I don't endorse my art being reuploaded on pinterest without my awareness and consent, but the unfortunate reality is that there's very little I can do to stop people from doing that. I know a lot of artists have a similar sort of antagonistic relationship with the site purely because it's so full of stolen, unsourced and uncredited art. I could spend my days going through pinterest and reporting my pieces for removal, and it wouldn't be enough and I'd never have time to do anything else. It's kind of a pick your fights situation and I know I can't win that one.

I have the balls to write this question without being a ~mysterious annon~ besides I really like you and your writings so when I have questions your the only person I trust to ask. I'm no longer shy anyway my question was about Dia and RAD. Is he the principal there? And Lucifer is his right hand man? I get he is the future King of Devildom but I'm focusing more in his and Lucifer's role in the academy. Is it like some type of Student Union thing??

Okay, so RAD. I mean, the details here aren't great. They tell you at the very beginning of OG that Diavolo and Lucifer and all his brothers are Student Council members. Diavolo is obviously the president of the Student Council and Lucifer is his right hand man... though I can't remember if they ever say he's the vice president?

But I don't think they've ever talked about a principal? And they've never talked about professors, either.

So is there a faculty of demons? A principal? Professors? Other such staff members?? Or is the whole school run by the Student Council and the professors just... are hired by Diavolo, Barbatos, and/or Lucifer???

Also it's the Royal Academy of Diavolo, so you would think he'd be in charge of the whole thing???

The annoying part is that they kind of imply that Diavolo and Barbatos and Lucifer also attend classes. Which is bonkers to me. Lucifer I could maybe see. But I always thought of Diavolo and Barbatos as just... faculty. Like they aren't professors, but they run the whole thing, so they don't have time to actually study as students??

Unfortunately, I don't think there's a direct answer to your question. Canon leaves this pretty open to interpretation. All we've got is that there is a Student Council, Diavolo is the head of it, Lucifer and his brothers are all on it.

Everything else is whatever you like to headcanon!

I personally like the idea that Diavolo essentially acts as the principal, but he just prefers to be thought of as a student, thus the Student Council President situation. I also imagine there are a lot of demons who are the professors and other staff, but we just never get to see them in game because they're like background filler demons, you know? Otherwise, it's just students in charge of students and that sounds like a mess waiting to happen lol.

There was this white commenter on a landback news post made by one of my beloved mooties, the news being that a tribe got a giant chunk of land getting their landback again in California, and the reply being essentially "this is good because nobody gets to be deported!" (And they said this because this land is a lot of, to put it in White colonial terms, "wilderness" and a big natural area)

Like I'm mentioning this because it's just unsettling (no pun intended) to me that this particular landback win is deemed as "acceptable" to a White person because the land that was being returned is what they considered "uninhabited" by settlers. You know, just like the justification of Terra Nullius that was used for why colonization was acceptable for White people do to on Turtle Island in the first place.

This is hyperspecific but one of my favorite accidental tropes is a thing I've taken to calling 'occam's trans twin'.

It's very specifically about media that has a set of clearly identical twins except for the fact one is a woman and one is a man. In theory, yeah, there might be some weird worldbuilding or magic shenanigans or whatever that would allow for a set of identical twins of different genders, but it's just simpler to assume one is trans instead of bending over backwards assuming nonexistent authorial intent otherwise.

Extra funny points when it pulls the sister trope, the 'schrodinger's trans twin' in which both twins have the same amount of trans vibes that, until proven in canon, they could both potentially be the trans one. They both are the trans one and not the trans one at the same time.

They occur a few times throughout the eighth doctor's run but the main appearances are Storm Warning (his first episode) and No More Lies.

Though because the fx team reuses a pterosaur model to portray birds on gallifrey I personally like to think they show up in the tv show too
