Am I focusing on getting ripped or jacked? No, that is merely an additional outcome of my journey. Due to my joints and tendons naturally hyperextending, there is excessive tension and stress on my body. This has caused me more than a few injuries in the past couple years, therefore I have to bring my focus to strength training. In order to prevent my joints/tendons from over compensating I must develop each individual muscle surrounding these areas which will give them proper support.
