3 bucket to MLTSHP’s S3 bucket so all images were preserved.
And we also had a full rebranding to do. Replacing all site design and assets so that it was different, but retaining the spirit of the original site.
There have been a lot of changes to the site since that time. We’ve added site-wide search, responsive design so the site works well for mobile devices, support for light and dark mode, an alt text field so images can be described, and many other things. Big feature releases are few and far between, but the site is stable which is a great feature.
Our Github repo has had 412 commits from 26 different contributors. There’s still a lot of stuff to do (patches welcome)! But the most important feature we’ve developed is a self-sustainable community. We don’t have to worry about closing.

Okay sooooo! I have my own weird head canon about why Romeo is so... like that about Kaito. Bc what is so special about that pendant or one dude's debt that requires fico himself to do this? He's got so many more important things to do like making sure Taiga isn't eating roadkill somewhere or smooze over Hyde for some reason
So my absolute bat shit theory that spawned in my brain today is as follows under the cut
Prefacing this with transman!Kaito and EFU!Romeo (emotionally fucked up get with the program BBs /jk) and the head canon that darkwick is a college and not a highschool level education system.
So starting at the top bc my brain did this backwards and I had to go back in time to tie up loose ends.
We start back before Romeo even hit double digits, well off prestigious families love the whole arranged marriage for political or business reasons so they start setting him up early. One girl stands out to him, Hitomi (陽斗実) Slightly younger, dark hair, freckles and big green eyes. What he gets intrigued by is how she doesn't seem to fawn over him, she likes the pretty things he likes, she makes cool things out of nothing (he thought all things had to be made in factories what do you mean you can make something cool out of trash???) and she really just seems to want a friend. So despite his parents annoyance he seems dead set on her.
Fast forward years into the future Romeo has straight up told his family he wants her to be his bride. They hate this even more bc now she's not even dressing up and she won't keep her hair nice and long. Why does their son think she's pretty???
They've stayed in touch as friends up until nearing the end of high school. Hitomi goes missing after a fight with her parents and Romeo is beside himself desperate to find the girl he loves. But despite his network of people he can't find her anywhere. (Little does he know she ran off to live with her dear grandmother bc her parents are assholes)
Now a couple years later Romeo is at darkwick and spies a very familiar one of a kind family heirloom that was shown to him only once when he was younger. A silver pendant belonging to the grandmother of his first love who is still MIA. He will stop at nothing to get it back but he can't just steal this thing bc his reputation is already a little shody rn and the guy seems like a snitch. So he draws the possible thief into the casino and starts to (pretty easily) saddle them with debt to make them use the pendant as collateral only to find they won't give it up.
Meet Kaito (魁斗) a short blond guy with a long list of problems and a very special necklace from his dearly departed grandmother who took him in after his parents pretty much disowned him.
First time he sees Romeo he doesn't leave his dorm for a week. Bc why is he here of all people??? And so the dance begins of running away from Romeo and avoiding him at all costs. Except for gambling of course bc money. You do need money. And of course the overly familiar annoyed way he speaks to Romeo is only second nature now. Does Romeo understand why he feels like talking to him is so natural on the mission? Nope. But boy does the absolute spastic energy and random screaming remind him of someone. Also is this mother fucker afraid of bugs c'mon you're grown, handle your own spider webs. Huh...that's also familiar...
So the details that were left to the imagination are as follows:
Kaito came out to his parents and was disowned, his granny took him in bc she knew deep down that her grandkid was meant to be a boy. He wasn't able to medically transition so much as... demonically? Yeah I'm sticking to his pact being for transitioning, shits expensive.
Romeo still loves that girl deep down. And wants to find her bc gdi that's his future wife. Is he straight? Hell no, but he does love this one woman. His pact was literally made with the intent to find her.
As for a resolution to this if one happened, I think Romeo would still love Kaito bc that's still his future wifey??? he'll figure out what to call him. Romeo has no problem with trans people but by god he is not giving up what he thinks is his. Idk about Kaito tho bc honestly Kaito seems pretty straight... this could end in a messy angsty story. (Or way more fucked than I would prefer to end it bc my brain is dramatic and lives for ruining good things)
Aaaaand thanks for hoping on the apple bus, hope you enjoyed the mind theatre, tip your driver and safe scrolling!
#this is completely self indulgent you can ignore this if you want i was just inspired by romeo kaito dynamic#romeo is so down bad in some way or another#help kaito bc he needs it#kaito fuji#romeo lucci#i am slowly editing this as i wrote it at 2 am and missed a lot of things i wanted to add#tkdb#i dyslexia'd the abbreviation for the game gdi#pom theories#apple seed

Hello! Do you have any advice on getting into freelance coding or remote jobs in the field? I'm having trouble with my current endeavors of applications and my current customer service job isn't doing me well enough to want to stay, so I'm hoping for progress sooner rather than later. Anything helps, thank you!!
Hiya 🖤
Thanks for reaching out with your question about getting into freelance coding or remote jobs. Making a transition can be challenging, but with dedication and strategic steps, you can definitely progress in your career.
Firstly, consider specializing in a specific field of computer science rather than trying to learn everything. This will help you become an expert in a niche, making you more attractive to potential clients or employers.
The big thing to look at is (1) what specific job do you want? Don't know yet? That's the first thing you need to find out. (2) Found the job you want? Go to this website "roadmap.sh" and click the job title you want and look at the roadmap to become it. (3) Have an idea of what you need to learn? Now study :)
Here are some extra key pieces of advice:
Public Code Repositories
Showcase your coding skills by contributing to public repositories on platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or others. This allows potential employers to see your projects and assess your coding abilities.
Online Certifications
Earn certifications from reputable online courses like Freecodecamp, Codecademy, or SheCodes (if you're a woman). Displaying these certifications on your LinkedIn profile adds credibility for remote work or even freelance work because then clients will trust your skills more if it's back up with evidence (projects and/or certificates).

LinkedIn Profile
Revamp your LinkedIn profile to reflect your job title. Use a title that aligns with your dream job, and highlight your skills, certifications, and projects. You don't even need work experience OR do what a lot of my developer mates do have no work experience and set your "job" as a self-employed freelance developer... little cheat there~!

Volunteering
Help someone out with a project for their business or whatever. For example, I helped a guy I met in a programming discord server build his portfolio page for free, but I care more about the experience. Search online for volunteer jobs with your dream job title e.g. Volunteer App Develope, but in your country would be better. The experience you can you can add to your LinkedIn. the project you work on you can add to your resume/experience.

Networking
Connect with professionals in your field on LinkedIn, even if you don't know them personally. Growing your network can open up opportunities and expose you to valuable insights. Events in person or online, servers (I found volunteer opportunities here), forums, Twitter (I found some mates on there), Instagram (another place I found developer friends). Networking can even help with building group projects~!

Project Building
Work on both small and big projects to demonstrate your capabilities. Highlight these projects on your resume and portfolio.

Online Presence
Share your learning progress and projects on various platforms like Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube. Employers often appreciate candidates who actively showcase their work and commitment to learning. I made a post for Tumblr coding blogs:

Good luck!!

Proton, the secure-minded email and productivity suite, is becoming a nonprofit foundation, but it doesn't want you to think about it in the way you think about other notable privacy and web foundations.
"We believe that if we want to bring about large-scale change, Proton can’t be billionaire-subsidized (like Signal), Google-subsidized (like Mozilla), government-subsidized (like Tor), donation-subsidized (like Wikipedia), or even speculation-subsidized (like the plethora of crypto “foundations”)," Proton CEO Andy Yen wrote in a blog post announcing the transition. "Instead, Proton must have a profitable and healthy business at its core."
The announcement comes exactly 10 years to the day after a crowdfunding campaign saw 10,000 people give more than $500,000 to launch Proton Mail. To make it happen, Yen, along with co-founder Jason Stockman and first employee Dingchao Lu, endowed the Proton Foundation with some of their shares. The Proton Foundation is now the primary shareholder of the business Proton, which Yen states will "make irrevocable our wish that Proton remains in perpetuity an organization that places people ahead of profits." Among other members of the Foundation's board is Sir Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of HTML, HTTP, and almost everything else about the web.
Of particular importance is where Proton and the Proton Foundation are located: Switzerland. As Yen noted, Swiss foundations do not have shareholders and are instead obligated to act "in accordance with the purpose for which they were established." While the for-profit entity Proton AG can still do things like offer stock options to recruits and even raise its own capital on private markets, the Foundation serves as a backstop against moving too far from Proton's founding mission, Yen wrote.
There’s a lot more Proton to protect these days
Proton has gone from a single email offering to a wide range of services, many of which specifically target the often invasive offerings of other companies (read, mostly: Google). You can now take your cloud files, passwords, and calendars over to Proton and use its VPN services, most of which offer end-to-end encryption and open source core software hosted in Switzerland, with its notably strong privacy laws.
None of that guarantees that a Swiss court can't compel some forms of compliance from Proton, as happened in 2021. But compared to most service providers, Proton offers a far clearer and easier-to-grasp privacy model: It can't see your stuff, and it only makes money from subscriptions.

Patreon Exclusive - Last Chance to Purchase & What to Expect ✨
Hello Gorgeous,
In case if you've been busy, our upcoming exclusive Patreon Inaugural Group Glamour Ritual is on February the 9th, so this is your last chance to purchase it in the Coven's shop. In the meantime it's time for you to find out what kind energy you can expect from this month's ritual, especially with all the tricky astrological transits for this upcoming month.
Let's get into all the wicked details, so I can delightfully tempt you before all of this ritual's spaces are filled up. This ritual will be exclusive to a few people, so its power is concentrated and not spread too thin. It's first come, first served & the listing will be removed when I feel like it. The more intimate, the better as I like to say.
Those of you whom know me well, know that glamour magic is my specialty as a Venusian witch, in fact it's how most of you have come to know me in various ways throughout the witch world. So, most of you know I'm always about weaving and crafting the most powerful goods on the arcane market. If you're new here and to what I'm all about, then you're in for a special treat. The Patreon coven's inaugural group glamour ritual will be no exception to the glamour witchery of the past despite all the difficulties of the upcoming transits this month & beyond.
This Glamour ritual is designed to last from February 9th until March 9th-14th, giving members of the coven who participate a month's worth of power, energy and aura, until the next Group Glamour Ritual in March, where its magical energy can be re-applied.
Currently Venus is in its shadow period, as it is preparing to go retrograde on March 1st - April 12th where it will cycle through Aries & Pisces. Enchantments & glamour work are particularly trickier to craft this month so after careful divination, I've decided on February the 9th to craft a group glamour spell with maximum power, allure and energy.
This month's glamour ritual will be spelled with an irresistible siren-like allure and dominance, dragging people into your web and ensnaring them, so you may do whatever you please with them. Elements of cat-like cunning and self-confidence will be layered intricately within its depths, so that you are confident, strategic and smart, but also stay two steps ahead of everyone socially. This way this your social charisma and magnetism will be perceived as authentic, rather than ringing hallow. Additionally, more protective elements have been woven within this spell, to protect your power and energy from being drained or stolen, while also protecting you from and continuously transmuting the random energies of bad luck, jealousy, disaster and chaos that will be heavily present throughout the month energetically, spiritually and astrologically.
On top of this, this glamour will continuously attract friendliness, favor, good luck, financial opportunity and social peace, ensuring that you are well liked, highly favored, respected and popular throughout the month, while bestowing the siren's tongue and song also making you extremely persuasive and diplomatic, so people and situations are more suggestible to your will, while allowing you to navigate social situations with more considerable ease.
You will be seen as a bright and trustworthy light that reigns supreme socially, that people will be hypnotically and supernaturally drawn to, making people fall under your command and becoming more suggestible to your will, they will obey and serve you more easily, additionally you will have more social control over any situation. Also, other elements are woven within this spell to make sure those with extreme power, class and financial abundance in social positions higher than you are always generous with you continuously, bestowing you with additional favors.
This glamour will be particularly strong to help you override the chaotic energies that will be socially commonplace due to the global social climate and upcoming astrological transits, so that you can be supernaturally lucky & successful, no matter what.
After this glamour is complete, group participants will each receive an individual dossier of the final ritual assessment, as well as a complimentary individual reading, on what to expect via personal messenger on patreon.
If this sounds like something, you'll need for this month here is the link below for you to shop, this Patreon Exclusive goody. It is not available for sale anywhere else.
Monthly - Group Glamour Ritual | Patreon
Additionally, it's free to sign up but fairly addictive. Coven of Venus memberships start off with the Empress tier at $5.55
